Abstract

Abstract This study entitled the effect of Village Original Income (PADes), Village Funds (DD), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and Revenue Sharing Taxes and Retribution (BHPR) on Village Expenditures in the Education Sector (Case Study in Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency). The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR on village spending on education in Bringin village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The independent variables in this study were PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR, while the dependent variable was village spending on education. The object of this research is the village income and expenditure budget report (APBDes) starting from the 2015-2021 period. The data for this research are from the Bringin village office, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, normality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. In the interpretation of this research, it is shown that PADes, DD, and BHPR have a positive and significant influence on village spending on education. Meanwhile, ADD does not have a significant effect on village spending on education. Keyword : Village Original Inc ome (PADes), Village Funds (DD), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and Tax and Retribution Revenue Sharing (BHPR) on Village Expenditures in the Education Sector.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance which includes liquidity ratios, leverage, coverage, and profitability on the value of the firm's creative economy sector of the building construction subsector found on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The population used in this study are all building construction architecture companies found on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection uses the purposive sampling method, based on the criteria obtained by 12 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with testing hypothesis using the t test and test f.The results of this study indicate that partially liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and profitability ratios have a significant positive effect on firm value while the coverage ratio does not have a partial effect on firm value. Simulatan liquidity ratio, leverage, coverage, and profitability have a significant influence on firm value.Keywords: Creative Economy, Financial Performance and Corporate Value

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to understand the influence of work conflict, motivation, and transformational leadership on the performance of the employee at Kantor Camat Lowokwaru Malang. The population in this study were 33 with the same number of samples. This study used an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. Primary data was measured using a questionnaire and analyzed using a SPSS 14.0. The result shows that both work-conflict and transformational leadership significantly influenced to work performances. On the other hand, motivation doesn't have any influences on work performance. However, altogether those three variables significantly influenced to work performances. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service directly affect Loyalty in using bus transportation services "PO.TITIAN MAS". To find out the quality of service has a direct effect on Consumer Satisfaction in using bus transportation services "PO TITIAN MAS". To know customer satisfaction has a direct effect on loyalty in using bus transportation services "PO.TITIAN MAS". To find out the quality of service indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in using bus transportation services "PO. TITIAN MAS ".This type of research uses explanatory research, this research was conducted on customers of Bus Po.Titian Mas. The population in this study were students of Bima, Dompu who studied at Islamic University of Malang in October to November 2019 with 818 customers. this study amounted to 89 respondents with purposive sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that Service Quality directly has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in using the transportation services of Bus Po.Titian Mas. Service Quality directly has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty in using the services of Po.Titian Mas Bus transportation. Consumer Satisfaction directly positive and significant effect on loyalty in using Bus Po.Titian Mas transportation services. Service quality indirectly affects Loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in using Po.Titian Mas Bus transportation services. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research are based on interesting phenomenon about the existence of koperasi as one of economic institution, which holds a familial bonds, Transcend beyond its glory, and loyal to it's members. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is influence of googled customer relationship management (CRM) as X variables, meanwhile Y1 as intervening variables due to customer satisfaction and Y2 as customer loyalty. The research results showed that there was a significant influence between copied customer relationship management towards the pasted customer satisfaction. Therefore Y1 as satisfaction variable influences Y2 as loyalty. Therefore customer loyalty significantly benefitted credits towards translator directly. As advised by KSPP BMT NU Gapura to keep improving the costumer relationship management so that we can achieve customer loyalty by giving their satisfaction. Keywords : KSPP BMT NU, Customer Relationship Management, Customer      Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the influence of return on equity (ROE), net profit margin (NPM) debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index listed on the IDX. This study uses profitability ratios with return on equity (ROE), net profit margin (NPM) variables and uses solvency ratios with debt to equity ratio (DER) variables as variables that show financial performance Based on predetermined sample criteria, the number of samples from companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic index, there are 11 companies that meet the criteria listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In determining this sample researchers used a purposive sampling method. which is to determine samples with certain criteria. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test and Multiple Linear Regression namely with data of research in the form of panel data. The results of this study indicate that partially the Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) variables have a significant effect on the stock price of company, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable has no effect on the stock price. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research where the data is expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals on turnover intention. The independent variables used are organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents who were employees at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, test of determination, test f and t test using the help of computer software SPSS 25 data processing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals simultaneously affect turnover intention. In addition, each independent variable, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal partially also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Performance Appraisal, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

AbstractThe results of this study indicate that website quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on Shopee consumer satisfaction for FEB UNISMA students. Website quality partially has a positive and significant effect on Shopee consumer satisfaction, which means that if the quality of the website is getting better, customer satisfaction will increase. Price has partially a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, which means that the price will affect consumer satisfaction if the price set by Shopee is affordable and in accordance with the quality of the product. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Website Quality, Price

Abstract

Abstract The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how the effect of the use of village funds for improving the welfare of the Pandansari village community in Lumajang Regency, 2) To find out how the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget effect on improving the welfare of the Pandansari village community in Lumajang Regency. By using a non-probability sampling technique, the results of the study indicate that the utilization of the Village Fund and Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget has a significant positive effect on Community Welfare. This study also indicates that the use of Village Funds and Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget can improve Community Welfare. Keywords: Village Fund, Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Image, Customer Satisfaktion, and Halal Certification on Customer Loyalty in Wardah Cosmetics (At Unisma Faculty of Economics and Business Students). This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study using the Slovin formula with the Snowball Sampling technique obtained 81 respondents.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between Brand Image on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaktion has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Halal certification has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisma. Keywords: Brand Image, Customer Satisfaktion, Halal Certification and Customer Loyalty
