Abstract

AbstractThis research method uses quantitative methods. Based on the philosophy of positivism. The sample used in this study is the value of interest rates and rupiah exchange rates with the highest and lowest share prices in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015.SBI has a significant positive effect on stock prices. This shows that the increase in Bank Indonesia interest rates will have an impact on increasing stock prices. EXCHANGE has a significant negative effect on stock prices. This shows that the increase in KURS will have an impact on the decline in stock prices and vice versa.Keywords: Interest Rates and Exchange Rates.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the effect of the capital structure proxied using DER, DAR, and EAR on firm value with firm performance as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research and purposive sampling method is chosen in selecting the sample. All manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) were sampled in this study, during the 2017-2019 research period. The results of the analysis in this study that there is a significant positive effect of capital structure on firm value. There is a significant positive effect of capital structure on company performance. The results of the analysis using the intervening variable are that there is an indirect effect between capital structure on firm value and firm performance as an intervening variable. Keywords: Capital Structure, Firm Value, and Firm Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to describe leadership style, level of education and work environment and to determine its effect on employee performance simultaneously and partially. This research method uses quantitative methods with this type of research (explanatory research). The sample of this research is the employees of PT. GALAXY SURYA PANELINDO using the slovin formula produced as many as 67 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership style, education level and work environment on employee performance at PT. GALAXY SURYA PANELINDO. while partially (2) leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance (3) education level has a significant effect on employee performance (4) work environment partially affects employee performance at PT. GALAXY SURYA PANELINDO. Keywords : Leadership style, education level, work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTExperiential marketing and store atmosphere have an influence on customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the responses of respondents about Equal Coffe Dau Malang experiential marketing, store atmosphere and customer loyalty and to determine the effect of expereriential marketing and store atmosphere simultaneously and partially on Equal customers Coffe Dau Malang. This study uses the explanatory research method and the sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The number of samples taken is 97 which is the consumer of Equal Coffe Dau Malang. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, simultaneous hypothesis test F and partial hypothesis test t. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the responses of respondents about Equal Coffe experiential marketing, store atmosphere and customer loyalty are good. Simultaneously experiential marketing and store atmosphere significantly influence customer loyalty. Partially experiential marketing and store atmosphere significantly influence customer loyalty. From the results of the research that has been carried out there are several suggestions for Equal Coffe in order to maintain product packaging and compounding and presentation for customers and improve the arrangement of indoor and outdoor spaces and make Equal Coffe decorations more harmonious with the typical dishes of Nusantara coffee makers.             Keywords: experiential marketing, store atmosphere and customer loyality

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of service quality, promotion and brand image on Geprek customer loyalty, Sis Rose on Pmii Cadre Rayon Alfarabi, Islamic University Malang Commissariat. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods. the population in this study amounted to 200 respondents and the sample amounted to 67 respondents using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between service quality variables and brand image except promotion variable  with , simultaneously the variable service quality promotion and brand image has a significant effect and partially only promotions that have no significant effect dont signifcant effect.Keywords: service quality promtional creafity and brand image on employed customer servies

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to specify impact of Capital Fabric, Dividend Policy, and Inflation on Company Values (study on textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in the year of 2016-2018) The population using this research were manufacturing companies in textile and garment sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample used in research is a technique purposive sampling. Corporation that enter the research criteria consist of 17 companies over a 3 year period. The data collection method employed in research is documentations the monetary statements of manufacturing companies in the textile and garment sub-sector listed on the IDX. While the analysis of employed is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the T test. The output of the research explain the variable Capital Structure has a positive and significant influence on Company Value. Dividend policy has a positive and significant impact on Company denomination. While inflation has no significant effect on firm denomination. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social needs, appreciation, and self-actualization needs on the learning achievement of members of the Islamic Student Association of Malang Islamic University. In this study the data collection method used a questionnaire method (questionnaire). The type of data used in this study is primary data. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. This study uses data from a questionnaire distributed to members of the HMJM Islamic University of Malang and the sample is taken using purposive sampling. The number of samples taken was 64 respondents The results showed that social needs had no effect on learning achievement. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of human resource quality, work quality, work professionalism and commitment to the performance of PDAM Malang City employees. The dependent variable in this study is performance. And there are 4 independent variables used, namely the quality of human resources, quality of work, work professionalism and commitment. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Malang City. The sample in this study was taken using saturated sampling technique. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variables of human resource quality, work quality, work professionalism and commitment have a significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, partially, the variable of the quality of human resources has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The work quality variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work professionalism variable has a negative and significant effect on performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance Study on employees of PT. Karya Mitra Budisentosa Pandaan.. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire distribution method. The sample in this study were 85 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination The variables used in this study are performance variables (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee performance. The results of this study conclude that the variable work discipline and job satisfaction have a partical effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth, electronic word of mouth on purchase intention. The population in this study were students of the economics and business faculties of the management department of Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study uses purposive sampling totaling 77 students. This analysis uses multiple regression models. The results of this study indicate that word of mouth (X1) partially has a significant effect on purchase intention with a value (sig 0,000). As well as electronic word of mouth (X2) partially have a significant effect on purchase intention with value (sig 0,042). With the value of determination (R2) 26,7% between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Keywords word of mouth, electronic word of mouth and purchase intention
