Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to examine the effect of Global Mindset, Job Characteristics, and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. SMAB Pandaan, both individually and simultaneously, as well as to identify the variable that has the most significant influence. The study employs a quantitative approach with hypothesis testing. A total of 75 employees of PT. SMAB Pandaan were selected as the research sample. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, followed by validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (R²), t-test, F-test, and classical assumption tests with the assistance of SPSS version 19 for Windows. The findings indicate that Global Mindset, Job Characteristics, and Compensation have both partial and simultaneous effects on Employee Performance. Among the three variables, Global Mindset is the most influential factor. Overall, the three independent variables demonstrate a strong and positive relationship with Employee Performance. Keywords: Global Mindset, Compensation, Job Characteristics, Employee Performance.

Abstract

 Abstract This research is motivated by the rapid population growth in Singosari District, which has triggered a high demand for housing, making it essential for developers to understand the factors influencing consumer purchase interest. Employing a quantitative approach with a causal associative method, this study involved 55 respondents from the Singhasari Residence community, selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS software to examine the effects of location, price, and product quality. The primary findings indicate that, simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence purchase interest, contributing 61.3% to the variance. Partially, location and price have a positive and significant impact due to strategic accessibility and competitive economic value, whereas product quality does not show a significant effect due to the perceived uniformity of building standards. In conclusion, purchase interest at Singhasari Residence is predominantly driven by location and price factors; therefore, developers are advised to continuously optimize pricing strategies and accessibility advantages to maintain market attractiveness. Keywords: Location, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Interest, Singhasari Residence.

Abstract

Abstract Ketidakseimbangan antara permintaan dan ketersediaan produk hortikultura, khususnya melon, menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan supply chain pertanian . CV. Panggah Langgeng sebagai distributor melon di Kabupaten Malang menghadapi permasalahan berupa keterlambatan pengiriman, ketidakpatuhan petani terhadap standar operasional prosedur (SOP), serta ketidakmampuan memenuhi permintaan pasar secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi alur supply chain serta mengevaluasi kinerja supply chain melon menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan berdasarkan lima atribut utama SCOR, yaitu reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, dan asset management, melalui metrik Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT), flexibility, Total Supply Chain Management Cost (TSCMC), dan Cash To Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja reliability dan responsiveness berada pada kategori advantage, sedangkan agility dan efisiensi biaya masih memerlukan peningkatan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap penerapan model SCOR pada sektor pertanian berbasis komunitas lokal serta menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan supply chain yang aplikatif. Keywords: Supply chain, SCOR, Kinerja Supply Chain, Melon, Pertanian Hortikultura

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of perceived ease of use and security on purchase intention, with trust serving as a mediating variable among Shopee Paylater users. The research adopts a quantitative approach and employs the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test relationships among variables specified in the research model. The data used are primary data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population of this study consists of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Islam Malang. The sampling technique applied is non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling method, involving 120 respondents with prior experience using Shopee Paylater in online transactions. The findings indicate that perceived ease of use does not have a significant direct effect on purchase intention. In contrast, security has a significant effect on purchase intention. Moreover, perceived ease of use and security significantly influence user trust. Trust also significantly affects purchase intention. Furthermore, perceived ease of use and security have a significant indirect effect on purchase intention through trust as a mediating variable. These results suggest that trust plays an important role in mediating the effects of ease of use and security on users’ purchase intention toward Shopee Paylater. Keywords: Perceived Ease of Use, Security, Trust, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of influencer marketing, product quality, and price on the consumer satisfaction of Generation Z on the TikTok Shop online marketplace. Utilizing a quantitative approach, a sample 95 respondents was selected through proportional sampling techniques in the Singosari District. The result indicate that, simultaneously, these three variables have a significant impact on consumer satisfaction, contributing 61.3% to the total variance. Partially, influencer marketing, product quality, and price each exert a positive and significant influence, with price being identified as the most dominant factor. Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Product Quality, Price, Consumer Satisfaction, Generation Z.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effects of influencer marketing, content marketing, and online consumer reviews on purchase decisiouns among university students in Malang City who have purchased Glad2Glow moisturizer products. This study employs a quantitative method using multiple lineaar regression analysis. Data were collected from 110 respondentss through a questionnaire, consisting of university students in Malang City who had previously purchased Glad2Glow moisturizer. Instrument testing included validity and reliability tests, as well as normality testing, classical assumption tests, F-tests, t-tests, and coefficient of determination analysis to evaluate the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicate that, both individually and simultaneously, influencer marketing, content marketing, and online consumer reviews have a significant effect on purchase decisions. Among these variables, influencer marketing demonstrates the strongest influence, suggesting that students tend to be more responsive to recommendations and the perceived credibility of influencers when making purchasing decisions for skincare products. Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, Online Consumer Review, Keputusan Pembelian, Glad2Glow

Abstract

Abstract This study investigates the influence of business location and service quality on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an explanatory variable, at AHASS Adi Jaya Motor Malang. The research is motivated by the growing competition in the motorcycle service industry, which requires authorized workshops to maintain customer loyalty through superior service performance. A quantitative associative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. Data were collected through online questionnaires from 81 respondents selected using purposive random sampling. The findings indicate that business location and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also shows a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction plays an important role in explaining the relationship between business location and service quality with customer loyalty. These results suggest that a strategic and easily accessible location, supported by consistent and reliable service quality, contributes to positive customer evaluations and encourages repeat service usage. Therefore, AHASS Adi Jaya Motor Malang is advised to improve location accessibility, maintain customer comfort, and continuously enhance employee competence and service responsiveness to strengthen long-term customer loyalty. Keywords: Business Location, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, AHASS.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine the mediating role of customer reviews in the relationship between brand ambassador and product quality on purchase decisions of Scarlett Whitening beauty products among students of Universitas Islam Malang, class of 2022. The research employed an explanatory design, utilizing primary data collected through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to 135 respondents selected via purposive sampling, as well as secondary data obtained from relevant scientific literature. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings reveal that brand ambassador, product quality, and customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while brand ambassador and product quality also positively influence customer reviews. Furthermore, customer reviews were found to play a significant mediating role, strengthening the influence of brand ambassador and product quality on purchase decisions. The implications of this study indicate that customer reviews serve as social validation and provide practical insights for companies to enhance the appeal of local beauty products. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Product Quality, Customer Reviews, Purchase Decision, Scarlett Whitening

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of lifestyle, social media marketing, and product differentiation on purchasing decisions, including the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions, social media marketing on purchasing decisions, and product differentiation on purchasing decisions. This thesis employs explanatory research, with a sample size of 105 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that lifestyle, social media marketing, and product differentiation significantly influence purchasing decisions for Mayang Collection products. Lifestyle significantly influences purchasing decisions for Mayang Collection products, meaning that as lifestyle increases, purchasing decisions for Mayang Collection products will increase. Social media marketing significantly influences purchasing decisions for Mayang Collection products, meaning that as social media marketing increases, purchasing decisions for Mayang Collection products will increase. Abstract

Abstract This research examines the influence of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at Rejeki Barokah Prima Cigarette Factory, Blitar Regency. A quantitative method with an explanatory approach was applied in this study. The research population included all employees working in the production and packing divisions, totaling 51 respondents, with sampling conducted using a saturated sampling method. Data were obtained through structured questionnaires and processed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that work environment, work discipline, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. On an individual basis, the work environment variable does not show a significant influence, whereas work discipline and work motivation demonstrate a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
