Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study is to influence brand reputation and product quality on consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Pepsodent Toothpaste in Wonorejo Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency. The population of this study was consumers of pepsodent toothpaste in Wonorejo village, Singosari district. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula so that 90 respondents were eligibleas samples. This study uses primary data and path analysis methods.               The results of this study indicate that the Brand Reputation and Product Quality variables directly influence significantly the value of Consumer Satisfaction. Brand Reputation Variables have no direct significant effect on consumer loyalty while product quality has a direct and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The variable customer satisfaction has a significant direct effect on consumer loyalty. Variables of brand reputation and product quality indirectly influence consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keywords: Brand Reputation, Product Quality, Consumer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction as Iintervening variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of training and supervision partially or simultaneously using statistical tests with the help of SPSS version 25. The population in this study was 142 members with a sample of 59 target household members by distributing questionnaires to obtain data. The analysis tools used in this study are the instrument test, normality test, classic assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. With the results of the analysis showing that training has a positive effect on productivity, while supervision has no effect on the productivity of the target household. Simultaneously training and supervision affect the productivity of target households BUMDesa Sejahtera Customs Village. Keywords: Training, Supervision, Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to know the Store Atmosphere impact, and service quality toward consumer purchase interest at Damar coffee Malang. The customer of Damar coffee are the population and sample of this research for about 75 respondents.This study collect the data by giving questionnaire and interview. In addition, the instrument of this study was SPSS Software 16 version. Then the method of analysis of this study uses slovin path analysis. The instrument test of this research was in the shape of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test. The result showed that partially store atmosphere and service quality have totally significant effect toward consumer purchase interest. Even, simultaneously it indicated that store atmosphere and the service quality also show significant effect toward consumer purchase interest. Keyword : Store Atmosphere, The Service quality and Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at CV. Lamongan Sub-Contractor Development. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and time management on employee performance. The independent variables used are leadership style, work motivation and time management, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample used in this study were 49 respondents who were employees of CV. Lamongan Sub-Contractor Development. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, work motivation affects employee performance, time management affects purchasing decisions. Leadership style, work motivation and time management simultaneously affect employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Time Management And Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the partial variables dividend policy, investment decisions, funding decisions, institutional ownership and liquidity to corporate value. To measure dividend policy variable using dividend pauout ratio, investment decision using price earning ratio, funding decision using debt to equity ratio, institutional ownership using share of total shares owned by institution with total shares in circulation, likuitas using current rati, and company value using price book value. The population of this study is food and beverage companies listed on the stock exchanges indonesi period 2014-2016 amounted to 14 companies. The sample of this research using purposive sampling method amounted to 12 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially dividend policy has a significant positive effect, investment decisions have a significant positive effect, funding decisions have a non-significant positive effect, institutional ownership has no significant positive effect and liquidity has a significant positive effect on the value of the company on the IDX Keywords: Dividend Policy, Investment Decision, Funding Management, Institutional Status, Liquidity And Corporate Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal and analyze the process of recruitment, selection, and training on the performance of employees. Finding out the direct impact of the recruitment process, selection, and training on the performance of production employees. Finding out the indirect impact of the recruitment process, selection, and training on the performance of production employees in cigarette factory Redi Berka Abadi. The research method used is quantitative research with the type of research is Explanatory Research. In this study, the sampling technique used was Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling. The research population is all production employees in cigarette factory Redi Berka Abadi with a total of 100 people. While the sample used in this study was 50 people.The result of the research shows that the recruitment process had no impact and was not significant in employees' performance. The selection process does not affect and is not significant in employees' performance. While the training process has a significant effect on employees' performance so that if the company gives training to employees more often, it means that employee skills will increase and employees' performance increases as well.Keywords: recruitment process, selection process, training process, employees’ performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence the store atmosphere and quality of service to customer loyality. The sample in this study was taken as much 75 respondents and the technique used Accidental Sampling. The data in this study using a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by consumers. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at PT Adhiguna Putera on Jl. Mawar No.03, Besuki, kec. Besuki, Kab. Situbondo. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, leadership and human resource development on job performance. The independent variables used are training, leadership and human resource development, while the dependent variable is work performance. The sample used in this study were 45 respondents who are employees of PT. Adhiguna Putera Paiton Probolinggo Branch. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that training affects work performance, leadership affects work performance and human resource development affects work performance. training, leadership and human resource development simultaneously affect work performance. Keywords : Training, Leadership, Human Resource Development and Work Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Pertamina Marifat gas station in Kradenan Banyuwangi. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction. The independent variables used are facilities and service quality, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study were 65 respondents who were consumers of Pertamina Marifat gas stations in Kradenan Banyuwangi. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, path analysis, f test and t test of determination using IBM SPSS computer software for data processing. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study was conducted to analyze the factors that affect consumers inmaking purchasing decisions on Indigo product at Indigo store, Jombang. Theproblem in this study is a decline sales in Indigo product for 3 months at Indigostore, Jombang. Independent variables consist of Quality (X1), Price (X2), BrandImage (X3), and Product design (X4) In the other hand, the dependent variable isthe Buying Decision (Y). In this study, observer take 100 respondents that weretaken by using a purposive sampling technique. Analysis using SPSS 16.0,including, reliability test, validity test, classic assumptions test, multipleregression analysis, hypothesis testing via the F and T test, and analysis of thecoefficient of determination (R ²). From the analysis of the regression equationwas obtained:Prices showed the greatest regression coefficient. Price is the mostimportant factor influencing the purchase decisions of consumers who buy Indigoproduct at Indigo store, Jombang. The third important factor is the brand imageand product design as the fourth factors that influence the purchase decision.study.Keywords: Quality, Price, Brand image, Product design, PurchaseDecision
