Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction hp iphone. This research is an explanatory research type, with a quantitative approach. The research method used is path analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample determined to be sampled obtained by 48 respondents as a sample. The results of this study show that partially all variables have significant and positive influences. While the results of intervening tests showed that customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between product quality to customer loyalty hp iphone. Keywords: product quality, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in telecommunications services with the primary function and goal of increasing access to adequate communication for the community. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style—communication and work discipline- on PT Telkom employees' performance. The sample used in this study was 42 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach method. This study's data used a Likert scale questionnaire using the multiple linear analysis methods with the help of SPSS software. The results show that leadership style, communication, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance, communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance

Abstract

 AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and activity ratios on stock returns. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The research sample used purposive sampling technique. From a population of 24 companies, a sample of 18 companies was taken with a three-year research period (2017-2019). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that liquidity (Current Ratio) and Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) have a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, Activity (Total Assets Turn Over) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns.. Keywords: CR, DER, TATO, and Stock Returns

Abstract

Abstract Organizational loyalty is the subject of this study, which examines the management of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Its objective is to determine how organizational loyalty is affected by leadership style, communication, and management performance. The method of distributing questionnaires is used in this type of research, which is quantitative. The 68 respondents in this study were all administrators of BEM FEB 2021/2022, and the SPSS computer program was used to process the data. Validity and reliability requirements have been met by this study. The data in this study were analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. Organizational loyalty is the dependent variable in this study, while leadership style, communication, and management performance are the independent variables. Keywords: Organizational Loyalty, Leadership Style, Communication and Management Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to find out which financial performance is better between Distro Club creative economic actors and creative economic actors BSM Distro in Malang. The data used are primary data by collecting data through interviews. The tool used to analyze the financial performance of creative economic actors is using financial ratio analysis. The analysis shows that the financial performance of BSM Distro creative economic actors is better than the financial performance of Distro Club creative economic players in terms of profitability ratios and solvency ratios, while in terms of liquidity ratios the results show that Distro Club has better financial performance than BSM Distro.Keywords: Actors of Creative Economy, Ratio Analysis and Financial Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to know the level of effectiveness and how huge the contribution restaurant, hotel, advertisement tax toward original income in Malang regency during three years ago (2016-2018). This study used descriptive qualitative data. The researcher gets the data with documentation method obtained from Regional Revenue Agency (Badan Pendapatan Daerah). The result of this study showed that (1) the effectivess of the restaurant tax 2016-2018 is very effective criteria. The effectiveness of the hotel tax 2017-2019 is very effective. And effectiveness of advertisement tax 2017-2019 is very effective. The effectiveness of retributin region is very effective. (2) The contribution of revenue restaurant tax 2016-2018 is very less. The contribution of hotel tax 2016-2018 is very less and the region contribution 2016-2018 is very less criteria.Keywords: local tax, regional retribution, local original income, effectiveness, and contribution

Abstract

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE DIFFERENCE IN COSMETIC COMPANIES LISTED IN BEI BEFORE AND AFTER ONLINE SHOP This study aims to examine the differences in financial performance of cosmetics companies listed on BEI before and after the rise of online shop based on current ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), debt to total assets (DAR) . The population in this study all cosmetics companies listed on the BEI a number of 6 companies. The sampling technique was done by using purposive sampling method and obtained amounted to 4 cosmetics companies listed in BEI 2011-2014. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of cosmetics companies listed on the BEI and this type of research belongs to comparative research. Data analysis method in this research use paired sample ttest. The results of this study show that partially return on assets (ROA) there is a significant difference to the financial performance of cosmetic companies before and after the ramp of online shop, current ratio (CR), return on equity (ROE), debt to total assets (DAR) there are significant differences to cosmetics companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the rise of online shop.Keywords: Financial Performance, Cosmetic Company, Online Shop.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of retail business in Indonesia which is rapidly developing makes competition increasing, every business person will compete to make his product a product that is in great demand by consumers. The rise of culinary business and the mushrooming of cafes in Malang and the huge potential that exists has made businesses create creativity to make their businesses appear different in terms of the quality of the food provided, the atmosphere of the cafe served and the reasonableness of the prices offered. This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, atmosphere and fairness of prices on customer satisfaction at Joyogrand Coklat Klasik Cafe Malang. The population in this study were Malang Islamic University Students who had visited the Coklat Klasik Cafe Joyogrand Malang with a total sample of 85 respondents. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of food quality, atmosphere and fairness of prices simultaneously affected customer satisfaction. food quality and price reasonableness variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while price reasonableness variables have no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Online Customer Review, CelebrityEndorser, and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of products skincare Ms Glow to Ms GlowAesthetic Clinic Malang Customers. This research uses explanatory research and quantitativeapproaches. The population and sample of this study are 90 customers of Ms Glow AestheticClinic Malang. In this study informasi collection techniques used in the form of questionnairesand interviews. To solve the problem in this study, using the validity test, reliability test,normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysistest, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination test. Research using multiple linearregression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study are that the OnlineCustomer Review, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Image variables influence PurchasingDecisions simultaneously, partially the variabels Online Customer Review affect the PurchaseDecision while the Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image partially does not affect the PurchaseDecision of products skincare Ms Glow to customers of Ms Glow Aesthetic Clinic Malang.Keywords: Online Customer Review, Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and promotion mix on purchasing decisions for Waroeng Om products, Malang City. The location of this research was carried out on the community and students in Malang City who became consumers of Waroeng Om Malang City. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the public and students in Malang City who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Maholtra formula and the results obtained were 85 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that the quality of service, product quality and promotion mix simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions and have an effect on purchasing decisions for Waroeng Om products, Malang City. Furthermore, the results of the t-test indicate that service quality, product quality and promotion mix partially have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Waroeng Om products, Malang City. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 60.5%, which purchasing decisions can be influenced by service quality, product quality and promotion mix. Management should pay more attention to consumer attitudes and behavior in the purchase stage, one of which is by providing good quality products so that consumers will easily buy Waroeng Om Malang products more precisely and quickly. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix
