Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of salary satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Turnover Intention at PT. BMI in Dampit City. Determination of the sample in this study is using saturated samples, so that the number of samples can be determined as many as 63 respondents according to the criteria. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that salary satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously had a significant effect on turnover intention at PT. BMI in Dampit City. Salary satisfaction variable has a significant and positive effect on turnover intention at PT. BMI in Dampit City. Job satisfaction variable has no effect on turnover intention at PT. BMI in Dampit City. Organizational commitment variable has a significant and negative effect on turnover intention at PT. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Profitability and Liquidity on Firm Value in LQ45 Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population of this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The sample used is 11 samples that meet the criteria in the research subject from 2017 to 2019. The analysis method used is multiple regression equation, normality test, classical assumption test., descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that Good Corporate Governance, Profitability and Liquidity to Firm Value simultaneously affect the LQ45 Firm Value listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.Keywords : , Profitabilitas , dan Likuiditas..

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions at shopee for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research applied is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2018, totaling 565 students. The sample used was 85 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (adjusted R2), F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) through SPSS 20 tools.The results showed that the price variable had a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has no partial effect on purchasing decisions. The online customer reviews variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The variable price, product quality and online customer reviews have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at shopee. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Online Customer Reviews, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence price, product quality, and promotion have on purchasing decisions at shopee online shop. This type of research uses exsplanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was Unisma's Feb 2018 students, totaling approximately 950 students. The sampling technique used with the Malhotra formula used the number of indicators multiplied by 5, the target number was 115 respondents. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test, coefficient of determination, to analyze the data using the spss 16 application. The results of this study indicate that the variable price, product quality, and promotion have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions, the results of this study also show that partially the price variable has no effect on purchasing decisions, while partially the product quality and promotion variables have a significant and positive effect. on purchasing decisions at shopee online shop. Keywords : Price, Product Quality, Promotion, Buying Decision

Abstract

                                                   ABSTRACT The purpose of this research were to determine the affect of leadership style to the employee performance, career development to the employee performance, and work environment to the employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 47 employees. Methods of this research was a quisionare and documentation. Data were analyzed by instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression and t-test. The result showed that the leadership style does not affect the perfromance of employees of. Career development affect the performance of employees. Abstract

Abstract Every company was founded with the aim of obtaining the greatest profit. But along the way, each company will be different. There will be a phase of increasing or decreasing the company's financial condition. As a result, it is necessary to predict the possibility of financial distress in the company using the analysis of this research. This analysis will greatly affect the company in taking future steps. This study was conducted to knowing the effect of liquidity ratios, financial leverage, operating capacity, and sales growth on financial distress. This analysis looked at pharmaceutical companies that were on the IDX from 2016 to 2019. This research using purposive sampling method as the sampling technique with a sample of nine companies. Data were taken from the IDX website using documentation techniques. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of this study state that the ratio of liquidity, financial leverage, and operating capacity affects financial distress, while sales growth does not affect financial distress. Keywords : Liquidity Ratio, Financial Leverage, Operating Capacity, Sales Growth, Financial Distress

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service marketing mix simultaneously and partially to the decision to visit the Gili Noko Beach tourism in Bawean. The method used is purposive sampling technique where the technique of determining the sample with consideration of certain criteria. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative by using Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and also through f test and t test by using SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis simultaneously shows that the influence of product variables, price, location, promotion, employees, process and physical evidence have a significant influence on the decision to visit on Gili Noko beach tour in Bawean. While the partial variable of product, price, location, employee, process, and physical evidence have no significant effect to the decision of visiting on Gili Noko beach tourism in Bawean. And for the promotion variable has a significant influence on the decision to visit on Gili Noko Beach tour in Bawean. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Visit Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research to make compare the finance performancebetween Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Commercial Banks inIndonesia in the period 2013-2016 by using financial ratios. Financial ratios areused consisting of CAR, NPL, LDR, BOPO, and ROA.The data used in this study were obtained from the Financial Statements ofCommercial Banks in 2013 to 2016, published by each Bank concerned. Afterpassing through the stage purposive sample, the sample is feasible to use as manyas four samples, two Islamic Commercial Banks, and 2 Conventional CommercialBank.Analytical techniques used to see comparison of financial performance ofIslamic Commercial Banks with Conventional Commercial Bank is the method ofIndependent sample t-test.The analysis showed that there are significant differences for each financial ratiobetween Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Commercial Banks inIndonesia. Islamic Commercial Banks has better performance in terms ofNPL,LDR, and BOPO ratios, while the Conventional Commercial Banks betterperformance in terms of the CAR, and ROA.Keywords : CAR, NPL, LDR, BOPO, ROA dan Independent sample t-test.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                          This study aims to describe and analyze the effectof work load organizational commitment, and work motivation to work teacher perfomance in vocational high school 1 Pujon malang district. The type of this study is experimental. This study is using primary and secondary data which is obtained from distrubuting a questionnare and interview. This study consists of 43 active teacher i vocational high school 1 Pujon Malang.This study is used descriptive quantitative method which contains validity, reliability, normality, multicoliearity test, heterocodasity, multiple linear analysis, f test, and t test.The result of this study shows that (1) simultaneously effect of work load, organizational commitment, and work motivation toward teacher perfomance in vocational high school 1 Pujon Malang district. (2) partially the work loan variable has significantly effect through teacher perfomance furthermare the organizatinal commitmen has significantly effect and work motivation has significantly effect through the teacher performance in vocational high school 1 pujon malang.Key word: work load, organizational commitment, work motivation and perfomanc

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research to determine the influence of Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment towards Employee Performance of the PT Kurnia Jaya Bersama. The data used in this study is primary data. The population used is employees of PT Kurnia Jaya Bersama. The sampling technique was done by saturated sampling method. The sample of this research is 73 employees. Data analysis was done by using multiple linier regression method. The result of this study indicate that Simultaneously, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment significantly affected the Employee Performance. Partially, motivation has a positive significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a negative significant on employee performance and work environment has a positive significant on employee performance.  Keywords : Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Employee Performance
