Abstract

AbstractThe consumer goods industry is one of the companies listed on the IDX and its shares are actively traded. The purpose of this study was: 1) to find out the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies; 2) to find out the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies; and 3) to find out the effect of Inventory Turnover (ITO) on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies. By using a sample of consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the study period in 2016-2018. The data analysis techniques used in this study include multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The results showed that Return On Assets (ROA) had a positive effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) negatively on stock prices and Inventory Turnover (ITO) on stock prices. Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turnover (ITO), Stock Prices.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the influence, firm size, corporate governance of profit management partially. Population and samples in this research in the food and beverage sector companies were listed in IDX in 2016-2018 which amounted to 26 companies and which corresponds to the criteria of the criteria of 15 company known. The data retrieval technique uses the Purposive sampling method. The data retrieval technique with document data obtained from the company document is www.idx.co.id. Data analysis used SPSS version 20. The analysis tools used in this study are test normality, classical assumption test, double linear regression test and hypothesis test.            Based on the results of this study concluded that the variable firm size of profit management does not affect the profit management and the corporate governance variables on the profit management negatively affect the negative and the impact on profit management. The company implements corporate governance strategy due to success or failure that can occur depending on the strategy. Shareholders, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Risk Management Committee, audit committee, BOC members, board members, social responsibility, corporate ethics are some of the characteristics included in corporate governance, from research can be said that corporate governance of the company has a strong influence, corporate governance facilitates about the future company.Keywords: Firm size, corporate governance and profit management

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was aimed to investigate the influence of online marketing and perception of the price to the decision of the purchase of "three second" products in  students of the faculty the economic 2013-2015 UNISMA .The population of this research is all students of the faculty the economic 2013-2015 UNISMA. Sample taken by using the method accidental sampling in order to obtain 94 of respondents who qualified in the sample .This research using the primary data and and multiple regression analysis method.The result of this research shows that the variable of online marketing has positive and insignificant effect to the decision of the purchase , the  variable price of perception has  negative and significant effect to the decision of the purchase .Simultaneously variable marketing online , and perception of the price have significant influence to the decision of the purchase .Keywords: Perception Of The Price, Quality, Online Marketing, Decision Of The Purchase.

AbstractThis reseacrh purpose to determine: 1) Description of ability work, motivation work, organizational commite and the ability Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 2) The effect of ability work, motivation work, organizational commite and the ability Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 3) The effect of potentiality work support to employee work competence at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 4) The effect of motivation work support to employee work competence at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 5) The Effect of organization commite support to employee work competence at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2.The Method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive approach and conducted at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2 with total pupulation 42 employees. Data collection technique used questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and trust on customer loyalty, the sample of this study were customers from Kampoeng coffee shops. Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, F statistic test and t statistic test, coefficient of determination test in IBM Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 16.0From the results of calculations with SPSS which are variables of product quality, service quality, trust have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract With the rapid development of technology and human lifestyles, they also experience developments or lifestyle improvements that ultimately have an impact on people's behavior that is too extravagant and always keeps up with the times, especially among students who always follow their ego in making decisions in considering their needs and needs. his desire to live a hedonistic life that makes students unable to manage their financial resources and manage their finances well, most students have not been able to control the expenses they make, leading to dependence on quality of life on individual capacity to manage financial affairs, the computerized economy in Indonesia is encountering extremely quick turn of events. particularly in monetary innovation (fintech). Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of online reviews, discount promos and trust on purchasing decisions. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. While the sample used in this study is Non-Probability Sampling using the Maholtra formula so there are 75 samples. The data used is primary data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination.                                                                    From the partial results of the study, it was found that online reviews had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, discount promos had no effect on purchasing decisions, and trust had an effect on purchasing decisions. Keyword : Online review, discount promos, trust and  buying decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is intended to determine the motives and roles of women in working towards performance. The population of this study was a female company at The Grand Palace Hotel Malang with a sample of 32 people, and a sample called a census sample. This research uses quantitative descriptive method, analysis in this method uses tabulation data. In the analysis, considering cultural, economic and educational motives greatly influences women in the company. Motives provide encouragement for women in the world of work specifically for employees of The Grand Palace Hotel, with the motive will provide encouragement for women who have good performance at work. Not only to make a living but also to improve their profession. In the role of the world of work, women will have several roles, namely productive roles, domestic roles, and social roles. The role includes the role of women in the world of work and women who act as housewives. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted with the aim. 1) To Find out and analyze the effect of profitability on the value of real estate companies. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of dividend policy on the value of real estate companies. 3) To find out and analyze the effect of debt policy on the value of real estate companies. 4) to find out and analyze the effect of manajerial ownership on the value of real estate companies proxied by return on investment, dividend per share, debt to equity ratio, manajerial ownership and price earning ratio as the dependent variable Explanatory Research type research. The data used is secondary data. Obtained by documentation techniques. Namely by searching and collecting data on annual reports obtained from the website. The population used in this research is real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The sample selection in that study used a purposive sampling method, based on the criteria obtained by 10 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using WU. That partially the debt policy has a significant positive effect on company value while the profitability ratio of dividend policy and manajerial ownership has no partial effect on the value of the company. Keywords:     Profitability, Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Manajerial Ownership, Company Value

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze how the influence of segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies on purchasing decisions in the Ayam goreng Nelongso in Malang city simultaneously and partially. This research is a quantitative study using Explanatory Research techniques with a sample of 90 respondents and use non probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The data source used in this study uses primary data sources with the method of data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and using SPSS Software for windows to analyze hypothesis testing. The conclusions of this study are (1) Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. (2) Segmenting, partially, does not significantly influence Purchasing Decisions. (3) Targeting and Positioning partially have significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Segmenting, Targeting, positioning, Purchasing decisions.
