Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, leadership style and work motivation on cooperative Pakis village units both partially and jointly. Population and sample are all administrators totaling 42 people. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 17. The sampling technique using questionnaire deployment methods and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis .The results of the analysis show that partially compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style and work motivation do not affect the performance of employees of the fern village unit cooperative. Together, it shows that compensation, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance Leadership in the fern village unit cooperative.Keywords: Compensation, Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality on brand and motorcycle purchasing decision (Honda Scoopy matic) in Merpati Motor dealer in Probolinggo. The research used explanatory research and quantitative approach. The respondents in this research were 80 people. They are consumers in Merpati Motor dealer.The method used  is descriptive data analysis. it used validity test, reability test, normality test, multikolinierity test, heterokedastisity test, multiple linier analysis test, f test, t test. The result of this study simoultaneously, each product quality variable, price perception, and brand name have some positive effect on purchasing decision. Partially, product quality variable have effect on purchasing decision. Then price perception did not have effect for purchasing decision on  Merpati Dealer Motor.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze a movement or reaction of share prices and trading volume before and after the haze event in plantation sector companies in 2016-2019. The population in this study are 18 oil palm plantation sector componies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 and the sample of this study are 7 oil palm companies that have a large of transaction values and active in the movementof stock prices for 4 years. The samples were chosen by using purposive sampling technique which samples were chosen with certain criteria. Data collection method uses secondary data, obtained by documentation by studying and analyzing a historical data of a particular company's stock. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive test, normality test, and t-test. The results of the study stated that in 2016-2019 there were no significant differences in abnormal return and trading volume activity (TVA) before and after the haze event in plantation sector companies.Keywords: Abnormal Return and Trading Volume Activity (TVA)

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing and perceived value on consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for visitors to damar coffee Malang. The population in this study were all visitors to Damar Coffee Malang City. The sample used is some visitors to Damar Coffee Malang City. The technique used in sampling is accidental sampling technique, the sample selected is 100 respondents. The data were collected using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 14 (Statistical Products and Service Solutions version 14). The results showed that Experiential Marketing has a direct effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perception of Value has a direct effect on Customer Satisfaction, Experiential Marketing has a direct effect on Consumer Loyalty, Perception of Value has a direct effect on Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Satisfaction has a direct effect on Consumer Loyalty, Experimental Marketing has a direct effect on Customer Loyalty. Indirectly on Consumer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable and Value Perception indirectly on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Perception of Value, Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims is for describe about cash, non-cash payments, and work motivation of GRAB drivers in Malang city, and to determine the effect of the payment methods used by consumers which have an impact on Work Motivation. This research was conducted at GRAB Drivers who the office at Laksda Adi Sucipto street number 53, Blimbing, Malang City. With a sample number of  respondents is 99 driver. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of descriptive analysis is the GRAB Driver in Malang City perceives if cash and non-cash payments are the same as increasing the work motivation of GRAB Drivers in Malang City. However, the impact of cash and non-cash payments is different. Based on the regression coefficient value, it can be seen that the coefficient of the non-cash payment variable is greater than the coefficient of the cash payment variable. This indicates that non-cash payments have more effect on the work motivation of the GRAB Driver than cash payments. Keywords: Cash Payments, Non Cash Payments and Work Motivation

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand equity on the intention to repurchase Indomie products. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is the intention to repurchase. The independent variable (X) in this study is Product Quality, Brand Equity. This research is an explanatory research. The data used by the researcher is primary data with the collection method using a questionnaire distributed to students of the 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling with the type of Purposive Sampling. The number of samples used consisted of 90 respondents. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS to test statistics in the form of instrument tests, normality, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product quality and brand equity had a significant effect on repurchase intention. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Equity, Repurchase Interest

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of simultaneous and partial between service quality, tariffs, and timeliness of users of railroad transportation service satisfaction of Tawang alun train customers to Malang-Banyuwangi. The population is the user of the Tawang Alun train majoring in Malang-Banyuwangi at Malang City Station.               The sample of this study was 50 users of the Tawang Alun train service in Malang-Banyuwangi Station in Malang City Station, with the sampling technique using questionnaires and the analysis used in this study was quantitative analysis, with explanatory research.               The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality, tariff and timeliness are positive and significant to customer satisfaction. Adjusted R square of 0.882 indicates that 88.2% of variance or customer satisfaction is explained by independent variables in the regression equation. While the other 11.8% are explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Service Quality, Tariff, Timeliness, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of discipline and school environment on student learning outcomes. The sample in this study is MA. Ma’arif 07 sunan drajad paciran lamongan. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used in this study uses validity, reliability, normality, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results of the study show that the learning discipline has a significant effect on student learning outcomes, and the school environment has a significant effect on student learning outcomes.Keywords: discipline, school environment, and student learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, quality of human resources and discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Ledokombo Jember. The population in this study were employees of PT. Ledokombo Jember. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique. The population in this study was less than 100 people. The number of samples in this study were all members of 65 people. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture, quality of human resources and discipline had a good relationship to improve the performance of the employees of PT. Ledokombo jember. The known value of F> F table and significance> 0.05, shows that there is a direct and significant impact of organizational culture on employee performance and discipline. In adition there are also indirect impacts on the quality of human resources on employee performance. Employee performance will increase in PT. Ledokombo Jember. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to find out how much influence the Occupational Safety and Health variables on Employee Productivity. Study at PT. Duta Beton Mandiri Pasuruan. In this study the population of 44 people using saturated sampling. The method of sampling is, employees who work at PT. Duta Beton Mandiri Pasuruan. To find out the data that will be examined later, this study uses a way to distribute questionnaires to better know the opinions of employees by filling out the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire. Also in this study using SPSS measuring tools to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, testing classic assumptions, and testing hypotheses. From this study produced several conclusions that mention that the Occupational Safety and Health variables influence together so that it can increase the work productivity of employees of PT. Duta Beton Mandiri Pasuruan. While partial work safety does not affect employee work productivity, while occupational health has an influence on employee work productivity.Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health
