Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the financial performance consisting of net profit margin, return on equity and earning per share, and systematic risk and to know the influence and analyze financial performance consisting of net profit margin, return on equity and earning per share, and systematic risk to stock returns simultaneously and partially. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 using purposive sampling method, namely as many as 3 companies. Data collection method by collecting and analyzing company financial data available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this study was multiple linear analysis with SPSS 25.0 for windows.  The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of net profit margin, return on equity and earning per share, and systemic risk simultaneously to the rerun of mining companies. 2) There is a negative influence of net profit margin on the return of shares on mining companies. 3) There is a negative effect of return on equity on the return of mining companies. 4) There is a positive and significant influence of earning per share on the return of shares of mining companies. 5) There is a positive and significant effect of systematic risk to the return of shares of mining companies.  Keywords: Financial Performance, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, and Systematic Risk.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the direct influence and indirect influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer trust. with the aim of knowing the description of service quality, customer loyalty and trust.The population used in this study is HRS Jaya Ketapang Sampang. Determination of samples using purposive sampling technique. Based on the criteria obtained 89 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis method uses path analysis. While the data analysis tool used validity test, reliability test, nomination test, with hypothesis testing using the t test and sobel test.The results of this study indicate that service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on trust, service quality variables have a significant positive effect on loyalty, the trust variable has a significant positive effect on loyalty, the trust variable can mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty and Customer Trust.

Abstract

Abtraksi                This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Stock Split, Earning Per Share on Stock Prices. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique where the technique of determining the sample with consideration of certain criteria. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis and also through t test using the SPSS program. Based on the results of partial data analysis shows that Stock Split has a negative effect not significant on stock prices, Earning Per Share has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Keywords: Stock Split, Earning Per Share and Share Prices

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research target is to know and analyse influence of brand image directly to satisfaction, influence brand image directly to loyalitas, influence satisfaction directly to loyalitas, influence brand image to loyalitas through satisfaction as intervening variable, influence of quality service directly to satisfaction, influence quality service directly to loyalitas, and influence quality service to loyalitas through satisfaction as intervening variable at customer of McDonald’s MT Haryono Malang.Result of research indicate that there are direct influence brand image directly to satisfaction 0,611. influence brand image directly to loyalitas 0,581, influence satisfaction directly to loyalitas 0,567, influence brand image to loyalitas through satisfaction as intervening variable 0,346, influence of quality service directly to satisfaction 0,533, influence quality service directly to loyalitas 0,524, and influence quality service to loyalitas through satisfaction as intervening variable 0,302 at customer of McDonald’s MT Haryono Malang. Keyword :brand image, quality servive, satisfaction and loyality

Data analysis method used is multiple regression test toshow the influence of independent variable to dependent variable, with classicalassumption test. From the results of this study shows that the Earning Per Share(EPS) have a significant influence on Stock Price. Abstract

AbstracThis research was conducted with the aim to analyze the effect of Profitability (NPM), Asset Structure and company growth on the company's capital structure. The population used in this study is manufacturing goods sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling technique. Companies included in the study criteria consisted of 23 companies during the 3-year study period. The data collection method used in this study is the documentation of the financial statements of the manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which are listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the t test.The results of the study explained that the profitability variable by using Net Profit Margin (NPM) had no effect on the company's capital structure and the asset structure had no effect on the company's capital structure and the company's growth had no effect on the company's capital structure.Keywords : profitability, asset structure and company growth

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction simultaneously or partially. This study used 1000 for its population, and reduced it using the Slovin formula to 91. Data collection used a questionnaire and used SPSS version 21.0 to analyze the data. The sampling technique in this study is by census, then using data testing techniques such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results obtained in this study are that service quality and product quality affect customer satisfaction, while price does not affect customer satisfaction. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this to analyze and explain the influence of motivation, intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient on the performance of teachers at SDN Kandangsapi 2 Pasuruan City. The dependent variable in this study is teacher performance. And there are 4 independent variables used, namely motivation, intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient. The population in this study were teachers of SDN Kandangsapi 2, Pasuruan City. The sample in this study was taken using census research techniques. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that simultaneously the variables of motivation, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially the variables of motivation and intellectual intelligence have no significant effect on teacher performance, the emotional intelligence variable has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance, while spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Motivation, Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Trust and Image on Behavior Intention to use Fintech in Management Study Program Students Class of 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were Active Students of Management Study Program Class of 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, which was obtained as many as 518 students. In this study, the sample selection used the Slovin formula with purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 84 students who met the criteria. The results of this study indicate that (1) Financial Literacy has no significant effect on Behavior Intention to use Fintech, (2) Trust has a significant and positive effect on Behavior Intention to use Fintech, (3) Image has a significant and positive effect on Behavior Intention to use Fintech. . Keywords : Financial Literacy, Trust, Image, Behavior intention to use Fintech.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect  of non performing loan (NPL), liquidity, profitability, and operational efficiency on the capital adequacy ratio of case studies on banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. In this study, there are 4 (four) independent variables used to measure the capital adequacy ratio, namely non performing loans (NPL), liquidity is calculated using  loan to deposit ratio (LDR), profitability which is calculated using return on assets (ROA) and operational efficiency which is calculated using operating expenses to operating income (BOPO). The dependent variable in this study is the capital adequacy ratio calculated using the capital adequacy ratio (CAR). The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 44 banking companies and the sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria and obtained a sample of 28 banking companies. The data collection method used is the documentation method by recording or documenting data listed in the annual report on (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression. From this study, it resulted that the non-performing loans (NPL) had a negative and not significant effect on the capital adequacy ratio. Liquidity and profitability have a positive and not significant effect on the capital adequacy ratio. And operational efficiency has a negative and significant effect on the capital adequacy ratio.Keywords: Non Performing Loans (NPL), Liquidity, Profitability, Operational Efficiency, Capital Adequacy Ratio
