Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of research are to determine whether there is asimultaneous influence between the retail marketing mix consisting of, product,price, place, promotion, in-store atmosphere and service to purchase decision atResist Wear Turen Malang Distribution and to find out whether there is partialinfluence between the mix marketing consisting of, product, price, place,promotion, in-store atmosphere and service to purchasing decision at Resist WearTuren Malang Distribution. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at the PRIMKOPPABRI Savings and Loan Cooperative (Primer Koperasi Purnawirawan ABRI) Blitar District. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Turnover Intentions, Burnout, and Work-Life Balance on the Performance of Employees of the PRIMKOPPABRI Savings and Loan Cooperative (Primer Koperasi Purnawirawan ABRI) in Blitar Regency. The method used to determine sampal is saturated sample, so the total sample used is 53 employees. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. Hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for Windows software.The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of the variables Turnover Intentions, Burnout and Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance. In addition, the Turnover Intentions variable has a partially significant effect on the performance of employees of the PRIMKOPPABRI Cooperative Savings and Loans (Primer Koperasi Purnawirawan ABRI), while the Burnout and Work-Life Balance variables do not have a significant effect partially on the performance of employees of the Savings and Loan Cooperative of PRIMKOPPABRI (Primer Koperasi Purnawirawan ABRI)Blitar Regency, while the Burnout and Work-Life Balance variables do not have a significant effect partially on the performance of employees ) Blitar Regency. Keywords: Turnover Intentions, Burnout, Work-Life Balance, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is aimed to know the effect of the service quality, the price and the product quality on customers’ loyalty through satisfaction as intervening variable (a case study of Ayam Nelongso Sawojajar restaurant customers). This study used qualitative research approach and this study is an explanatory research. The population of this study is all the consumers who become the customers of Ayam Nelongso Sawojajar restaurant.  The purposive sampling technique was used in this study to determine the sample.   The data was gained from distributing the questionnaire to 99 respondents. The instrument used for collect the data was questionnaire and for the data analysis, the method used was path analysis.  Based on the data analysis and the hypothesis testing, the result of this study is: The service quality and the product quality on customers’ loyalty of the variables’ satisfaction is positively and significantly affected and for the price on satisfaction as the intervening variable is not significantly affected. Based on the statement above, it can be concluded that the service quality, the price and the product quality on customers’ loyalty through variables’ satisfaction is positively and significantly affected.  Keywords : service quality, price, product quality, satisfaction, customers loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, effect of compensation on employee performance, and motivation on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration in Malang. Based on the results of the analysis found that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Based on the results of the study, the company Office of Population and Civil Registration (DISPENDUK CAPIL) Malang City should provide fair compensation, motivate employees with promotion of position, to improve maximum work quality.

Abstract

AbstractIndonesia is a country that has many advantages to increase economic growth, one of which is the tourism sector. The tourism sector is an industry that is growing rapidly in the middle of the times and has becomes of the largest and strongest industries in the world. This is because the industrial revolution 4.0 is the development of the internet which has an impact on easy access to information. This convenience creates a new lifestyle for people in seeking satisfaction in the tourism and culinary sectors. Where people will easily find the destination point tourism only with gedget and internet. Indonesia is an archipelago with different natural conditions and has the potential to become a tourist spot. One of them in Gresik Regency is the Selo Tirto Giri (SETIGI) tourist spot. Many local tourists and foreign tourists who come to visit to enjoy and seek inner satisfaction in SETIGI nature tourism. Tourist satisfaction is not only in the beauty of the tourist attractions, but is supported by the services and facilities available at these tourist attractions. This study examines the quality of service and facilities for tourist attractions on visitor satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, where data is obtained through distributing questionnaires to tourists and then processed with SPSS and analyzed by researchers. The results of the study indicate that service quality and tourist facilities simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction during the implementation of the  new normal (study on visitors to the Selo Tirto Giri (SETIGI) tourist spot, Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah district, Gresik).  Keywords: quality of servants, tourist facilities, visitor satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price discount and product quality on online purchasing decisions at Shopee with hedonic shopping motivation as an intervening variable for FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang. This type of research is using explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 85 students of Management Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2018 as many as 85 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, t-test, coefficient of determination, and Sobel test. The results show that price discounts have a direct effect on hedonic shopping motivation, product quality has a direct effect on hedonic shopping motivation, price discounts have a direct effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, hedonic shopping motivation has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, hedonic shopping motivation can mediate price discounts on online purchasing decisions, and hedonic shopping motivation can also mediate product quality on online purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price Discount, Product Quality, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Online Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees of Sardo Swalayan Malang. The analasis method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the motivation variable has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees of Sardo Swalayan Malang, this can be seen from the results of the study. T-test significant level of work motivation is 0.804> significant level α = 0.05, which means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of multiple regression data analysis obtained are Y = 12,276 + 0,353 X1 + 0,038 X2 + 3,159. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership style and work motivation have a significant and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of Sardo Swalayan Malang. Keywords: leadership style, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at Malang Uniccrab Seafood Restaurant in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, promotion on customer satisfaction. The variables of product quality, service quality, promotion, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who made food purchases at Seafood Uniccrab Malang. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the variables of product quality, service quality, promotion partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: customer satisfaction, product quality, service quality, promotion

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and brand image on customer loyalty for coffee orders in the city of Malang, especially for FEB UNISMA students batch 2018. The data used in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research population is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UNISMA, while the sample used is the 2018 Islamic Management, Accounting and Banking Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of a random sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression and the test of this study used the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that price, product quality and brand image partially affect customer loyalty. Meanwhile, simultaneously price, product quality and brand image affect customer loyalty. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Brand Image, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This research examines to analyze the effect of career development and job promotion on employee morale (Case Study of PT Indomarco Prismatama Malang Branch). The sample in this study were 60 employees who were used as respondents, the method used in this study was multiple linear regression with primary data to be analyzed using the SPSS For Windows application. Based on the results of research and discussion in the previous chapter, it is concluded that the simultaneous test results show that career development and job promotion variables have an effect on employee morale. The partial test results variable career development and job promotion have a positive effect on employee morale. Keywords: Career Development, Job Promotion, Work Spirit
