Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of food quality, dining atmosphere and price suitability on customer satisfaction on Kribo Coffee consumers who are located at Jl. Joyo Agung No 53 B, Tlogomas Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City. The method used is explanatory research that aims to explain the position of each variable and its effect between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing Likert-scale kusieoner to Kribo Coffee consumers. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 80 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of food quality, dining atmosphere and price suitability simultaneously and partially affect the customer satisfaction. Keywords: food quality, dining atmosphere, price suitability and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Grab Protect service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions using online transportation during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study used the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample based on certain considerations or criteria which aims to obtain a representative sample according to predetermined criteria and the number of samples obtained was 90 respondents.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the quality of Grab Protect service, price and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using online transportation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the partial test results show the quality of Grab Protect service, prices and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using online transportation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Grab Protect Service Quality, Price, Promotion and Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, service quality, promotion and product quality on consumer loyalty at indogrosir Malang. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study using the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique obtained 115 respondents.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between Price, Service Quality, Promotion and product quality, has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Indogrosir Malang. Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Promotion, Product Quality and Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect ofsimultaneous and partial influence of service to the satisfaction of hospitalUniversity in Malang.The population used in this study were all 111 class nurse patients inIslamic University hospital Malang. Sample selection using slovin folmulas.Basedon kereteria, obtained 61 respondents who are samples in this research. Methodused in this research using regression method linear multiple.Based on the results of the analysis can be put forward some conclusionsas follows: 1) Simultaneous direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness,assurance, and attention have an effect on patient satisfaction in hospital ofIslamic University Malang. 2) Partially direct evidence have a positive significanteffect on patient satisfaction in Islamic University hospital Malang. 3) Secarapartial reliability has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction inhospital Malang University. 4) Secara partial response has a significant positiveeffect on patient satisfaction in Islamic University hospital Malang. 5) Partiallyguarantee has a siginificant in Islamic University hospital Malang. 6) Secarapartial attention has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction in hospitalIslamic Malang University.Keywords: direct evidence, reliability, response, assurance, attention and patientsatisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of viral marketing, celebrity endorsers, and brand awareness simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. The variables used in this research are Viral Marketing (X1), Endorse Celebrity (X2), Brand Awareness (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Viral Marketing (X1) on Referral Decisions, Celebrity Endorsers (X2) on Referral Decisions (Y), Brand Awareness (X3) on Referral Decisions (Y). The population in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang, Faculty of Economics and Business, whose exact number was not known, so the sample used Malhotra, so the sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method, namely the sampling technique based on certain considerations, which are considered suitable with the characteristics of the sample. which is determined so that will be the sample in this study is 100 samples (20 item questions x 5) data collection methods data collection is done by questionnaire. By preparing instruments in the form of written questions, in order to make the research easier, closed questions were used in this study, namely each question that had been provided with an answer that the respondent could choose from. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, the results of the study state that partially viral marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity Endorser influences Purchasing Decisions. Brand Awareness affects Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of word of mouth, service quality and location on   purchasing decisions on consumers of Ratu Jln hijab. Tlogomas Malang City, East Java. The population in this study were consumers who had or were making purchases and this sample was taken using purposive sampling technique and the total sample was 60 respondents. The data source used is primary data and the method of collection is using a questionnaire technique. The results of this study indicate that word of mouth, service quality and location influence purchasing decisions, the variable word of mouth partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of Ratu Jln hijab. Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Mustika Dampit Coffee Roasting. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality, Price, and Service Recovery on Customer Satisfaction. The independent variables used are Service Quality, Price, and Service Recovery, while the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents who used roasting services for Mustika Dampit coffee roasting. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that the Service Quality, Price and Service Recovery variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of communication, work environment and compensation on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Eka Prima Mandiri Sentosa-Surabaya Branch. The sample in this study was 58 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and Sobel test.The results showed that communication did not play a direct role in morale. While the work environment and compensation play a direct role in morale. Communication does not play a direct role in employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment and compensation have a direct role in employee performance. Morale plays a direct role in employee performance. Communication plays a direct role in employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT                 This study aims to determine the effect of dividend variables, debt policy, profitability on firm value, to measure it using multiple linear methods, in this study are companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index 2013-2015 period which discusses 30 companies and samples in secret research 10 the company selected using purposive sampling method. The Jakarta Islamic Index of Companies will be corrected once every 6 months by the OJK. The results of this study indicate that partially the profitability variable has a significant effect on the value of the company (sig. 0,000), while the dividend policy variable, the policy is insignificant insignificant to the value of the company Keywords: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability, Company Value

Abstract

Abstract This study aims 1) To determine the effect of soft skill and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance, 2) To know the effect of variable soft skill and work motivation partially to employee performance. The population in this study is the total employee Hotel Pelangi Malang, amounting to 80 employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on statistical test F showed that both variables have an effect because it has a significance value less than 5% real level. Result of t test show significant influence from both variable to employee performance Pelangi Hotel Malang, both have t value> of t table. R square results obtained results of 0.701 means there is a strong relationship between soft skills and work motivation on employee performance Pelangi Hotel Malang. R square of 0.701 which means that soft skill and work motivation in explaining the fluctuation of employee performance variable is 70,1%, while the rest of 29,9% influenced by other factors besides soft skill and work motivation Keywords: Soft Skill, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
