The Dharma Andalas Community Service Journal is a Community Service Journal published by the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) Dharma Andalas University. Is a scientific journal from the results of community service activities (PkM) lecturers. This journal is packed densely and contains, so that it is easily understood by readers from academia and the general public. This journal is an implementation of research results. Abstract

Climate change is an environmental phenomenon that is recognized as a threat to human life. Various efforts have been made by the government to prevent the impacts of climate change, including by establishing the Climate Village Program (ProKlim). Community participation is one of the important indicators in supporting the successful implementation of ProKlim. Therefore, presentation skills in order to persuade the surrounding community to be involved in ProKlim activities are needed by the participants and board members. With presentations that are carefully prepared, mature, attractive and clear, it is hoped that the contents of the message will be more easily understood by the audience. In response to this, this community service activity is considered important and strategic for the sustainability of ProKlim in the future. This Community Service Partner is the Bumiku Satu Climate Care Community Group which is located at Jl. Mango Well 1. RT 001 RW 001, Gaga Village, Larangan District, Tangerang City, Banten 15154. By holding community service in the form of presentation technique workshops as persuasive communication, the participants and members of the management of the Bumiku Satu climate care community in the Gaga Larangan village gain knowledge and increase understanding, abilities and skills regarding good presentation techniques that can be applied to persuade the public to campaign for programs or activities.

Abstract

Di era digital ini masyarakat diharapkan mampu menguasai teknologi dan mengoperasikannya. Hal ini juga berlaku bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah. Pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk bisa membuat pembukuan baik secara manual maupun secara digital. Pembukuan secara digital dapat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Bukukas melalui Smartphone. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penggunaan aplikasi ini ad tersebutalah memudahkan dalam membuat pencatatan keuangan,sederhana, agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitas, kualitas, serta kompetensi dalam menyusun laporan keuangan berbasis aplikasi sehingga pelaku UMKM dapat menggunakan aplikasi BukuKas secara mandiri . Pengabdian ini di laksanakan di UMKM Lubuk Minturun, dengan menghadirkan kurang lebih 20 orang dari berbagai jenis usaha seperti kuliner, penjlan bunga, produksi keripik dan makanan ringan. Hambatan yang sering dihadapi pelaku UMKM tidak adanya pencatat pembukuan dan transaksi keuangan dan ada juga pencatatan secara manual, sehingga mereka kesulitan dalam menentukan laba dan jumlah persediaan. Oleh karena itu, dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi BukuKas dapat membantu mereka mencatat transaksi keuangannya dan bisa memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan melalui sosial media. Metode yang dirancang dalam kegiatan ini dimulai dari memberikan praktek langsung tentang penggunaan aplikasi BukuKas. Setelah diberikan pelatihan ini, pelaku UMKM sudah bisa mengoperasikan aplikasi tersebut mulai dari input transaksi harian sampai membaca laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Based on the implementation of community service activities, it is known that in general the counseling participants do not understand in depth about the functions and skills needed by management. This problem is mainly because Optik Jaya Padang has never attended counseling on this matter, so they experience skin problems in implementing it in the cooperative's internal environment. From the results obtained, it is suggested that a preliminary survey be conducted regarding the target audience and the topic to be given. It is hoped that this activity will be right on target and effective for participants. Counseling to the management of Optik Jaya Padang should be carried out routinely and continuously to enrich the understanding and application of management functions and skills at every level of management at the Optics.

Abstract

Teknologi memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Dengan teknologi telah banyak memberikan kemudahan bagi setiap orang dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya. Smartphone merupakan salah satu teknologi yang sekarang sangat berkembang pesat saat ini. Dengan bantuan aplikasi yang ada pada smartphone, para pengguna bisa lebih bebas dalam melakukan berbagai hal tanpa terikat waktu dan tempat. Salah satu contoh aplikasi yang terdapat pada smartphone di bidang kepegawaian adalah aplikasi absensi. Badan Pendapatan Daerah/Pasedahan Agung Kabupaten Badung yang merupakan sebuah instansi pemerintahan yang ingin menerapkan teknologi yang menggunakan smartphone untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan absensi untuk para ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara) maupun untuk tenaga kontrak dan honorer. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pegawai di Bapenda Badung dalam mengelola absensi kehadiran dengan baik dan lengkap. Kegiatan dimulai dengan pembuatan aplikasi, sampai dengan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi baik berbasis mobile maupun website.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anak-anak Taman Kanak-kanak Tahfidz Qur'an Adz-Zikra dalam mengenal nama-nama hewan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi yaitu aplikasi macromedia flash. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam media pembelajaran proses kegiatan mengajar bisa meningkatkan minat dan keinginan yang baru, membangkitkan motivasi dan ransangan ingin belajar dan berdampak juga pada psikologis anak-anak. Permasalahan yang terjadi masih banyak anak-anak yang fokusnya masih bermain dan menggangu teman yang lain saat pengenalan pembelajaran menggunakan alat peragaan masih kurang diminati. Dengan terlaksananya pengabdian kepada masyarakat membuat minat belajar anak-anak semakin meningkat dan sangat aktif saat proses pembelajaran dilakaukan. Dari dampak yang sangat positif maka penggunaan media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi macromedia flash ini akan berlanjut kepada pelatihan untuk guru-guru pada pengabdian kepada masyrakat semester depan.

Abstract

The smoked banana chips business "Karya Mandiri" is a business of independent craftsmen who produce smoked banana chips for sale at Bungus Teluk Kabung. This business has been established for 25 years, starting with the desire to take advantage of the availability of banana raw materials which are abundant and easily available around the business location, supported by the desire and ability to produce sale bananas. It turns out that the product is quite attractive to the market as evidenced by the large number of customers. In the development of this business, the owner realized the lack of ability in terms of business governance and marketing. This raises concerns for business owners. Based on these problems, it is necessary to develop business management capabilities for partners to develop their business. Partners need guidance in business management, both in terms of human resource management, production management, marketing management, and financial management. This service activity aims to improve entrepreneurial governance skills from aspects of business activities which include human resources, production processes, marketing systems and financial management, all of which are interrelated. The method used in this service is coaching and counseling for businesses that are partners, namely the home industry of banana chips sale "Karya Mandiri". The result of this community service program is that business people understand the importance of knowledge about business management to manage their business better and faster develop, understand the importance of qualified and capable human resources, dare to produce innovative and more diverse products, increase product marketing and aggressively carry out promotions by utilizing internet technology, for example through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and various other electronic media and be able to manage company finances well as well as being able to become an independent entrepreneur who is highly motivated in running his business, so it is hoped that the business being run can develop for the better.

Abstract

Technological developments offer many conveniences to the public, so many choices are offered, one of which is the use of electronic money. Electronic money is an alternative form of non-cash payment instrument that is currently widely used by the public, especially in Indonesia, the use of electronic money provides convenience in transactions. To facilitate digital money transactions, the government created an integrated payment gateway called Qris. Qris is a means of payment officially issued by Bank Indonesia for use in daily activities by the public, but the public has not fully used Qris as part of their payment transaction activities. There are many factors that cause these problems to occur including financial literacy, income and the basic concepts of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), namely the perceived ease of applying interest in using electronic money (e-money) and Qris.

Abstract

This service aims to realize the implementation of an academic skills training program (academic skills) in managing finances for MSEs (housewives/partners) who have businesses. These service partners are general community groups consisting of mothers who almost all have small businesses and are members of a study group called the Rindang Alam Keluharan Koto Lua Study Group, Pauh District Padang city. The training program includes training in (1) personal skills, including self-knowledge, rational thinking skills, and self-confidence, (2) social skills, (3) social skills academic skills, (4) vocational skills The training provided for this service activity focuses on the third program, namely on Academic Skills. The final output of this service is to prepare an active Rindang Alam Study Group which is trained and fostered in material about academic skills with a financial management training program. published in journals. The results of this training activity are that the Rindang Alam Study Group can understand financial terms and make bookkeeping in a simple way. In addition, the impact of the implementation of this training program showed a positive impact, namely the mothers of the Rindang Alam study group could recognize their own character and competence, work independently and in groups, utilize their knowledge to gain entrepreneurial opportunities and more income.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises have an important role for a country's economic growth. However, MSMEs are still unable to keep financial records properly. With good records, MSMEs will be able to compile financial reports as a basis for calculating income tax. In order to help MSMEs in Lubuk Minturun in compiling financial reports and calculating taxes, the Unidha Accounting S1 lecturer team carried out PkM activities. The number of participants who took part in this activity were 20 participants who came from various business actors. It is known that 80% of participants have not recorded their business, so they cannot calculate their business tax. One of the obstacles faced by most MSMEs is the low level of education of MSME actors, limited entrepreneurial and management competencies. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that it can help MSME actors to gain understanding and knowledge in compiling financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards, so that MSME actors can calculate their income tax.

Abstract

The presence of the internet has provided a wider new opportunity for doing business, namely through online business. Teachers can also take advantage of this internet presence to increase their income by running a business according to their profession, without having to leave their assignments because they are done from home outside of teaching hours. Online business can be done with or without own website. People can use smartphones, tablets or laptops connected to the internet. Online business activities can be carried out anytime and from anywhere, as long as communication facilities are available. In response to this it is felt important to hold community service which is aimed at the Teachers and Management of the Darul Hikmah Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) located Jl. H. Terin Rt. 006/RW. 003 Pangkalan Jati Baru Cinere Depok, West Java. This community service is in the form of an online business workshop through PaDi UMKM which is more advanced and profitable with participants from teachers and administrators of TPQ Darul Hikmah. It is hoped that there will be an increase in the knowledge of teachers and administrators that can be applied in business life. Some of the committee used zoom and some at TPQ Darul Hikmah. Hopefully the welfare of the teachers and administrators of TPQ Darul Hikmah will increase.
