The Dharma Andalas Community Service Journal is a Community Service Journal published by the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) Dharma Andalas University. Is a scientific journal from the results of community service activities (PkM) lecturers. Abstract

Mr. Mukhlis's homemade tempeh business has lacked the touch of appropriate technological information. The turnover was Rp. 1,000,000 per day before the Covid-19 pandemic and Rp. 700,000 per day during the Covid-19 pandemic. The marketing was around the Belimbing market, entrusted to several stalls and regular customers who routinely buy every day. The business prospects for tempe are quite good because the demand for tempe is continuous every day as a type of food that is high in nutritional content and is beneficial for the health of the body. The priority issue for Mr. Mukhlis's homemade tempe business is market share, marketing strategy and product packaging. The method of implementing extension activities is by lecture, discussion and practice methods. The purpose of the activity is for partners to know about market share, marketing strategies and product packaging. The market share of all levels of society is the lower class and upper class of various ages. Marketing strategy by maintaining existing markets and quality, looking for new markets and alternative marketing channels. Product packaging is disposable, primary and flexible.

Abstract

This time the community service is aimed at Bougenvile Vocational School students located on Jl. Patih Aminuddin No. 177 Parit Rantang Mudik nagari Lubuk Basung, Lubuk Basung District. This community service aims to provide education to Bougenvile Vocational High School students about financial literacy and financial inclusion. The method for implementing Community Service activities consists of three stages of activity. The first stage of preparation includes pre-survey, team formation, preparation and submission of proposals, team and partner coordination and preparation of training tools and materials. The second stage is the screening stage, in the form of preparing speakers, ensuring complete supporting facilities and infrastructure, consumption, surprises and others. The third stage is the activity implementation stage. Provide material on motivation, financial literacy and financial inclusion. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the conditions of the partners before and after the implementation of the program using interview and observation methods. By carrying out this activity, SMK Plus Banking students have a deep understanding of financial literacy and inclusion. After that, a report is prepared for further publication in the form of articles in electronic media/national journals.

Abstract

The initial survey has been conducted by our team in the Acrylic Craft Thematic Village Gunung Pangilun, Padang City, which we abbreviate as “Kampung Akrilik”. From interviews with local artisans, our team realized that the marketing of SME products in this village has not been fully optimized, primarily due to a lack of product variety offered. Faced with this issue, our team felt challenged to contribute by helping direct the artisans to focus on developing products that align with the needs and preferences of potential buyers. Furthermore, we also identified the necessary raw materials and equipment required to create the previously identified new products. Once the new products were identified, the next step was to organize a socialization event. This socialization includes the techniques for creating the new products, such as 3D printing. Through this Community Service project, we hope to revitalize productivity in Acrylic Village. We aim to assist the local community in increasing their product sales and achieving an overall improvement in sales volume.

Abstract

Humans can never be separated from technology. Almost all activities carried out by technology-based people. Technological developments bring a change to life man. One of them is in the field of education. The purpose of the Community Service activity This community is to build the creativity of students at SMP N 17 Padang in the digital era with utilize technology in the learning process. The method used in Community Service activities To this community is by providing socialization to students how to do it build and develop creativity by utilizing existing technology. Know the features from creativity to be able to work and create something that did not exist before. This activity was carried out at SMP N 17 Padang in July 2023.

Abstract

This community service activity is aimed at cooperative managers who still lack an understanding of creating cooperative financial reports in accordance with the PSAK ETAP (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards for Small and Medium Enterprises). The activity is conducted at the Cooperative Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) and involves the participation of 40 cooperative managers from various regions in West Sumatra.In this regard, their knowledge and ability to prepare cooperative financial reports are limited. There is a lack of an effective accounting information system as a basis for accurate financial reporting, and insufficient control over cooperative operational activities. As a result, the presentation of financial reports serves as a performance report for managers or a report of cooperative management accountability.The method designed for this activity starts with providing practical experience in creating financial reports and establishing Cooperative Financial Recording Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) using flowcharts. With the implementation of this training, cooperative managers will be capable of creating Cooperative Financial Reports and designing cooperative SOPs that align with the needs of the cooperatives they manage.

Abstract

Abstract In today's era, namely the era of globalization, technology is developing rapidly. Along with the development of information and communication technology, especially the internet with all its functions including surfing, browsing, e-mail, cloud storage has become a necessity for many people. One of the effects of globalization in the field of information technology is to facilitate a job, including in the world of education. The internet assists teachers in finding information, making interesting teaching materials and being able to convey them to students as attractively as possible and being able to store these teaching materials and share them with fellow teachers and students. Utilization of IT can make it easier for teachers to be more creative and innovative in developing subject matter in class. With the use of the Internet the need for information can be carried out more quickly, easily and efficiently so that understanding and mastery in its use are needed. Implementation of this Community Service in the form of counseling and training for Tahfidz Qur'an Adz-Zikra Elementary School teachers is useful for increasing the ability to operate the Internet so that teachers can obtain teaching materials that are up to date and interesting which makes the learning process expected to be more effective and efficient as well as creating space for teachers and students to engage in a more enjoyable teaching and learning system. Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to provide awareness to the public, especially students, of the importance of planning and managing finances according to sharia. Especially in this day and age, we are faced with various conveniences in spending money, lifestyles are increasingly binding on society so that they can easily fulfill their needs and desires. Debt has become very commonplace. So that all transactions tend to be carried out using the convenience of credit financing which causes a lot of people and even students to be in debt through online loans. This should be an important concern for students so they are not easily snared by the temptation of usury. So, it takes awareness from students to start managing their finances and this starts with personal finance. In this Community Service Program, we will provide an explanation of how to manage personal finances in an Islamic manner and will also provide training on how to prepare daily cash flow reports and personal financial notes.

Abstract

Oyster mushrooms, which have broken and small leaf petals, if used with fast, precise and simple technology, can increase the economic value of farmers and can become an icon of regional products in Limau Manih Village, Padang City. Oyster mushrooms contain mevinolin and similar compounds which have the potential to inhibit HMG CoA in cholesterol biosynthesis, increasing metabolism; hepatitis, digestion, duodenum and stomach, treatment of high blood pressure, diabetes, anemia, increasing body resistance (polio, influenza, anemia), nutrition, anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, and regulating autonomic nervous function, with activity methods providing information about oyster mushrooms which has many health benefits so it can be processed into oyster mushroom powder for long-term use, as well as increasing the productivity of oyster mushroom powder by oven drying. The conclusion of this activity is that the ingredients match the needs so that it can improve the economy of oyster mushrooms and standardize flour as a food ingredient and traditional medicine. There was a positive response from the participants considering that this service activity was part of the partners' understanding of the properties of oyster mushrooms which are used as traditional medicine. Most (75%) participants understand the actions taken by partners to increase the production of quality oyster mushroom flour

Abstract

Employees in a company are not only part of carrying out the company's functions, but are valuable assets in the company's success. In order to realize the success of the company, the company's valuable assets, namely employees, need to have full involvement in the company. Companies must also encourage employee involvement in their work so that they can improve company performance. Kerupuk Azizah was formed in 2009 which started as a group of mothers when there was a social gathering, someone proposed a wish or idea for this business which initially was just a group effort. The aim of this activity is to provide knowledge regarding employee involvement and empowerment in the form of outreach to Azizah cracker workers located at Jalan Indarung, Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan adalah proses mencapai tujuan UMKM melalui manajemen keuangan secara terencana. Salah satu komponen dalam perencanaan keuangan adalah menyusun anggaran bulanan yang terdiri dari pendapatan dan pengeluaran. Keuangan UMKM adalah bagaimana mengelola uang yang ada pada satu UMKM, terutama uang yang akan dikelola oleh pemilik UMKM. Sehingga dengan pengelolaan yang baik akan mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan dan pengeluaran diatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan UMKM itu sendiri. Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan tim dosen ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kepada pemilik UMKM Dapur Raisya di Kelurahan Gurun Laweh Nanggalo Padang, perencanaan keuangan UMKM untuk membantu UMKM tentang akuntansi keuangan UMKM. Diharapkan dengan adanya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bisa membantu pemilik UMKM dalam pengelolaan keuangan UMKM lebih terarah dalam pengelolaan Keuangannya.
