Abstract

The study adopted an Action Research (AR) framework in devising professional learning strategies that help improve the learning advancement among entrepreneurship teachers in Indonesia in enhancing the effectiveness of learning and students' engagement. The study was iterative: data was collected through cyclical phases of planning, action, observation, and reflection and was carried out with 15 educators at 5 high schools. We integrated Project-Based Learning (PBL) instructional practices and more use of digital tools. We administer pre- and post-intervention surveys, conduct classroom observations, and assess student performance. The results were significant improvements in teacher competencies, with post-intervention scores increasing by up to 30.77%, and student engagement increased from 68% to 85%. The study concludes that AR-based development strengthens entrepreneurship teaching, enhances student-centered learning, and offers a scalable, effective model for educational innovation in resource-limited environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and job satisfaction on employee work performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 53 respondents who were active employees. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that the research instrument was feasible to use. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that work discipline had an average score of 3.62, job satisfaction of 3.87, and work achievement of 4.15, which were generally included in the good category. Statistical tests showed that simultaneously discipline and job satisfaction had a significant effect on work performance, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.753 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.568. This shows that 56.8% of the variation in work performance can be explained by both independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors. These findings reinforce the importance of managing discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously to improve employee performance. This research provides practical implications for management in designing data-based human resource policies.

An strategy that is quantitative and makes use of a questionnaire distribution method is used in this investigation. This research is being conducted with the participation of students who are enrolled in the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. A method known as purposive sampling is used in this investigation. The strategy that is used is known as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is based on variance and utilizes the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study is suggest that the Green Marketing strategy and brand image used by Somethinc cosmetic goods are factors that lead to an increase in the level of student loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze:1) Implementation of fixed asset utilization, 2) Implementation of accuracy and precision of fixed asset inventory, 3) Strategy of fixed asset security and maintenance procedures, 4) Implementation of fixed asset administration applied to the optimization of fixed assets through state property goods administration. The method used is descriptive case study with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show: 1) The management and utilization of state property assets at BBPSI Biogen have shown progress but are not yet fully optimized. Challenges include incomplete asset mapping and limited third-party collaboration. However, the Use Status Determination and rental-based asset utilization have been carried out in compliance with regulations, contributing to increasing Non-Tax State Revenue. Supervision and control are conducted regularly, supporting efficient management. 2)Inventory activities are well-organized, with no abandoned assets, proper labeling (codification), and clear records—though inventory updates for machinery are hampered by limited human resources. 3)The security and maintenance strategies for state property are fairly optimal, incorporating administrative, physical, and legal safeguards. Maintenance is carried out in a scheduled and documented manner, preventing loss and damage. 4)Overall, the administration of assets has been systematic, transparent, and aligned with Government Accounting Standards, positively impacting the optimization of fixed asset management.

Abstract

This research investigates how perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use influence personal branding, with self-efficacy acting as a mediator, among Generation Z LinkedIn users in Indonesia. As digital natives, Gen Z increasingly leverages social media for career development, with LinkedIn being a key platform for personal branding. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this quantitative study collected data from 150 participants and applied Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for analysis. Findings reveal that perceived usefulness and ease of use do not directly impact personal branding; rather, they significantly boost self-efficacy, which in turn strongly affects personal branding. Mediation analysis shows that self-efficacy fully mediates the relationship between technology acceptance factors and personal branding. These results highlight the importance of psychological readiness, beyond functional perceptions, in successful personal branding. Limitations include the study’s cross-sectional design and reliance on self-reported data. Future studies might explore other moderating or mediating variables such as digital literacy, intrinsic motivation, or peer influence, as well as the longitudinal development of self-efficacy in forming digital professional identities.

Abstract

This research incorporating Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to investigates the connection between green strategy and green innovation in relation to carbon emission disclosure. The study adopts a quantitative methodology, utilising secondary data sourced from companies' sustainability reports and annual reports. Consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the IDX from 2021 to 2023 are the population. The samples are 44 companies were observed over a three-year period, utilising purposive sampling with defined criteria. The findings reveal that both green strategy and green innovation significantly influence carbon emission disclosure, indicating that companies effectively implementing the green strategy and green innovation practices tend to optimize their emission disclosures to enhance their reputation among stakeholders. Green strategy impacts on carbon emission disclosure is not moderated by GCG; however, GCG significantly moderates the correlation between disclosure and green innovation. This shows that certain consumer non-cyclical companies have not fully adopted GCG, thereby constraining the effectiveness of green strategies aimed at enhancing emission disclosure. Optimizing GCG implementation is therefore essential to reinforce both green strategy and green innovation, enabling companies to become more environmentally responsible and reduce operational carbon emissions, ultimately advancing corporate sustainability.

Abstract

There is a strong correlation between a country's economic condition and its political condition. As it undergoes a presidential transition process, Indonesia's political and economic uncertainty in 2024 is expected to intensify. This study investigates how the stock market reacted to the 2024 Presidential Election and analyzes the impact of political connections during this period. The event study methodology is utilized to analyze stocks within the LQ45 stock index. The observation period for assessing the stock market response extends over 11 days, encompassing the event day as well as the five days before and after. To determine the influence of political connections, the cumulative abnormal return (CAR) and the average abnormal return (AAR) will be regressed onto variables that indicate political connections. The findings of this study suggest a positive and significant CAR during the election period, indicating that the Indonesian stock market responds positively to the election. Furthermore, AAR exhibits no significant difference before or after the election, suggesting that stock volatility tends to stabilize around the event period. The influence of political connections on the CAR and AAR of companies during the timeframe surrounding the election is not statistically significant, implying that other factors play a larger role in market movements during this period.
