Abstract

Purpose: This activity is intended for PKBM to prepare for the implementation of an independent curriculum, assistance activities for preparation for the implementation of an independent curriculum are carried out at SPS PAUD Pelangi with PKBM participants throughout the Kedung Waringin District. With the policy of implementing an independent curriculum, every organization of educational activities must prepare themselves. This activity aims to provide information and assistance to prepare for the implementation of an independent curriculum. Methodology: This activity is carried out in several stages, namely the first is to provide material on the independent curriculum, the second is the introduction of the stages of implementing the independent curriculum, the third is discussion, and the fourth is trying to implement only one stage of the stages recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Results: The results of this activity illustrate the difficulties experienced by PKBM in dealing with the implementation of an independent curriculum because the lack of socialization has been overcome, PKBM has been able to gradually absorb the implementation stages recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of work rotation and work motivation on the performance of PT employees. Graha Andrasentra Propertindo, Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using questionnaires, with a sample of all employees totaling 50 respondents. The results of the multiple regression analysis test are Y = 5.810 + 0.315 X1 + 0.533 X2. The results of the correlation test have an interval between (0.800 - 1.000), and the determination test has a contribution of variables X1 to Y of 71.2%, X2 to Y of 76.8%, and together X1 and X2 to Y of 80 .3%, which means the independent variable has a strong and positive relationship with the dependent variable. The results of the work rotation t test showed that t count > t table (10.899 > 2.010) meaning that Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted, the work motivation t test obtained results of (12.608 > 2.010) meaning that Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted, and the f test result was (95.809 > 3.18) means Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. From these data it can be concluded that work rotation and work motivation influence the performance of PT employees. Graha Andrasentra Propertindo, Tbk partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

In study with title style leadership transformational and compensatory to satisfaction Work employees , with amount samples taken totaling 75 respondents. Method used that is with instrument study distributed questionnaires to employee processed use application SPSS computer . Variable style leadership transformational (X1) and compensatory (X2) against satisfaction Work employee (Y) is processed use analysis correlation , analysis regression , t test, f test as well coefficient determination . Result of study This showing that from variable style leadership transformational (X1) effect to satisfaction work employee (Y), variable compensation (X2) has an effect to satisfaction work employee (Y), as well style leadership transformational (X1) and compensatory (X2) effects in a way together to satisfaction Work employee (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian saham perbankan dalam masa pandemi covid 19 dengan menggunakan capital asset pricing model (studi kasus pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia tbk, TP. Bank Mandiri tbk, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia tbk, PT. Bank Tabungan Negata tbk). Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data merupakan data sekunder. Prosedur penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 4 emiten yang menjadi sampel yaitu BBRI, BBNI, BMRI dan BBTN. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa BBRI, BBNI, BMRI dan BBTN selama masa pandemi covid 19 masuk dalam katagori saham efisien.

Abstract

AbstraksiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja portofolio dengan menggunakan model Treynor pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di IDX30 pada periode awal pandemi covid 19 ( Februari-Juli 2020). Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dimana dalam penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis, mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan kinerja portofolio saham dengan menggunakan metode Treynor pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di IDX30-BEI. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 5 emiten yaitu PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk dan PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan beta portofolio atau resiko investasi tertinggi terdapat pada komposisi portofolio 22. Resiko terendah pada komposisi portofolio 12 . Tingkat pengembalian yang tertinggi pada komposisi portofolio 28. Tingkat pengembalian terendah pada portofolio 16. Abstract

This rapid economic change causes the currency exchange rate to fall and the price of basic necessities to increase. The Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method is used to assess the trade balance due to the economic crisis, and the export growth of Indonesia's export destination countries will weaken as a result of the crisis. The domestic purchasing power of Indonesia's export destination countries has also declined as a result of the crisis. Secondary data published by BPS for the period 2013–2022 were used in this study. The data was processed using the SPSS V.27 program, which shows that Indonesia's trade balance cannot be separated from exchange rates, inflation, and interest rates, so that all three variables have an impact on the trade balance simultaneously. The estimation of the trade balance model in Indonesia shows that each independent variable—exchange rate, inflation, and interest rate—has a partial effect on the country's trade balance. The greatest influence of this variable was 57.22% on the country's trade balance, and other variables that were not discussed in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and job satisfaction on employee work performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 53 respondents who were active employees. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that the research instrument was feasible to use. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that work discipline had an average score of 3.62, job satisfaction of 3.87, and work achievement of 4.15, which were generally included in the good category. Statistical tests showed that simultaneously discipline and job satisfaction had a significant effect on work performance, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.753 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.568. This shows that 56.8% of the variation in work performance can be explained by both independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors. These findings reinforce the importance of managing discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously to improve employee performance. This research provides practical implications for management in designing data-based human resource policies.

Abstract

Desa Argapura merupakan satu dari sekian desa yang terletak di kecamatan Cigudeg, kabupaten Bogor, provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Masyarakat di daerah tersebut, sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai petani. Walau di sisi lain, ada yang berprofesi sebagai guru, tukang ojek, pedagang kaki lima, dan lain sebagainya. Pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2019 sampai dengan tangal 6 September 2019, alhamdulillah kami telah melaksanakan kegiatan KKN. Selama kurang lebih satu bulan di kampung Bolang, desa Argapura, kecamatan Cigudeg. Adapun tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN tersebut adalah, untuk mengamalkan salah satu dari Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, yakni pengabdian di masyarakat. Adapun secara spesifik tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tesebut adalah membantu masyarakat di sana mencari dan menemukan solusi dari permasalahan yang di alamai oleh masyarakat. Agar tujuan tersebut dapat terwujud, diadakannya Program-program yang bisa membangun masyarakat kp. Abstract

The implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020 has directly suppressed the rate of economic growth, the COVID-19 pandemic has not only hit the global economy but also in Indonesia. However, the economic sector must continue to rotate, including MSME activities. Various efforts and ways to restore the MSME sector continue to be carried out until now because MSME actors are the spearhead of economic movement in society. The purpose of this service is to provide a digital understanding of business in terms of marketing activities for cassava chip products to MSME actors in Waringin Jaya Village, Bogor Regency. Analysis of partner needs, Lectures and discussions, and Tutorials. The cassava chip SMEs in Waringin Jaya Village can understand the importance of online marketing and understand how to make packaging which is expected to increase the sales volume of cassava chips.
