Abstract

Blood glucose examination in the laboratory is used to determine blood glucose levels in the body. Delay in examination time can cause a decrease in blood glucose levels, so the results obtained do not match the actual body condition. This study aims to determine the difference between blood glucose levels in EDTA plasma samples and serum which were examined immediately and delayed for two hours. This research was conducted using an experimental observation method, namely clinical laboratory observations by measuring blood glucose levels using blood chemistry. The results of examining serum and plasma glucose levels in this study showed that the average value of glucose levels with plasma EDTA which was checked immediately was 99 mg/dl delayed 67.9 mg/dl and serum which was checked immediately was 100.8 mg/dl delayed 100.4 mg /dl.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder with a multifactorial etiology. This disease is characterized by chronic hyperglycemia and affects the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Examination of the urine sediment is often referred to as microscopic examination. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of erythrocytes, leukocytes, bacteria in organic urine sediment in the urine of people with diabetes mellitus. This research is descriptive in nature which was conducted in July 2019 at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center. The research sample is 30 samples taken by total sampling method. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the organic sediment of urine in patients with diabetes mellitus contained abnormal amounts of erythrocytes, leukocytes and bacteria. There were 21 samples of abnormal Erythrocytes (70%) and normal as many as 9 respondents (30%), in 21 samples the number of Leukocytes was above normal i.e. abnormal (70%), in 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal (70%). The results of the study found that there were 9 samples of Normal Erythrocyte counts and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Leukocytes and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Bacteria and 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal in people with diabetes mellitus at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center . Abstract

Initially, this research on consumer protection in Indonesia by the government did not have a specific law, but the legal instruments were scattered in several laws that only limited certain consumers, for example electricity, health, small businesses, food and others. After the reform under the leadership of President BJ. Habibie only then had a special law governing consumer protection, which actually originated from the DPR's initiative, namely Law no. 8 of 1999 which was ratified on April 20, 1999 State Gazette of 1999 No. 42. The decision issued by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) Medan City 01/BPSK/MDN/2003 against brother P. Obliged to provide clear, correct and honest information regarding the conditions and warranties of goods and or services as well as provide explanations and use of repair and maintenance. There are three dangerous substances that are most dominant in cigarettes, namely nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide. When smoking, these chemicals enter the body and if this continues continuously can cause liver damage, thereby increasing SGPT levels. This study aims to describe SGPT levels in active smokers at Horas Insani Hospital, Pematangsiantar. The research design used is descriptive. The population in this study were all active smokers at Horas Insani Pematangsiantar Hospital, totaling 36 active smokers. The number of samples in this study were 30 active smokers taken by purposive sampling. The variable in this study was SGPT levels in active smokers. SGPT level examination technique with the Kinetic-IFCC method. Data analysis was obtained through editing, coding and tabulating then analysis of SGPT levels was analyzed in percentage form. Of the 30 respondents on the results of the study it can be concluded that 21 respondents (70%) were active smokers at Horas Insani Hospital Pematangsiantar, had SGPT levels increased> 35 U/L.

Abstract

The obstacles that occur as a result of supply chain risks in in-house manufacturing supply chain activities at PT Safta Ferti, make PT Safta Ferti unable to achieve optimal customer satisfaction, for PT Safta Ferti which is engaged in manufacturing services with production and repair activities of Mechanical Parts, especially Rotating Parts and other in-machine drive component products, customer satisfaction is the main goal which is one of the keys to business success. To minimize this, an analysis of the risks in the in-house manufacturing supply chain activities at PT Safta Ferti using the house of risk (HOR) method which consists of two phases, namely house of risk phase 1 (HOR1) and house of risk phase 2 (HOR2) with supply chain activity mapping using the supply chain operation reference (SCOR) model, based on the results of data processing with the HOR method, it is known that there are 63 risk events and 90 identified risk agents along the flow of in-house manufacturing supply chain activities at PT Safta Ferti with 22 risk agents. Safta Ferti with 22 priority risk agents selected in HOR1 on the basis of the use of the Pareto diagram principle with a ratio of 63:24 to take proactive action in HOR2 so that 28 draft mitigation action strategies (preventive action) are obtained along with the priority of their implementation related to 22 priority risk agents.

Abstract

In 1991 the Gujjar-Bakarwals were granted tribal status in Jammu and Kashmir by the Indian government after conducting a study. The study revealed that Bakarwal is another name of Gujjars entered in revenue records which is why both the names (Gujjars and Bakarwals) were included while the community was enlisted in tribal category in Indian constitutions. Bakarwals belong to the same ethnic stock as the Gujjars, and inter-marriages freely take place among them. The Gujjars of Kashmir reside in far-flung areas and are suffering from various socio-economic problems like as, having no road links, child labour, low percentage of literacy among Gujjar woman, unemployment in educated Gujjar youths, less opportunities of coaching for admission in professional and technical institutions, poor economic conditions etc. So, the present study will focus on current socio-economic and cultural status among Gujjar’S and Bakarwals in Kashmir. Based on findings of the study, the multiple suggestions and recommendations will be helpful for policy makers for framing several policies in order to uplift of their condition.

Abstract

Based on the results of the discussion in data processing according to field data, the results of the discussion are as follows: The number of street light poles is 100 rods per trip and one hundred street lights. The distance between the poles is 50 meters and the height of the pole is 7 meters and the LED lights are 90 watts so they don't match the standard of street light lighting. The installation must comply with the provisions for installing aerial cables in PUIL 2000 TC (Twisset cable), the designation for aerial cables that are familiar in the field. (in PUIL various aerial cables NFY, NFAY, NF2X, NFA2X, etc.) On TC cables for identification: On TC cables there is a line / strip one is used to mark phase = N, On TC cables there is no line / strip used to mark neutral = N Nominal current on each panel is 12, 37 amperes and the total use of lighting on the Sutomo-Merdeka road is 18,000 watts. The total budget costs are; total material price + tax + profit = IDR 1,515,164,000.- + IDR 174,243,860.- + IDR 303,032,000.-, = IDR 1,992,440,660.-
