Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the quality of service and the morale of its influence on service user satisfaction in the Joint Office of Samsat Tandes Surabaya. Furthermore, to find out the relationship both partially and simultaneously service quality and morale towards service user satisfaction in the Joint Office of Samsat Tandes Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample in this study was 83 employees in the Joint Office of Samsat Tandes Surabaya. The results showed that the variable quality of service and spirit of work together (simultaneous) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction in the Joint Office of Samsat Tandes Surabaya. Variable variables of service quality and significant partial spirit of work towards customer satisfaction in the Joint Office of Samsat Tandes Surabaya. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. with a total sample of 34 employees. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously, leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Partially, leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Pamekasan Regional Police Station. with a total sample of 85 people. The objectives of this study are 1) To describe how the transformational leadership, work motivation, and quality of human resources on the performance, 2) To find out and analyze whether transformational leadership, work motivation and quality of human resources simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance, 3) To find out and analyze whether transformational leadership, work motivation and quality of human resources partially have a significant influence on the performance. Analysis of data using SPSS. The results of the study show that 1). Simultaneously, transformational leadership, work motivation, HR quality have a very significant effect on personnel performance 2). Partially, transformational leadership, work motivation and quality of human resources have a significant effect on the performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is to study and implement education strengthening policies at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School, Taman, Sidoarjo, East Java. This study uses qualitative-descriptive methods with direct interviews, secondary data analysis, and field monitoring, which are crucially influencing the course of the implementation of policies based on Mazmanian and Sabatier theories. The results showed the problem character variables, the implementation of character education represented a problem that was quite difficult to implement. However, due to the importance of character education, this policy was implemented by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Park optimally. In the characteristic variable of policy, education policy is a government policy that is quite clear and has been approved by the applicable regulations, so it is very relevant to be implemented in Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School. While in the variable environment, the support of character education received very positive support from the community, making it very easy for Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Elementary School in implementing this policy. Obstacles in the implementation of character strengthening at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Park include family awareness, environmental factors, educator resources as an implementer of this character education strengthening program. ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Police Office with the number of research samples of 42 personnel, The purpose of this study is 1) To know and describe about knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development on the work performance, 2) To test and analyze whether knowledge, work experience, HR competence and career development have a simultaneous and significant influence on the work performance, 3) To test and analyze whether the knowledge significantly affect the work performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is 1) to know the simultaneous effect of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 2) to know the partial influence of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 3) To know the variables that have dominant influence to the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang. The results showed: 1) simultaneously functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline had a significant influence on the development of career careers of Malang District Police Sector, 2) Partially functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline have a significant influence on the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang, 3) Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the competence of human resources have a dominant influence on the development of career careers Police Sector of Malang Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is 1) To know and test how the description about leadership style, organizational culture, motivation and work performance of employees, 2) To know and test whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation influence simultaneously to the performance of employees, 3) To find out and test whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation partially influence on employee performance, 4) To know which among the leadership style, organizational culture and motivation that dominant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis found that simultaneous, Leadership style (X1), Organizational culture (X2), Motivation (X3) have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Saronggi District Office of Sumenep Regency, as evidenced by the value of F arithmetic with significance value less than 0.05. And based on the results of data analysis using t test found that leadership style (X1) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Similarly organizational culture (X2) and motivation (X3) also have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in the civil registry of Kabupaten Pamekasan. with a total sample of 44 people. The purpose of this study is 1). To know and describe how well affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment in the Department of Population and Civil Registry, 2). To know and examine the simultaneous influence of organizational commitment factors on the performance, 3). To find out and test the partial influence on the performance. The results show that normative commitment as an attitude that describes the individual's orientation towards the organization. Affective commitment relates to the emotional, identification, and involvement of employees within an organization. A continuous component means a component based on the employee's perception of the disadvantage he will face if leaving the organization. Simultaneously, affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment have a very significant effect on the performance. Partially, affective commitment have a significant influence on the performance. Continuous commitment variables have a dominant influence in influencing the performance of employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Kabupaten Pamekasan. The results show that Based on the results of previous research, the results of analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant influence and have a very significant effect on improving the performance of personnel. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Mts Al Falah Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan with a total sample of 35 people. The purpose of this study is 1) To describe how conditions are about the quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity and work performance of teachers, 2) To test and analyze whether the quality of human resources, work discipline and creativity of teachers simultaneously have an influence on the work performance of teachers, 3) To test and analyze whether the quality of human resources, work discipline and creativity of teachers partially has an influence on the work performance of teachers. The results showed that simultaneously, quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity had a significant effect on teacher work achievement. Partially, the quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity have a significant effect on teacher work performance.
