Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan District Scope of Pamekasan Regency. with a total sample of 36 people. The purpose of this study is 1) To know the motivation, work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have an influence on the performance employee, 2) To know the motivation, work environment and organizational culture partially have influence on apparatus performance of employee, 3) To know among the motivation, work environment and organizational culture that has a dominant influence on the performance of employee. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation, work environment and organizational culture have a very significant effect on employee performance. Partially, motivation, work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of employee. Motivation variables have a very dominant influence in mempengruhi apparatus performance in the scope of Pamekasan District Pamekasan. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is 1) To describe about managerial ability, service quality, teaching ability and education quality, 2) To find out whether managerial capability, service quality and teaching ability have simultaneous influence to the education quality, 3) To find out whether managerial skills, service quality and teaching ability have partial influence on improving the quality of education, 4) To know which variable between managerial ability, service quality and teaching ability have dominant influence to of education quality. The results showed that simultaneously, managerial ability, service quality, and teaching ability simultaneously have a significant influence on the quality of education. Partially, managerial ability, service quality and partial teaching ability have a significant influence on the quality of education. Service quality has dominant effect to the of education quality in Madrasah Aliyah Al Falah Kec. Pasen Kab. Pamekasan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Sampang District Polres, the number of study samples was 36 personnel. The purpose of this study is 1) Describing transformational leadership and transactional leadership partially and significantly influences the performance Police personnel, 2) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have simultaneous and significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 3) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a partial and significant effect on the performance Police personnel. Analysis of data using SPSS. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a very significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 2) Partially, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant influence on the performance Police personnel. Abstract

This study discusses to discuss the academic administration system, obstacles that occur in the academic administration system and efforts to overcome the academic administration system constraints at the Islamic University of Jember. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods used in this study are: interviews, document studies and observations. The results of research on the implementation of the academic administration system at the Jember Islamic University show: (1) planning has not been formally carried out at the time of the implementation, (2) coordination has not been carried out programmatically among others, working less harmoniously, (3) monitoring and not carried out programmatically. The main obstacle in the academic administration system at the Islamic University of Jember is the lack of proper coordination and evaluation in every activity.Keywords: academic administration system, Islamic University of Jember

Abstract

A success of an organization is the role of the human resources involved. Therefore, it takes a qualified individual quality to manage the organization. The things related to human resources are leadership, leadership is often equated with a comfort, a pleasant position and always desired by many people. However, in the reform era as it is today, the perspective of leadership has shifted where most of the leaders just ordered, demanded to be served, and lacked care for subordinates or what happened in the field, the process of devolution of power too much favored. The type and approach of this proposed research is causality research, which is a study focused on proving the influence of servant leadership and motivation as independent variables on the performance of members of the Regencies Sub-Directorate of Ditlantas of East Java Regional Police as dependent variables. The design of this study is to research carried out by using a questionnaire instrument. From the description of the results of the discussion of research Influence of Servant Leadership and Motivation Performance Against Members Subdit Regident which has been discussed above, researchers can draw the conclusion that the form of servant leadership (Servant Leadership) and be able to motivate much needed in the middle of the environment at work at the moment to improve performance member.Keywords: servant leadership, motivation, performance

Abstract

This study studies the description and effect of both the discipline and leadership of school principals on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Balung. Furthermore, to find out the disciplinary and leadership variables of school principals, the dominant influence on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Balung, Jember Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with quantitative analysis, with 32 teachers as respondents. The results showed the presence or absence of headmaster's leadership on the performance of the teachers of SMAN 1 Balung, Jember Regency. Simultaneously the variable of discipline and leadership of school principals on the performance of teachers of SMAN 1 Balung, Jember Regency. The dominant variable is the principal's leadership variable, because it has a t-test greater than the t-count of the disciplinary variable.Keywords: discipline, principal's leadership, teacher's performance

Abstract

The purpose of the BLU (Public Service Agency) is to improve services to the community in order to advance general welfare by providing flexibility in financial management based on economic and productivity principles, and the application of sound business practices. Improving service performance is one of the main requirements for changing the status of government institutions to BLU. Research to describe the evaluation of Public Service Agency Governance Patterns at Sumberglagah Mojokerto Leprosy Hospital. The social, political and economic conditions have been considered by the hospital as a Regional Public Service Agency at the time of the hospital's business plan development for development plan policies. Implementer disposition has been implemented well. So the implementation of Public Service Agency Governance Pattern in Sumber Lepah Leprosy Hospital has been implemented optimally. Even though the hospital has implemented it as a Regional Public Service Agency, it still needs subsidies from the local and central government to meet budgetary needs. Abstract

This study examines the decline in the performance of teaching staff in carrying out their duties as teachers. The purpose of this study is to know the extent of appreciation and emotional quotions in improving performance through the work performance of teaching staff at SMK AHMAD-YANI Probolinggo City. Analysis of the data used in this study is to test the path analisyis to determine the direct influence and indirect influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study show that there are significant and positive influences between rewards and performance as well as the work performance of teaching staff and awards can improve performance through work performance. Emotional quotions have a positive and significant effect on performance and work performance with emotional control questions are good able to improve performance through the work performance of teaching staff. Award and Emotional quotions can improve teaching staff performance together through work performance. Keywords: awards, emotional quotions, job performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the Influence of Motivation, Remuneration and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance to Employees of Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Pasuruan. To know the significant influence of Motivation, Remuneration and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance partially or simultaneously and to know among Motivation, Remuneration and Job satisfaction factors that have dominant influence to Employee Performance. The Population in this research were all employees of Executives Office of Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Pasuruan 68 people. The results descriptive analysis show that Motivation mean 4.42, mean remuneration 4.18, job satisfaction mean 4.23 and employee performance with mean of 4.37 already in very high condition range 268 scale. Motivation, Remuneration and Job Satisfaction partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Of the three variables that are used as Employee Performance predictor, the remuneration variable is identified as the strongest variable affecting Employee Performance compared to the other two variables, namely Motivation, and Job Satisfaction.Keywords: motivation, remuneration, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to describe the planning of Tilawatil Qur'an learning, implementation of Tilawatil Qur├ín learning, and evaluation of Tilawatil Qur'an learning in Sumbersalak 01 Primary School, Ledokombo District, Jember Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study is the Tilawatil Qur'an teachers while the informants of this study are the Principal, Deputy Principal, Islamic Religious Teachers, Tilawatil Qur'an Teachers. The results of this study are: (1) Tilawatil Qur'an Learning Planning in Sumbersalak 01 Elementary School Ledokombo Subdistrict, Jember Regency does not use the Syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) but instead uses the reading target prepared by Tilawatil teachers, Islamic religion teachers, deputy head schools and school principals through coordination meetings. This Tilawatil Qur'an study is included in local content subjects. (2) The implementation of Tilawatil QurÔÇÖan Learning at Sumbersalak 01 Elementary School, Ledokombo Subdistrict, Jember Regency is carried out through two stages, namely the stage before learning and the core stage of learning. The method used is the Jama'i and talaqqi methods. Learning takes place on the first hour of Friday and at the extracurricular hour. The media used are the Qur'an and the book recitation. (3) Evaluation of ur Tilawatil learning conducted at SD Sumbersalak 01 District Ledokombo, Jember Regency uses an assessment in the form of a reading deposit system.Keywords: learning, Tilawati QurÔÇÖan
