<![CDATA[This research aims to examine how people in the South Singkawang District carry out land management and utilization activities, arid land and wetlands in the District, in an effort to maintain their household food security. The data collection technique in this research uses triangulation techniques, namely a combination of observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses data reduction models, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research investigates agricultural activities and food security in South Singkawang District. The results of observations and interviews show differences in the use of dry and wet land. On dry land, crops such as taro, corn and fruit are grown with the majority of the harvest being sold directly, except taro which is processed into chips. In wetlands, the majority are planted with various types of rice for different purposes, such as seed raising or sale. Although the majority of respondents rely on agriculture to meet their living needs, only a small percentage are successful in doing so. Factors such as traditional land cultivation and land size influence the achievement of farmers' subsistence needs. Keywords: Utilization Activity, Land Management, Living Needs]]>

<![CDATA[This study comprehensively analyzes banking policies and instruments in supporting the decarbonization of Indonesia's shipping sector, focusing on identifying challenges, opportunities, and strategic recommendations. A literature review shows that major banks in Indonesia, such as Bank Mandiri, BNI, and BRI, have taken strategic steps through the development of a comprehensive sustainable finance framework, although the maritime industry still faces challenges such as high loan interest costs and a lack of public financing support. With consistent support and commitment from banks, Indonesia is expected to make optimal use of its maritime potential while preserving the environment and encouraging sustainable economic growth. This research aims to provide a conceptual and practical framework for stakeholders in efforts to decarbonize Indonesia's shipping sector.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the Independent Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Company Size on Company Value, with Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable, in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2023. The study population included 94 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during the period. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 12 companies that met certain criteria. The method used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of Eviews software. The results of the study indicate that partially, the Board of Directors has an effect on Company Value, while the Independent Board of Commissioners and Company Size have no effect. However, simultaneously, the three variables contribute positively and significantly to the Value of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. In addition, Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of the Independent Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors on Company Value, while company size has no influence on company value with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes employee training strategies at Hanania Food, particularly in improving communication skills and product packaging. The research employs a qualitative method with a direct interview approach with the business owner. The results indicate that training at Hanania Food is conducted informally over one to three days without a structured evaluation system. While this training allows employees to adapt quickly, its limitations can lead to inconsistencies in product quality and service. Compared to more structured training, informal methods are less effective in maintaining long-term work standards. Additionally, the main challenges in human resource management include the lack of an incentive system, the risk of job monotony, and difficulties in retaining employee loyalty. Therefore, a combination of informal training and a more structured system is necessary to enhance training effectiveness and employee motivation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze the Quality of Population Administration Services in Oetete Village, Oebobo District, Kupang City. Population Administration is needed by every community who wants to take care of letters. This research method uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, namely research where the researcher tries to describe or describe the quality of Population Administration Services in Oetete Village, Oebobo District, Kupang City. Population Administration. Research results from five dimensions of Service Quality, namely: tangibles; seen from the physical facilities, room cleanliness, and employee appearance, empathy; individual attention and concern given by the company to customers, reliability; responsiveness; willingness to help customers quickly and responsively;assurance; The provision of a guarantee of non-defective products, shows that overall the Quality of Administrative Services at the Oetete Village Office is quite good even though from the aspects of empathy and realibility need to be improved. It can be concluded that the quality of Population Administration Services in Oetete Village, Oebobo District, Kupang City has not been implemented optimally in accordance with the expectations of the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The advancement of time demands educational institutions, including Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), to not only focus on religious education but also equip students (santri) with economic skills to enhance their independence. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of economic empowerment through the Al-Kautsar Dendang Cooperative and identify supporting and inhibiting factors affecting service quality and student satisfaction. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and literature studies, the research found that the cooperative plays a strategic role in meeting students' needs, providing academic supplies, and teaching Sharia-based economic principles. The success of the cooperative is supported by good management and active involvement from the pesantren; however, it still faces challenges such as limited resources and low financial literacy among students. Therefore, optimizing management strategies and entrepreneurship education is essential to enable pesantren cooperatives to contribute more significantly to improving students' welfare and fostering independent, competitive individuals in the modern era]]>

<![CDATA[Preeclampsia is a condition of pregnancy-related multisystem disorder with no definite etiology. The main cause of Preeclampsia is still uncertain. Pregnant women's knowledge about preeclampsia is still limited, which makes it a delay in recognizing pregnancy complications. Increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about preeclampsia through counseling in pregnant women classes. The research design is a descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The instruments used were pretest and posttest questionnaires on knowledge about preeclampsia and the number of research subjects was 50 pregnant women. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the calculation of the number of samples using the Slovin formula. The results obtained using paired t-test analysis are the average difference between the pre test score and the post test score. The average score of the pretest was 59.04 and the average score of the posttest was 74.96. This shows that there is an increase in the post test score after being given counseling by 15.92. The results of the study were H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted with a p value of <0.001 (0.0000) and a confidence interval of 60.29 to 76.20 (95% CI). Knowledge of preeclampsia in pregnant women can be improved through counseling carried out during pregnant women's class activities. Counseling activities are a means that can be used by midwives when providing preeclampsia information to pregnant women.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan gambaran mengenai kualitas pelayanan pembuatan sertifikat hak milik tanah, serta apa faktor – faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Ambon. Rumusan masalah ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana kualitas pelayanan pembuatan sertifikat hak milik di kantor Badan pertanahan Kota Ambon? 2) Apa faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan pembuatan sertifikat hak milik tanah di kantor Badan Pertanahan Kota Ambon? Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang informan. Data dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan dari penelitian ini, diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan teknis analisis kualitatif. Temuan hasil penelitian ini bahwa, kualitas pelayanan pembuatan sertifikat hak milik tanah bagi warga masyarakat yang membutuhkan berada dalam kondisi yang cukup memadai, terutama dari dimensi: tangibles pelayanan, daya tanggap pelayanan, kehandalan pelayanan, dan kredibilitas pelayanan, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosialisasi, kesadaran kerja petugas, aturan kerja, dan kemampuan kerja petugas dii Kantor Badan Pertanahan Kota Ambon.Kata Kunci: Kata kunci berisi ide-ide atau konsep dasar yang mewakili bidang yang diteliti.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adanya Pengaruh Platfrom Wordwall Berbasis Open The Box Terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran IPAS Pada Peserta Didik Kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Munggur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Munggur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan One-Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 28. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencari data penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Tes untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Platform Wordwall berbasis Open The Box terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Peneliti menggunakan uji-t berpasangan dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic 25 untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan Platform Wordwall berbasis Open The Box terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPAS. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunakan platform Wordwall berbasis Open The Box terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPAS pada peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 02 Munggur. Berdasarkan hasil data yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t berpasangan, hasil dari sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Maka terdapat ndikasikan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan Platform Wordwall terhadap hasil belajar siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of green marketing, consumption value, and brand image on repurchase intention of traditional Balinese fusion food at restaurants in Bali province. The population in this study consists of all individuals who have purchased traditional Balinese fusion food or traditional Balinese food that has undergone adaptation more than twice. The sample size for this research is 170 people who have made at least two purchases of traditional Balinese fusion food to ensure objective results and reflect the actual situation. The data collection method in this study was conducted through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based on the hypothesis testing results, the findings show that green marketing and brand image each have a significant impact on repurchase intention of traditional Balinese fusion food with significance values of Sig. <0.001 and Sig. 0.02, respectively, while consumption value has no significant effect on repurchase intention with a significance value of Sig. 0.278. Green marketing, consumption value, and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase intention of traditional Balinese fusion food with a significance value of Sig. 0.000.]]>
