Abstract

Penilaian Indeks Kualitas Air Irigasi (IWQI) di Daerah Irigasi Pakis ini bertujuan menentukan kesesuaian air irigasi bagi pertanian. Karena kekhawatiran terhadap kualitas air dari Sungai Jilu, anak sungai Brantas yang tercemar, sampel air diambil dari enam lokasi dalam sistem irigasi. Analisis laboratorium mengukur konsentrasi ion natrium (Na+), kalsium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+), klorida (Cl-), dan bikarbonat (HCO3-), dan data ini digunakan untuk menghitung IWQI. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa air irigasi di Pakis memiliki nilai konduktivitas listrik (EC) rendah, antara 241,60 hingga 277,40 µmhos/cm, yang mengindikasikan kandungan garam rendah. Nilai IWQI berkisar antara 84,42 hingga 86,03, termasuk kategori "Pembatasan Rendah" (LR) dan "Tanpa Pembatasan" (NR), yang menegaskan keamanannya untuk irigasi. Analisis lanjut merekomendasikan tanaman bernilai tinggi seperti cabai besar. Kesimpulannya, air irigasi di Pakis umumnya cocok untuk pertanian. Kandungan garam rendah dan nilai IWQI tinggi memungkinkan budidaya beragam tanaman tanpa risiko signifikan terhadap salinitas tanah. Pola tanam padi-cabai besar-padi disarankan. Pemantauan rutin kualitas air irigasi dianjurkan untuk mencegah kontaminasi yang merugikan pertanian.

Abstract

Persaingan antar pelaku UMKM yang menghasilkan produk yang sejenis akan semakin kompetitif, sehingga mengharuskan para pelaku usaha untuk selalu menjaga dan memperhatikan secara penuh terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Dengan manajemen strategi, aktivitas bisnis akan lebih terarah serta menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan bisnis yang semakin kompleks. .Hasil analisis QSPM menunjukkan bahwa strategi memaksimalkan lokasi yang strategis untuk menarik pangsa pasar potensial memiliki skor TAS tertinggi sebesar 3,62 , strategi memperbaiki dan menjaga kualitas produk untuk mempertahankan koneksi pelanggan memiliki skor TAS sebesar 3,38, serta strategi memberikan diskon dan pelayanan yang baik untuk menjaga loyalitas pelanggan memiliki skor TAS sebesar 2,80. Rekomendasi strategi yang sebaiknya diterapkan oleh perusahaan adalah memaksimalkan lokasi yang strategis untuk menarik pangsa pasar potensial.

Abstract

Traffic light systems play a crucial role in modern transportation management by improving traffic efficiency and road safety. However, challenges arise, particularly in adapting to dynamic traffic conditions in developing countries like Indonesia. This article discusses how the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can transform traffic light systems into more adaptive and responsive infrastructures. Studies indicate that AI-based technologies can reduce congestion by up to 30%, decrease greenhouse gas emissions, and enhance intersection safety. The article also examines the challenges of implementing this technology in Indonesia and provides strategic recommendations for its success.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan penambangan, banyak faktor yang perlu di pertimbangkan dalam perencanaannya, salah satau faktor yang krusial adalah rancangan penambangan, dimana dalam perencanaan penambangan memerlukan design penambangan yang berguna untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemajuan penambangannya secara bertahap, baik rancangan short term maupun long term. PT. Jorong Barutama Greston memiliki lubang bukaan tambang baru yang akan dilakukan penambangan dengan menerapkan metode penambangan strip mine. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat rancangan design sequence penambangan overburden removal triwulan dari bulan September – November 2024. Geometri jenjang yang digunakan memiliki tinggi 10 meter, lebar 5 meter dengan kemiringan jenjang adalah sebesar 45º yang berlaku baik di highwall maupun lowwall. Sedangkan untuk jalan dirancangan dengan lebar jalan angkut lurus 12 meter dengan grade maksimum jalan adalah sebesar 8%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rancangan sequence bulan September memiliki total volume terbongkar sebesar 256.557 BCM, rancangan sequence bulan Oktober memiliki volume terbongkar sebesar 272.928 BCM, dan rancangan sequence bulan November memilki volume terbongkar sebesar 253.834 BCM.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology not only simplifies daily life but also directly influences how companies approach consumers in the marketing world. The presence of social media has become a primary tool used by companies to interact with consumers, increase brand exposure, and build customer loyalty. Marketing communication is a strategic step that must be undertaken by companies or brands to deliver messages focused on enhancing brand awareness and consumer engagement. Instagram, as one of the most popular social media platforms, facilitates brands in presenting visually appealing content that invites active consumer participation. A qualitative approach has been used as the method in this research. Descriptive data regarding individuals and observed behaviors, both in written and oral forms, were obtained through this approach. In this study, the results of interviews analyzed with respondents indicate that the marketing communication strategy implemented by Polca Coffee has been systematically designed using the SOSTAC framework and a brand awareness approach. Based on the research conducted on Polca Coffee's marketing communication strategy to increase brand awareness through Instagram, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1. The marketing strategy implemented by Polca Coffee has been systematically designed using the SOSTAC framework, which includes situation analysis, goal setting, strategy development, tactical application, actions, and controls. 2. Polca Coffee has successfully increased brand awareness by optimizing the use of social media through attractive visual content, relevant storytelling, and the utilization of Instagram features.

Abstract

The advancement of social media in the current era of globalization is growing so rapidly. This has an impact on the increasing use of social media, especially Instagram. Instagram is ranked 2nd out of 10 social media with the most users in Indonesia. Instagram has given birth to new influencers who are currently still trusted by several brands to promote their products or companies. In this case, this study discusses how symbolic communication in the Instagram content of @elizabethangelalorenza as an effort to rebrand herself into a lady biker and how to evaluate the effort to rebrand herself @elizabethangelalorenza into a lady biker in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method through observation and in-depth interviews with related parties. The data collected is then analyzed descriptively to produce a work. Angela Lorenza's rebranding effort to become a lady biker on her Instagram has succeeded in gaining sympathy and empathy from her followers. This is proven by the suitability of positive affirmations at the mind, self, society and looking glasses levels (in accordance with George Herbert Mead's Chicago Symbolic Interactionism Theory) in Angela when interacting with her followers. Angela's rebranding efforts according to Muzzelec's theory are also applied to the renaming, repositioning, redesigning, and relaunching of Angela's content uploads on Instagram with her motorbike, her feminine masculine style of dress, and the association of her followers who now recognize Angela as a lady biker.

Abstract

PT Jorong Barutama Greston merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang pertambangan yang memproduksi batubara dengan menggunakan metode tambang terbuka yaitu metode open pit. Akibat dari aktivitas penambangan tersebut menghasilkan lubang bekas tambang atau yang biasa disebut dengan void sehingga ketika hari hujan volume air yang masuk ke dalam void akan mempengaruhi kenaikan elevasi air dan perlu dilakukan pemantauan dan pengendalian elevasi air pada void. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis elevasi air menggunakan data dashboard dan data survey pada void M45C. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa pada minggu pertama, data elevasi air yang diukur dengan sensor menunjukkan fluktuasi yang lebih besar dibandingkan data survey, dengan selisih rata-rata elevasi air sebesar 0,224 msl. Pada minggu kedua, data dari sensor menunjukkan lonjakan yang jauh lebih besar akibat terbentuknya embun dalam sensor, yang menyebabkan pembacaan elevasi air menjadi error, dengan selisih rata-rata sebesar 0,54 msl dibandingkan dengan data survey. Target elevasi air pada void M45C adalah +0 msl. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan antara kedua jenis data tersebut meliputi kondisi lingkungan (perubahan cuaca yaitu curah hujan mendadak), peletakan sensor yang tidak tepat, serta perbedaan metode pengambilan data, dengan sensor memiliki interval waktu pengambilan yang lebih singkat dibandingkan dengan survey yang lebih terkontrol. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lingkungan dan teknis dalam pemantauan elevasi air untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat dan konsisten.

Abstract

The communication system between public relations (PR) and the government is inherently one-way, necessitating that all released information be effectively packaged and distributed to the public. The numerous cases reflecting the negative image of DPRD DKI Jakarta members underscore the significance of public relations in developing effective communication strategies with citizens. This study aims to identify and understand the communication strategies used by DPRD DKI Jakarta to enhance its institutional image via its Instagram account, @dprddkijakarta. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, the research analyzes how DPRD DKI Jakarta leverages Instagram to improve its public image. Data was collected through passive participant observation, semi-structured interviews, literature review, and documentation from November 19 to December 19, 2024. Key informants include Agus Ermanto (Head of Public Relations Subdivision) and Eko Prabowo (Content Creator), along with Jakarta residents following the Instagram account. Data analysis employed Cyber Media Analysis (AMS) to uncover communication patterns and the effectiveness of social media strategies. Findings reveal that the communication strategy partially aligns with the PENCILS theory, though community involvement and social responsibility aspects remain underdeveloped. SWOT analysis highlighted strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, ultimately showing successful enhancement of DPRD's image, albeit requiring optimization in theory implementation.

Abstract

Chronic tonsillitis is a medical condition that is often found in primary care, with significant health impacts on sufferers. This study aims to analyze the management of chronic tonsillitis with a holistic diagnostic approach at Cendrawasih Health Center. This case study involved an 11-year-old patient who was diagnosed with chronic tonsillitis based on anamnesis and physical examination. The epidemiological triad in this case includes agent factors in the form of allergens, hosts (patients), and environmental factors including the habit of consuming cold drinks and chewing ice cubes. The management provided includes drug therapy with penicillin antibiotics and surgery (tonsillectomy). In addition, education for patients and families is very important in increasing knowledge about regular treatment, lifestyle modification, and family motivation to support the treatment process. The patient's psychosocial diagnosis showed concerns about difficulty breathing that could lead to death and fear that the disease would not be cured. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in the management of chronic tonsillitis, which not only focuses on physical treatment but also pays attention to the patient's psychosocial aspects.

Abstract

Casting is the process of melting materials by heating them using a melting pot. The resulting liquid is then poured into a mold to form an object or product. The aim of this research was to test the mechanical properties of A1100 aluminum alloy with the addition of 3%, 4% and 5% magnesium (Mg), and to see its effect on the Impact strength and hardness values. Impact test results show that the addition of 3%, 4% and 5% magnesium increases the Impact value, with 5% magnesium alloy having the highest Impact value of 1.14 J/cm². Meanwhile, the brake Handle material has an Impact value of 0.81 J/cm², and an Impact value that is close to the standard brake Handle is found in 3% magnesium alloy with an Impact value of 0.98 J/cm². The percentage increase in Impact value due to the addition of magnesium was 93%. The hardness test results also show that the addition of magnesium by 3%, 4% and 5% increases the hardness value. 5% magnesium alloy has the highest hardness value of 111.84 Kg/mm², while the brake Handle material has a hardness value of 89.16 Kg/mm². A hardness value that is close to the standard brake Handle is found in 3% magnesium alloy with a hardness value of 93.83 Kg/mm². The percentage increase in hardness value due to the addition of magnesium is 40%.
