Abstract

Sepsis is a life-threatening condition resulting from the body's systemic response to infection that causes organ dysfunction. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are essential to improve patient outcomes. This case report aims to describe the management of sepsis in a 55-year-old male patient diagnosed with antibiotic-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. This retrospective study analyzed the patient's clinical and laboratory data, including blood culture, SOFA score, and therapeutic interventions given. The patient was given hemodialysis, broad-spectrum antibiotics, vasopressors, intravenous fluids, and supportive care. The results showed significant improvement in the patient's clinical status, supporting the importance of early recognition, appropriate antibiotic therapy, and a multidisciplinary approach in the management of sepsis. This case highlights the challenges of managing infections caused by multidrug-resistant pathogens and the importance of effective treatment strategies and judicious antibiotic management.

Abstract

As the Director of Photography in the production of the video feature “Penjaga Napas Seni Wayang Golek”, the author is responsible for all elements related to the visual aspects of this work. This research aims to analyze the application of cinematography techniques, namely camera angle, camera movement, shot size, image composition, and lighting in making video features. The method used focuses on the implementation of qualitative descriptions with data collection techniques through observation and literature study. The results of these findings show that the application of good cinematographic techniques will produce visuals that are interesting and not monotonous so that they can strengthen the message to be conveyed from a work. This video feature is expected to show that wayang golek is not just an art performance, but also a cultural heritage that has high historical value and needs to be preserved. By using interesting cinematography techniques and evocative narration, this video feature is expected to increase public awareness, especially the younger generation, about the importance of preserving traditional arts.

Abstract

Effective learning requires interesting and interactive media to improve students' understanding. One of the media that can be used is Wordwall, which offers game-based learning to improve learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of using Wordwall on student learning outcomes in the material Getting to Know North Sumatra Regional Musical Instruments in class IV of SDN 060826 Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of class IV A as the experimental class and class IV B as the control class. Data collection techniques include observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The results showed that 88.89% of students in the experimental class graduated after the posttest, compared to 75% in the control class. The t-test showed a significance value of 0.022 (<0.05), proving that Wordwall had a significant effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pada siswa kelas III berbantuan media Powtoon di SDN Kebonsari Kulon 1 Kota Probolinggo. Pada mata pelajaran IPA. Bab 2 Ayo Mengenal Siklus pada Makhluk Hidup, Topik C Metamorfosis Perubahan Bentuk Makhluk Hidup. Metode yang dipilih yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah jumlah siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar mengalami penurunan pada tiap siklusnya. Terdapat pula peningkaan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa yang signifikan, dibuktikan pada siklus 1, nilai rata-rata yaitu 71 terdapat 15 siswa yang tuntas dengan persentase 58%, sedangkan pada siklus 2 nilai rata-rata yaitu 80 jumlahnya meningkat menjadi 22 siswa dengan persentase 84%. Secara keseluruhan, pemahaman konsep siswa meningkat sebesar 26% dari siklus 1 menuju siklus 2. Oleh sebab itu terbuki penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share berbantuan media Powtoon dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pada siswa.

Abstract

Learning strategies and innovations in teaching and learning activities are lacking, which contributes to students' lack of conceptual understanding. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the project-based learning approach, with the aid of Ruinmahi media, affects the conceptual comprehension of third-grade elementary school pupils. This study employs a purposive sample design and a quasi-experimental research design. Tests, specifically the pretest and posttest, are used in data collection procedures. Techniques for gathering non-test data include documentation, questionnaires, unstructured interviews, and observation. Validity, reliability, difficulty, discriminatory power, normalcy, homogeneity, hypothesis testing with independent sample t-tests, and basic linear regression tests are some of the methods used to collect data. The study's findings show that the experimental class, which used the project-based learning approach with the help of ruinmah media, and the control class, which used the project-based learning model alone, had significantly different conceptual understandings. The experimental class's conceptual comprehension average is 82.36 points greater than the control class's, which is 72.36 points lower. Furthermore, with a R square value of 0.619, or 61.9%, the project-based learning paradigm with Ruinmahi's assistance has an impact on students' conceptual knowledge. This demonstrates that students' conceptual knowledge may be enhanced by 61.9% using the project-based learning methodology with the help of Ruinmahi media. The study's findings suggest that the project-based learning approach, with the use of Ruinmahi media, can enhance third-grade elementary school pupils' conceptual comprehension.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, namun banyak di antaranya menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi adalah penerapan strategi pemasaran yang belum optimal. Dalam hal ini, penentuan harga yang kompetitif serta manajemen rantai pasok yang efisien menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya dapat memperkuat loyalitas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan rantai pasok terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada reseller Menara Jaya Foods di Depok, Jawa Barat. Menggunakan metode probability sampling, sebanyak 103 responden dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan path analysis. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa harga dan rantai pasok berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, yang kemudian berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas mereka. Temuan ini memberikan referensi bagi UMKM dalam merancang strategi harga yang lebih tepat serta mengoptimalkan pengelolaan rantai pasok guna meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan membangun loyalitas yang lebih kuat. Dengan strategi yang lebih terarah, UMKM diharapkan dapat bertahan dan berkembang di tengah persaingan usaha yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Pasal 2 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 menegaskan bahwa Pancasila merupakan sumber dari segala sumber hukum di Indonesia, yang mengharuskan setiap peraturan perundang-undangan, termasuk peraturan daerah, untuk mendasarkan diri pada nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah nilai-nilai Pancasila telah diharmonisasikan dalam peraturan daerah dan menemukan model harmonisasi yang sesuai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang, konseptual, dan sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harmonisasi peraturan perundang-undangan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila harus berpedoman pada dua aturan utama: Peraturan Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2022 dan Pedoman Evaluasi Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Nomor PHN-HN.01.03-07. Studi kasus pada Pasal 11 Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Nomor 2 Tahun 2016 tentang Pariwisata Halal menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian dengan indikator nilai-nilai Pancasila, terutama terkait dengan sila pertama dan keadilan sosial. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa model harmonisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dapat menggunakan metode Natural Language Processing (NLP). Metode NLP ini digunakan untuk menilai sejauh mana harmonisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, yang telah diterapkan dalam konteks harmonisasi hukum di Eropa.

Abstract

Holistic digital reform transformation has become a strategic element in adaptive public services that focus on institutional efficiency. This study examines the application of integrative digital technology in Jasa Raharja through the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and data management based on blockchain technology and big data analytics. This digitalization strategy not only strengthens internal efficiency through automation of business processes and human resource management sources, but also supports cross-agency data synchronization in computing the national motor vehicle database, traffic accident data management, and insurance claim handling. The integration of the DASI-JR, IRSMS, and DORS systems has accelerated the process of disseminating information and claims, and significantly increased public tax compliance. With a systemic and data-based approach, this transformation contributes to the creation of more accountable, transparent, and participatory public governance. These findings indicate that ecosystem-based digitalization and multi-stakeholder collaboration are the main manifestations in realizing responsive and inclusive public services.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam pembuatan kontrak. Namun, keabsahan kontrak yang dibuat dengan bantuan AI menimbulkan tantangan dan implikasi hukum yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keabsahan kontrak yang melibatkan AI, tantangan hukum yang muncul, serta implikasi terhadap sistem hukum yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis normatif terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan prinsip-prinsip hukum kontrak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun AI dapat memfasilitasi pembuatan kontrak, keabsahannya masih dipertanyakan terkait dengan aspek kesepakatan, kapasitas hukum, dan tanggung jawab pihak yang terlibat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa diperlukan kerangka hukum yang adaptif untuk mengakomodasi perkembangan teknologi AI dalam pembuatan kontrak.

Abstract

The success of the COVID-19 vaccination program ultimately depends on high vaccine uptake. This study aims to determine the Factors Affecting Public Enthusiasm to Get the COVID-19 Vaccine in Tempe Village. The type of research is Cross Sectional by measuring the research variables at one time. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The research sample was determined using the Slovin formula totaling 370 samples, namely respondents who had received the 1st and 2nd doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. The independent variables in this study are Government Policy, Public Knowledge, Public Awareness while the dependent variable is Public Enthusiasm. The results of the Chi-Square test, namely the Government Policy variable obtained a value (P = 0.000), the Public Knowledge variable (P = 0.004), and the Public Awareness variable (P = 0.000) meaning that the three variables obtained the result α <0.05. Based on this analysis, it is concluded that these three factors have a Relationship to Public Enthusiasm to Get the COVID-19 Vaccine in Tempe Village.
