<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy on the maximum limit of the increase in the Sales Value of Taxable Objects (NJOP) from the perspective of legal certainty with a specific focus based on Law Number 01 of 2022 concerning the Financial Relationship between the Central Government and Regional Governments (HKPD Law), with case study in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai Regency. The background of this research arises from a drastic increase in NJOP, exceeding 100%, which has caused significant public concern and the potential for violations of the principles of justice and legal certainty. This study uses a normative juridical method with a descriptive qualitative approach. This research collects data through literature study, documentation, and interviews with government officials, tax law experts and affected citizens. The focus of the analysis is on legal certainty, regional government authority and legal protection for the public regarding the policy. The results show that the NJOP increase the policy in Labuan Bajo is not fully aligned with the principles of legal certainty. The absence of clear regulation on maximum limit of NJOP increase provides wide interpretive space for local governments (risking arbitrary decisions and weakened legal protection for taxpayers). This opens the potential for inequality, abuse of authority, and minimal legal protection for the public. Furthermore, the policy, which does not take into account the economic capacity of the community, has social implications such as anxiety, objections and potential legal conflict. The lack of public participation and insufficient dissemination of information further exacerbates social and economic distress among residents and local businesses. This study recommends revising regulations to provide explicit limits on NJOP increases by local governments (for the establishment of national standards and maximum thresholds for NJOP increases), as well as strengthening public objection mechanisms to be faster and more effective, and enhanced legal education and transparency within fiscal policy-making processes.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to explain and analyse how the implementation of school-based management (SBM) helps improve character education at MTsN 3 Siak. This study was conducted using a qualitative and case study approach. There were seven teachers, one madrasah head, nine students from grades VII, VIII, and IX, and two parents (madrasah committee). Participatory observation, documentation, and in-depth and thorough interviews were the data collection methods used in this study. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman model with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation of sources, techniques and time was used to ensure accurate data. The results showed that the implementation of MBS at MTsN 3 Siak went well enough to improve character education through madrasah policies, extracurricular activities, exemplary teachers, and parental participation. Nevertheless, there are still some barriers, such as resistance to change and limited resources. This research shows that training of principal managers and increasing whole-school participation in character strengthening are essential.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran pola pikir kewirausahaan dalam membangun ketahanan bisnis startup di kalangan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur, dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari jurnal ilmiah, buku akademik, dan hasil penelitian lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pola pikir kewirausahaan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang tangguh, inovatif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar. Pola pikir ini mendorong minat berwirausaha, meningkatkan kesiapan menghadapi kegagalan, serta keberanian dalam mengambil risiko dan mempertahankan bisnis jangka panjang. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pembentukan pola pikir ini antara lain pendidikan kewirausahaan, pengalaman pribadi, lingkungan sosial, serta dukungan teknologi dan kebijakan. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya peran institusi pendidikan dalam menciptakan ekosistem kewirausahaan. Dengan pola pikir yang kuat, mahasiswa tidak hanya siap memulai bisnis, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkannya secara berkelanjutan di era digital.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the implementation of the multisensory method in developing early reading skills among children at PAUD Plamboyan 3, Karawang Regency, and to determine the results of this implementation. The study is motivated by the low level of early reading ability in children, indicated by difficulties in pronouncing letters, combining syllables, and understanding words in context. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the multisensory method incorporating visual (using flashcards with letters and images), auditory (listening to letter sounds via Wordwall media), kinesthetic (writing names with crayons), and tactile activities (pasting letters with origami) significantly improves children’s early reading abilities. Children showed progress in letter pronunciation, syllable and word formation, and reading simple sentences. Moreover, their interest and motivation in reading increased. The conclusion indicates that the multisensory method is effective in holistically and enjoyably developing early reading skills in young children. <![CDATA[Notaris memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia sebagai pejabat umum yang berwenang untuk membuat akta autentik. Akta ini sering digunakan dalam berbagai transaksi, seperti jual beli tanah, perjanjian utang piutang, dan pengaturan waris. Namun, dalam praktiknya, penyalahgunaan keadaan dapat terjadi, di mana salah satu pihak memanfaatkan situasi untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang tidak adil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penyalahgunaan keadaan dalam pembuatan akta autentik dan akibat hukum yang dapat ditanggung oleh notaris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan praktisi notaris serta ahli hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyalahgunaan keadaan dapat muncul dalam bentuk manipulasi informasi, tekanan psikologis, dan ketidaktahuan hukum. Notaris yang terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan keadaan dapat menghadapi sanksi administratif, tanggung jawab perdata, dan tanggung jawab pidana. Untuk mencegah terjadinya penyalahgunaan keadaan, notaris perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta menerapkan prosedur standar dalam pembuatan akta. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami tantangan yang dihadapi oleh notaris dan mendorong praktik kenotariatan yang lebih baik dan beretika.]]>

<![CDATA[This study addresses the central issue of how social media plays a role in the process of identity formation amid the currents of globalization and digitalization. The main objective of this research is to understand how social media influences the identity formation process and to examine how Cultural Studies theory explains the relationship between social media, representation, and identity construction. This study employs a qualitative method with a Cultural Studies perspective to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of identity formation in the digital era. The findings indicate that social media in the digital age has become a new cultural space that plays a significant role in the identity formation process. Beyond functioning as a communication tool, social media serves as a site of representation, expression, and the ongoing construction of identity meaning. It can be seen as a contested arena of cultural identity for individuals on one hand, a medium for self expression and affirmation, and on the other, a force that potentially homogenizes identity through global popular culture and the logic of the digital marketplace.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the implementation of the local food-based supplementary feeding program for toddlers in Nunbaun Delha Village, Alak District, Kupang City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using four indicators of policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the implementation of the program was confusing for implementers because it was initially informed that it would begin in May 2023, but it was only realized in September-November 2023, and was not continued in 2024 in Kelurahan Nunbaun Delha. Incentives for posyandu cadres are channeled weekly through bank accounts, but are considered inefficient because small amounts have to be collected directly at the bank. PMT cooking facilities are provided by the cadres themselves with their own funds due to budget constraints. In addition, some toddlers refuse food because it does not match their taste and texture preferences, so food is often consumed by other family members. In conclusion, although there are still some obstacles, this program has been implemented in accordance with the provisions so that it can improve the nutritional status of the target.]]>

<![CDATA[This article examines strategies to optimize Village Original Revenue (PADes) in Mojorejo Village, Mojokerto, through the management and innovation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BuMDes) and economic diversification based on local potential. This study investigates how to optimize Village Original Revenue (PADes) in Mojorejo Village, Mojokerto District, by improving the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and integrating local potential into the economy. This research stems from the fact that sustainable village fiscal independence by utilizing local resources and assets is essential. This research was conducted through a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods such as observation, and interviews. The contribution of BUMDes, problems faced, and opportunities for the advancement of the village economy were revealed through thematic analysis. The results showed that tourism, particularly Bukit Bunga Mojorejo (BBM), will be the largest contributor to village revenue by 2023, reaching 37%. However, issues such as low community participation, limited management capacity, and poor digital promotion continue to hinder village business management. Entrepreneurship training, tourism communities, bamboo crafts and agritourism sector development are solutions to these problems. According to this research, innovative local potential-based management and working together can increase village revenue and strengthen the village economy independently and sustainably. The key to successful village development as a competitive local economic growth center is a participatory and transparent approach.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the influence of content quality on the Instagram account @folkative toward reading interest among Generation Z. Known for their high engagement with social media and preference for visual-informative content, Generation Z serves as the focus of this quantitative research. The study involved 100 respondents aged 17–27 who follow the @folkative account. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed for validity and reliability. The findings reveal that content quality—covering accuracy, relevance, depth, and presentation style—has a significant impact on the reading interest of Generation Z. The results indicate that well-crafted and informative social media content can effectively increase young audiences’ interest in reading. This study offers practical insights for digital media managers to design more engaging content strategies that promote literacy in the digital age.]]>
