Abstract

This study aims to determine whether democratic values ​​have been implemented in the Intra-School Student Organization of SMK Negeri 1 Bulango Utara. The subjects in this study were OSIS members. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. It aims to find data on whether democratic values ​​have been implemented or not in the Intra-School Student Organization. This study is divided into 2 research focuses, including 1) how is the implementation of democratic values ​​in the intra-school student organization at SMK Negeri 1 Bulango Utra. 2) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of democratic values ​​in the Intra-School Student Organization. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that democratic values ​​have been implemented well in the Intra-School Student Organization of SMK Negeri 1 Bulango Utara through OSIS activities, namely 1) OSIS Management Meeting. 2) Election of the OSIS chairman. 3) OSIS Grand Deliberation. The democratic values ​​formed in OSIS are, 1) Tolerance. 2) Freedom of expression. 3) Openness in communication 4) Mutual respect. 5) Togetherness. Supporting factors for the implementation of democratic values ​​in the intra-school Student Organization at SMK Negeri 1 Bulango Utara are 1) The school. 2) Student motivation. 3) The will of the students. Inhibiting factors for the implementation of democratic values ​​in the intra-school Student Organization at SMK Negeri 1 Bulango Utara are 1) apathetic students. 2) Limited student participation. 3) Low student motivation.

Abstract

The young Chinese generation in Indonesia currently faces significant challenges in maintaining an understanding and appreciation of their cultural heritage. Factors such as globalization, urbanization, and rapid lifestyle changes have introduced new values that often conflict with Chinese traditions. Additionally, the policies of the New Order regime, which restricted Chinese cultural practices, have contributed to the younger generation's difficulty in understanding their cultural legacy. This study aims to identify the causes of declining cultural understanding among young Chinese Indonesians and to explore the roles of family, community, and education in preserving these traditions and values. A mixed-method approach is used in this research, combining quantitative methods through surveys and qualitative methods through observations and in-depth interviews within communities, schools, and family environments. The results of this study are expected to provide practical solutions to enhance young Chinese Indonesians' understanding and appreciation of their cultural heritage, including through the development of accessible learning resources at home, in schools, and within communities.

Abstract

Mental health issues, particularly the presence of neglected individuals with mental disorders (ODGJ), have become a critical social concern in Serang City. In response, the Serang City Government issued Mayor Regulation Number 10 of 2021, mandating the Social Service Agency to implement a social rehabilitation program for neglected ODGJ. This study aims to analyze the implementation of this policy using a descriptive qualitative approach and the George C. Edward III policy implementation model, which includes four main dimensions: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving key stakeholders such as the Social Service Agency, the Municipal Police (Satpol PP), and the Nururrohman Foundation as an operational partner. The findings indicate that the policy has not been implemented optimally. Inter-agency communication remains limited, and public socialization is insufficient. In terms of resources, Serang City lacks government-owned rehabilitation facilities or shelters, and most implementers are honorary staff with no regular incentives. Although the disposition of field workers reflects strong commitment, it is not supported by a structured reward system. The bureaucratic structure is in place, but the absence of detailed technical standard operating procedures (SOPs) has resulted in policy implementation that often relies on improvisation. This study concludes that strengthening human resources, drafting comprehensive SOPs, and establishing dedicated rehabilitation facilities are essential to ensure the sustainability the policy for protecting and rehabilitating neglected ODGJ.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the cost of production in the construction of Pinisi ships in Ara Village, Bontobahari District, Bulukumba Regency. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on the cost of production as a single variable. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the cost of production using the full costing and variable costing methods and comparing the results with the company's calculation. The results show that the cost of production using the full costing method amounted to IDR 736,241,127, the cost of production using the variable costing method amounted to IDR 731,386,127, and the company's cost of production was IDR 733,301,127. These findings highlight the importance of applying accurate cost calculation methods to reflect the total production cost and support decision-making in the Pinisi shipbuilding process.

Abstract

The problem statement in this research is whether motivation and work environment affect the performance of employees at PT. PLN Persero ULP Perbaungan. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. PLN Persero ULP Perbaungan. This research employs a quantitative approach, with a population and sample of 75 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS Version 22, and the data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis, including data quality testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN Persero ULP Perbaungan. Likewise, the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, both motivation and work environment positively and significantly influence employee performance at PT. PLN Persero ULP Perbaungan. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perubahan saat kehamilan menyebabkan rasa ketidaknyamanan sehingganya menyebabkan kecemasan ibu hamil. Kecemasan semakin meningkat saat mendekati persalinan (Halman et al., 2022). Angka kecemasan ibu hamil di Indonesia mencapai 373.000.000. 107.000.000 atau 28,7% kecemasan terjadi pada ibu menjelang proses persalinan (Mandagi et al., 2013). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan paritas dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil Tm III dalam menghadapi persalinan di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kasiyan. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain analitik korelasional, pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu 68 ibu hamil trimester III, dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen kuesioner, analisis data uji Spearman Rank. Hasil: Hampir setengah responden ibu nullipara atau 31 ibu hamil (45,6%), sebagian besar ibu dengan cemas ringan (57,4%). Hasil uji Spearman Rank didapatkan nilai probabilitas p= 0,000; α < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara paritas dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara paritas dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kasiyan. Ibu hamil nullipara memiliki kecenderungan dengan tingkat kecemasan lebih berat dalam menghadapi persalinan. Saran: Ibu diharapkan dapat mengelola kecemasan dengan dukungan dari keluarga, pasangan, serta mengikuti kelas persiapan persalinan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kesiapan mental, terutama bagi ibu yang baru pertama kali hamil, dan belum memiliki pengalaman sebelumnya.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Emesis Gravidarum pada kehamilan merupakan salah satu keluhan yang sering dialami oleh ibu hamil trimester 1. Emesis garvidarum dapat diatasi antara lain dengan mengkonsumsi makan, minuman dengan cara yang tepat sesuai dengan anjuran, dan ini dipengaruhi salah satunya di pengaruhi oleh sikap. Dukungan suami memberikan peran penting dalam membentuk sikap ibu hamil. Tujuan Penelitian : menganalisis hubungan dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil trimester I dalam mengatasi emesis gravidarum di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kasiyan. Metode: Desain penelitian adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan populasi sebanyak 40 ibu dengan sampel sebanyak 36 ibu dengan teknik pengambilan sample yaitu proportionate random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner. Hasil : dari perhitungan hampir seluruh ibu hamil mendapatkan dukungan suami sebanyak 55.56% dan sebagian besar ibu hamil trimester I memiliki sikap positif dalam mengatasi emesis gravidarum sebanyak 55.56%. Kesimpulan : Hasil uji Chi Square didapatkan p value 0,009 < 0,05 artinya ada hubungan dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil trimester I dalam mengatasi emesis gravidarum di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kasiyan dengan keeratan hubungan cukup kuat. Saran : Bidan wilayah perlu memberikan informasi dan edukasi kepada suami untuk selalu memberikan dukungan terutama dukungan emosional.

Abstract

Banyak ibu hamil dengan KEK yang belum memberikan perhatian cukup terhadap pola makan dan asupan gizi.Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan atau kesadaran tentang pentingnya nutrisi untuk kesehatan ibu dan janin.Data Kemenkes RI(2021) menunjukkan prevalensi ibu hamil berisiko KEK di Indonesia sebesar 8,7%, Jawa Timur sebesar 9,2%.Di Puskesmas Kasiyan pada tahun 2023, tercatat 84 ibu hamil(12,2%) mengalami KEK.Pada penelitian ini Media leaflet dan video dibandingkan untuk menentukan media paling efektif meningkatkan sikap ibu hamil terhadap KEK,Perbandingan ini membantu memilih metode yang sesuai dengan karakteristik ibu hamil.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif desain posttest-only control group dengan pendekatan true experiment. Populasi terdiri 33 ibu hamil KEK, dengan sampel 30 ibu hamil yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen berupa kuisioner, Analisis data uji menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil: penyuluhan menggunakan video lebih efektif meningkatkan sikap positif ibu hamil (93,3%) dibandingkan leaflet(53,3%).Hasil uji Chi-Square menghasilkan p-value 0,035 (<0,05) yang berarti bahwa ada perbedaan penyuluhan media leaflet dan video terhadap sikap ibu hamil KEK. Kesimpulan :Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sikap ibu hamil KEK setelah diberikan penyuluhan media leaflet dan video dimana media video terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatakan sikap ibu hamil terhadap kekurangan energi kronis (KEK) dibandingkan dengan media leaflet Saran:Media penyuluhan yang digunakan harus tepat agar informasi kesehatan dapat disampaikan secara optimal.

Abstract

The preschool period is an important phase that greatly influences the formation of a child's foundational abilities in various aspects, such as physical, mental, social, and emotional, which will ultimately affect their growth and development. This study aims to understand the growth and development of preschool children so that early interventions can be implemented. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size in this study is 170 children from Kindergarten AN Namiroh 3th and Pembina 2nd in the Tuah Madani. The sample in this study was taken using proportionate random sampling. Data collection on growth used anthropometry, and developmental used the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire. The analysis used is descriptive. The research findings that 3 respondents (1.8%) fall into the underweight, 107 respondents (62.9%) into the normal, 46 respondents (27.1%) into the overweight, and 14 respondents (8.2%) into the obesity. The developmental screening results show that 138 respondents (81.2%) are in the appropriate development, 23 respondents (13.5%) in the questionable development, and 9 respondents (5.3%) in the deviating development. Preschool children have mostly normal growth and developmental aspects appropriate for their age. Parents and educators need to provide proper nutrition and appropriate stimulation to support the growth and development of preschool children optimally.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja yang beragam berpotensi meningkatkan diskriminasi dan bullying. Pada saat yang sama, keberagaman budaya di Indonesia dan tuntutan tenaga kerja multikultural di era globalisasi terus meningkat. Hal ini mendorong perlunya upaya identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku anti bullying. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara kecerdasan budaya dengan perilaku anti bullying di lingkungan kerja lintas budaya. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 100 orang, diperoleh dengan teknik sampling insidental. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan Negative Act Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) dan Cultural Intelligence Scale (SQS). Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Rho Spearman. Penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan budaya dengan perilaku anti bullying di lingkungan kerja lintas budaya. Pentingnya perusahaan meningkatkan praktik anti bullying dengan meningkatkan kecerdasan budaya karyawan.
