<![CDATA[Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK), khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan, saat ini penggunaan alat bantu atau media pembelajaran menjadi semakin luas dan interaktif, seperti adanya komputer dan internet. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tergolong minim karena hanya mengandalkan buku paket dan belum mampu sepenuhnya memfasilitasi siswa dalam mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa media pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah menyampaikan materi serta mampu memfasilitasi siswa dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi IPS. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Hasil uji validasi ahli pada aspek materi dan media memperoleh hasil dengan kategori sangat valid. Media yang dikembangkan dinyatakan baik dan valid dengan persentase 93,1% dengan kategori sangat valid dan baik diujicobakan di lapangan. Sedangkan hasil validitas dari ahli materi diperoleh hasil persentase 88,8% dengan kategori sangat valid dan baik diujicobakan di lapangan.]]>

<![CDATA[Infrared therapy is a joint and muscle therapy that relies on red light. Infrared lights can emit waves that penetrate body tissue, thus providing a number of health benefits. The author's goal is to design a standing infrared lamp using a proximity sensor and timer. The system is designed to improve energy efficiency and user comfort by automatically controlling the lights based on the presence and activity around them. The main components of this system include the HC-SR04 proximity sensor which functions to detect the distance of the object, and a microcontroller which functions to regulate the duration of infrared irradiation. The results of the research show that the distance was tested 10 times and for each distance 5 trials were carried out, showing that the tool showed a distance measurement error of 0.162%. And the time settings provided by the tool were carried out by changing the time settings provided by the tool, namely for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 minutes and each experiment was carried out 5 times, showing a time measurement error of 24.8 seconds.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the impact of employee placement on employee performance at the Department of Transportation Office of Sorong City. The data analysis method used is quantitative, with significance testing (t-test) through linear regression. The research was conducted at the Department of Transportation Office of Sorong City with a sample size of 67 respondents. Primary data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS for Windows version 25, the Coefficient of Determination (R square) was found to be 51.6%. This indicates that employee placement contributes 51.6% to employee performance, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study, such as career development. From the t-test results, it was found that the calculated t-value is 8.323, which is greater than the table t-value of 1.666, indicating that the employee placement variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role and influence of bilingualism in the novel Kenanga by Oka Rusmina. This study uses a qualitative research method using sociolinguistic studies. Based on this study, it is concluded that bilingualism in the novel Kenanga by Oka Rusmini observes the use of two languages, Indonesian and Balinese, as an important part of the identities of the characters and the cultural life depicted in the novel. Bilingualism in this novel not only reflects language differences, but also describes cultural differences, values, and social dynamics in Balinese society. The use of Balinese illustrates closeness to local traditions and identities, while Indonesian shows openness to modernization and broader intercultural relations. Through this bilingualism, the Novel Kenanga by Oka Rusmini shows the complexity of individual identity rooted in tradition. However, it also tries to adapt to social change. This novel shows the importance of language as a means of understanding identity and intercultural relations.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate how factors such as price, promotion, product quality, and service quality influence consumer decisions when making purchases on the ShopeeFood platform. The research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of 100 respondents from Binjai City, and questionnaires were used as the primary data source. The variables are measured using the Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include determination test, partial testing (t-test), and simultaneous testing (F-test) to draw conclusions. The results indicate that product quality, promotion, price, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at ShopeeFood, with an F-test significance value of 0.000. Based on the t-test, the promotion variable has a positive and significant influence with a significance value of 0.000, price also with a value of 0.035, there is a significant positive effect, product quality does not have a significant impact with a significance value of of 0.542, and service quality has shown a significant positive effect with a significance value of 0.000.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan dalam menarik minat nasabah PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang MT Haryono Cawang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode survei, dengan teknik pengambilan data berdasarkan penyebaran angket, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap objek yang diminati. Banyaknya responden yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 30 responden yang terdiri atas 15 orang karyawan, 8 orang wiraswasta, 4 orang ibu rumah tangga, 3 orang pelajar, yang ada di wilayah perkantoran dan perumahan Indomobil MT Haryono Cawang, Keseluruhan responden adalah yang memiliki domisili perkantoran dan domisili tempat tinggal yang ada di Jakarta Timur. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil hipotesa berpengaruh postitif antara kualitas pelatihan terhadap minat nasabah, dengan nilai korelasi 0,30, nilai determinasi 9%, dan nilai t hitung 1,743 lebih besar dari pada nilai t table 1,701.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan fasilitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Mega Persada Indonesia yang berjumlah 75 orang. Pengambilan jumlah sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi menjadi sampel. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian di analisis menggunakan Analisis Kuantitaf dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja dan fasilitas kerja berpengarterhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Mega Persada Indonesia dengan hubungan variabel X1 35,6% dan X2 64,4%dan berpengaruh sebesar 71.4% Dengan demikian hubungan antar kedua variabel bernilai positif dan memiliki hubungan yang kuat.]]>

<![CDATA[Sharp object violence on living victims is a problem that requires comprehensive medical and legal treatment. Forensic analysis of sharp object wounds plays an important role in determining the type of weapon used, the direction of the attack, and the dynamics of the incident involving the victim. This study aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the role of forensic science in analyzing sharp object wounds, with a focus on the physical and psychological aspects of the victim. The research method used is a literature review, in which various studies and case reports on sharp object violence on living victims are reviewed in depth. This approach provides a comprehensive picture of the characteristics of the wound, forensic examination methods, and the impact of physical and emotional trauma experienced by the victim. The results of this study indicate that forensic analysis of sharp object violence on living victims is very important for health aspects. Through wound examination, forensic experts can identify the type of weapon and estimate the strength and direction of the attack, which are crucial for determining the right medical treatment. Wound management must be carried out quickly to prevent complications, while attention to the psychological impact is also needed to support the holistic recovery process.]]>
