Abstract

The 2023 Central Java League 3 Competition is a work program of PSSI Central Java in carrying out its duties as a Central Java football organization. Communication is needed for the smooth running of the competition so that all clubs and the community can follow the development of the competition properly. The research uses qualitative descriptive with observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation with validity checked through triangulation of sources and data. Data validity through triangulation of data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques involves data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that the Central Java PSSI Asprov implements the communication strategy model according to Hafield Cangara, including the stages of communication research, communication planning, communication implementation, measurement or evaluation, and competition reporting. However, there are obstacles in carrying out this communication. The conclusion of the research on the communication strategy of the Central Java PSSI Asprov uses a communication strategy model in accordance with the communication strategy theory by Hafield Cangara, namely research, planning, execute, measure or evaluation, and report.

Abstract

Based on data, the prevalence of active smokers in Indonesia continues to increase. Data from the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI) conducted by the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) shows that the number of active smokers is estimated to reach 70 million people, with 7.4% of them aged 10-18 years. This research was conducted to determine students' understanding of the impact of smoking on the health of themselves and others, how much support students have for the smoke-free area policy, and what factors influence students' perceptions of smoke-free areas. This research method uses qualitative methods. Conducted at Medan State University with 15 respondents. Respondents are expected to be able to improve the quality of health so they must develop good behavior including knowledge, attitudes and actions. The aim of this research is to describe how students behave and respond to the no-smoking area policy at Medan State University. This study was conducted in September 2024.

Abstract

Implementation of a Good Governance System in the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT-DD) in Cukanggalih Village, Curug District, Tangerang Regency. With the post-covid 19 phenomenon, poverty is still a challenge for the government to eradicate extreme poverty which has made the government continue the BLT-Village Fund program. The purpose of this study is to determine how good governance the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) program is in Cukanggalih Village, Curug District, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Research location Cukanggalih Village, Curug District, Tangerang Regency The theoretical concept used is the Principles Good Governance Indicator in the UNDP (1997) which focuses on 5 Principles out of 9 principles including Participation, Rule of Law, Transparency, Fairness and accountability. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that most of them have been implemented quite well. However, in the principle of participation, there are still obstacles in the form of a lack of utilization of village websites as digital information media services that need special attention.

Abstract

With innovation acting as a moderating variable, the objective of this research is to ascertain how organizational culture and top management support affect accounting information systems (empirical study on hotel enterprises in Serang City and Cilegon City). This study focuses on quantitative research. The populace uses hotels in Cilegon City and Serang City. This study employed purposive sampling, and the six hotel chains that satisfied the criteria were chosen to comprise the research sample. The questionnaire that provided the core data for this study. The analytical approach used in this study is structural equation modeling using PLS using SmartPLS version 3 software. The study's findings demonstrate that organizational culture has a favorable impact on the Accounting Information System and that top management support.

Abstract

Era digital banking yang semakin berkembang pesat memaksa perbankan untuk berlomba-lomba menciptakan layanan terbaik yang mampu memenuhi harapan konsumen terhadap layanan digital agar dapat mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen kepada bank. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Perceived Risk, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, dan Attitude Towards The Service terhadap Intention To Use. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart-PLS 4.0. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah perbankan swasta yang menggunakan layanan digital banking di wilayah DKI Jakarta, sehingga untuk memenuhi sampel yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian ini diawali dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan google form, 30 responden sampel pre test dan post test didapatkan sebanyak 192 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel Perceived Risk tidak berpengaruh terhadap Attitude Towards the Service. Sedangkan variabel Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust dan variabel Attitude Towards the Service berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Use. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi perbankan dalam menganalisis apa saja faktor yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan niat konsumen terhadap digital banking sehingga nasabah menjadi loyal terhadap bank

Abstract

Indonesian students' literacy skills are at an alarming level. Based on the results of the 2022 PISA survey, Indonesia is ranked 71st out of 81 countries which shows the low reading and writing abilities of students. Considering that reading and writing skills are interrelated, one way to improve literacy skills is to provide interesting reading material. To achieve this goal, the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can be used, where students are asked to produce products in the form of creative and interesting reading materials. One media that can support this process is the Wattpad application. Wattpad is a digital writing platform used by more than 100 million users worldwide. This application makes it easier for students to express their ideas, thoughts and imaginations in written form. Through Wattpad, students can not only publish their work, but also get direct feedback from readers. This feedback allows students to develop their writing skills in a more efficient and consistent manner. Using Wattpad in project-based learning provides opportunities for students to improve their writing skills, while fostering interest in reading through interactive experiences. Thus, it is hoped that the Wattpad application can be an effective means of increasing the literacy of Indonesian students with an approach that is appropriate to technological developments and learning needs in the digital era.

Abstract

The decline in moral values among students today highlights the importance of integrating character education into the learning model. In the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in elementary schools, IPAS (Science and Social Studies) lessons include the strengthening of character values. This educational focus is not only on academic knowledge but also on shaping students' character, such as a sense of responsibility, empathy towards others, and environmental awareness. The main goal is to educate students to become individuals who are not only academically intelligent but also possess good character and contribute positively to society. However, in reality, many students are still disinterested or feel bored with conventional teaching methods, often due to the monotonous and less interactive delivery of material. To address this issue, this research aims to introduce innovation in the learning process through the use of interactive media. Prezi was chosen as an alternative media option capable of providing a more dynamic, engaging, and interactive learning experience, with the hope of increasing students' interest and active participation in learning activities.

Abstract

The strawberry generation is a popular term in Taiwan which is used to indicate the generation after 1981 who have creative characteristics but are mentally fragile. As a result of the development of technology and foreign culture, the younger generation is becoming less concerned with their own culture, which in fact has a lot of potential in building the character and morals of the younger generation. Among them is the cultural art of shadow puppetry, which apart from providing entertainment also has the function of conveying moral messages about the primacy of life so that it can become a character based on one of the famous great epics, namely the Mahabharata, which contains many educational elements that teach about morals and character. both of which will later be transformed into modern webcomic media using the ATUMICS method. It is hoped that by designing the character designs for the webcomic Arkana: Stellar Awakening, it can provide various kinds of moral education from the Mahabharata story which can help the younger generation in building their good character.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Organisasi Pembelajaran Dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Terhadap Kapabilitas Inovasi Pdam Kabupaten Bombana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi pada penelitan ini adalah pegawai Perusahaan Daerah air minum Bombana berjumlah 38 pegawai, dengan menggunakan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 pegawai. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas dengan SPSS 29.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji measurement model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan antara variabel Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap Kapabilitas Inovasi. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.299 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 1.437 < 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.076 dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kapabilitas Inovasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Perilaku Kerja Inovatif terhadap Kapabilitas Inovasi. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.560 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 2.637 > 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.004 dan signifikan terhadap Kapabilitas Inovasi. Kata Kunci: Organisasi Pembelajaran, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, Kapabilitas Inovasi, partial least square (PLS).

Abstract

The decline in interest in Jawatimuran karawitan among younger generations, especially children, is influenced by several factors, such as globalization, limited exposure to this art form in formal education, and the lack of suitable learning media. To address this issue, there is a need for appropriate media, one of which is an interactive illustrated book designed to introduce and preserve karawitan for children aged 7-12 years. This study aims to design characters for this interactive illustrated book. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with children. The results indicate that visually appealing and emotionally relevant character designs can increase children's interest. The characters Raka, Faqih, Rania, and Pak Joko, designed with attention to local cultural values, are expected to serve as effective media to foster children's appreciation and pride in Jawatimuran karawitan.
