This study aims to determine the concept of transformational leadership, understand women's leadership, and identify the influence of women's leadership on the concept of transformational leadership. The research method used by the author uses qualitative research using a descriptive method where writing must be able to describe data and facts that occur in the field to obtain accurate research results. This study concludes that women have the same rights as men as leaders. Women are no longer seen as meek creatures. Instead, they play an important role in family life, companies, and society. Along with reforms and gender concepts, women are positioned fairly in all areas of life, including in leadership roles. Gender issues show that there is no gender discrimination in organizations. However, when gender is associated with leadership style, there is a certain leadership style that women have. Not because of gender differences, but more because of characteristics related to work. In terms of these job characteristics, it was found that women's leadership is divided into two types: feminism and transformational.

This article examines the opportunities and challenges of integrating Islamic values into the Indonesian English language classroom. In a country with a predominantly Muslim population, incorporating Islamic teachings into English Language Teaching (ELT) offers students a chance to develop both their language skills and moral character. The paper looks at how values such as honesty, tolerance, and respect for diversity can be integrated into the English curriculum, enhancing students' cultural awareness and promoting ethical growth. However, challenges such as the secular nature of language education, the diversity of students' religious backgrounds, and a lack of specific teaching resources pose obstacles. To address these challenges, the article suggests strategies for teachers, including the use of authentic materials (like Islamic texts), fostering classroom discussions on moral values, and exemplifying Islamic ethics in teacher-student interactions. This study employs a qualitative descriptive research approach, utilizing library research by reviewing various journals and sources related to the incorporation of Islamic values into English language teaching. Finally, by embedding Islamic values, students not only improve their English proficiency but also strengthen their identity as Muslims in a globalized society.

Land disputes are one of the crucial problems often faced by people in North Sumatra, especially related to land ownership and utilization which have a direct impact on the welfare of residents. The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of North Sumatra has an important role in accommodating community aspirations related to this issue, both through legislative, budgetary, and supervisory functions. This study aims to analyze how the DPRD of North Sumatra plays a role in resolving land disputes and its impact on improving community welfare. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with DPRD members, community representatives, and related institutions. The results of the study indicate that the DPRD of North Sumatra plays an active role in facilitating dialogue between residents and the government and other stakeholders. However, there are several challenges faced, such as the complexity of agrarian law and weak coordination between institutions, which need to be addressed to optimize the role of the DPRD in improving community welfare. Recommendations for this study include strengthening the role of the DPRD in advocating for community rights and increasing synergy between the DPRD and related institutions in handling land disputes.

This study analyzes the application of Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM) among MSMEs within Persada Indonesia Y.A.I University environment. Employing a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews of 7 MSME actors, the research reveals a significant gap between expected accounting standards and actual financial reporting practices. Key findings demonstrate that 100% of respondents have not implemented SAK EMKM, primarily due to limited knowledge, insufficient socialization, and accounting comprehension barriers. The study identifies financial recording as predominantly simple, unstructured, and non-compliant with accounting standards. Critical recommendations include systematic interventions through socialization programs, continuous training, and technical assistance to enhance MSME accounting capacities, ultimately improving financial reporting quality and financing access.

Many This study uses a Vector Autoregression (VAR) model to examine the impact of changes in the USD exchange rate on Indonesia's oil and gas export volume in the 2019-2023 period. Time series data analysis shows that the USD exchange rate and oil and gas export volume data become stationary after the first differentiation transformation, with an optimal lag of two periods. The resulting VAR model is also proven to be stable. The results of the Granger causality test show that there is no significant causal relationship between the USD exchange rate and oil and gas export volume at the 5% significance level. This finding suggests that other factors, not included in this model, may play a role in the dynamics of the relationship between the exchange rate and oil and gas exports. This study provides an understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between the USD exchange rate and oil and gas export volume in Indonesia, and emphasizes the need for a more comprehensive analysis that considers other factors that may contribute to the relationship.
