Abstract

The role of the Cimahi City Regional Government is very important in organizing Technical guidance and all stages of the 2024 General Election in the Cimahi City General Election Commissions working area. Apart from budgeting, regional governments are also responsible for ensuring that elections in their working areas run smoothly. One important part of the preparation for holding elections is the existence of technical guidance activities for all Voting Organizing Group members who work in Cimahi City. This is to ensure that all election organizing officers are ready to carry out their roles and functions. The purpose of this research is to understand and find out about the implementation of Technical Guidance for Voting Organizing Group Members in Cimahi City. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with an observation approach. The observation approach in research is a scientific method in research in an effort to record and directly observe the phenomena that occur in Cimahi City during preparations for the 2024 General Election in Cimahi City. The research results show that the Cimahi City Government has made maximum efforts to ensure that the 2024 General Election runs smoothly. One of the efforts to ensure that the elections run smoothly is through the implementation of technical guidance for Voting Organizing Group members as the spearhead in organizing the 2024 elections. In developing knowledge, this research can contribute to adding scientific treasures and references within the scope of Government or Public Administration Science related to the implementation Election.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership supervision on employee performance in the Stockfit Department of PT Pratama Abadi Industri JX, Sukabumi Regency. The research uses Monitoring Theory (Vx) by Siagian (2017:115) and Performance Theory (Vy) by Hersey, Blanchard, and Jhonson (1996) in Wibowo (2010:102-105). A quantitative method was employed, with 102 respondents sampled from a population of 200 using Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, the Coefficient of Determination formula, and simple linear regression equation model, with hypothesis testing via the t-test. Results indicate that Leadership Supervision (X) was rated as Good, with an average score of 4.0 and a descriptive percentage of 80.19%. Employee Performance (Y) was rated as Very Good, with an average score of 4.2 and a descriptive percentage of 83.80%. Statistical analysis showed a strong positive correlation between Leadership Oversight and Employee Performance (r_xy=0.783, t_(hitung=)12.588 > t_(tabel=)1.983). The Coefficient of Determination (KD) of 0.6130 indicates that 61.3% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by Leadership Supervision, with the rest determined by other factors. The linear regression equation model is Y ̂4540.0 + 0.837X, suggesting that changes in Leadership Supervision can predict changes in Employee Performance.

Abstract

The Digital Market Program is part of the Quick Wins Smart City initiative which aims to promote tourist destinations through digital media. The success of the Digital Market Program in Gunungkidul Regency is influenced by the leadership role of the Head of the Tourism Service. This research aims to analyze the leadership model of the Head of the Gunungkidul Tourism Service in the success of the program. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data sources obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the technique for determining informants uses purposive sampling. The research results show that the leadership model used is transformational leadership. Heads of departments demonstrate ideal influence with consistent translation of vision and mission, intellectual stimulation through digital innovation, individual attention to staff development, and inspirational motivation through symbolic programs. Although there are aspects of charismatic and transactional leadership, the transformational approach is dominant and effective in facing the challenges of the digitalization era of tourism. To strengthen the success of the Digital Market Program, it is recommended that department heads increase technology-based training for staff, expand cross-sector collaboration in digital innovation, and ensure program sustainability through regular evaluations and strategy adjustments according to technological developments and tourist needs.

Abstract

South Sulawesi Province, with the commitment and collaboration of all parties, needs to further optimize the transformation towards green Industriy growth in order to manage natural resources that ensure environmental sustainability and equal livelihoods for all levels of society.The Green Economy Index is a benchmark for evaluating the achievements and effectiveness of Indonesia's Industriy transformation towards a green Industry. The main principle of the Green Economy is to create high Industriy growth, along with encouraging social welfare, maintaining Industriy quality and environmental carrying capacity. The Green Economy Index (GEI) or the Indonesian Green Economy Index consists of 15 indicators which cover three pillars, namely Industriy, social and environment.The policy that needs to be implemented in implementing a green economy in South Sulawesi is controlling land conversion by increasing the capacity of farmers by implementing climate change agriculture technology or climate-smart agriculture. Providing environmental services in the form of assistance or incentives for farmers who cultivate plants by maintaining the sustainability of the carrying capacity of their land or who contribute to improving environmental quality. Development of downstream land-based natural resources using technology that does not harm the environment or surrounding communities and can provide high added product value for farmers. Keywords: Green Industry

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) in educational institutions covers crucial aspects related to teachers, educational staff and structural administration. Also known as educator and educational management, this field plays a vital role in achieving national educational goals. This management process involves human resource planning, including recruitment, selection, placement, remuneration, reward, training, development and dismissal. The quality of HR in educational institutions has a major impact on the outcomes and quality of graduates. HR planning has two main dimensions: quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative planning focuses on estimating the number of staff required, while qualitative planning is concerned with the qualifications and requirements appropriate to the position or job in the future. In the context of education, effective human resource management is essential to ensure optimal performance and adaptation of educators to advances in technology and science. This article examines the definition, objectives, roles and functions of HRM in education and related activities such as planning, selection, orientation, performance management, reward, career development and dismissal. Emphasis is placed on the importance of HRM in building a qualified teaching workforce, which in turn will improve the quality of education and produce reliable, creative and accomplished human resources. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the principal's leadership style in improving the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Girisubo. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The interview process was conducted in-depth with several informants consisting of the principal and teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Girisubo. The selection of informants using purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: 1) Principal who served at least 3 years, 2) Teachers who teach at least 5 years at the school, and 3) Willing to be an informant. Interviews were conducted in a semi-structured manner with a pre-arranged interview guide beforehand. In addition, data were also collected through field observations to observe the principal's leadership style and teacher performance in the school environment. The results of this study show that the leadership style of the principal of SMP Negeri 1 Girisubo is democratic leadership. The leadership style of the principal of SMP N 1 Girisubo also has a very close relationship with teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Immigration Office Class I Special TPI Surabaya, as well as to understand how employees' perceptions of organizational culture and commitment contribute to their performance. The research uses a mix method sequential explanatory approach, combining quantitative surveys of 152 employees with qualitative semi-structured interviews. The results show that organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, contributing 87,2% to performance variation. Partially, a strong organizational culture, particularly in terms of employee involvement and adaptability, positively impacts performance improvement. Employees with affective commitment demonstrate higher performance, while those with continuance commitment tend to show lower performance. These findings are reinforced by qualitative insights, where employees who feel involved in decision-making and have an emotional attachment to the organization exhibit higher motivation and performance. In conclusion, strengthening organizational culture and enhancing affective commitment are key strategies for improving employee performance.

Abstract

  The lecturer has important role in education system. Lecturers play an important role in the teaching and learning process, therefore to improve the quality of higher education lecturers play an important role in the education process, especially in universities. This reserach used Descriptive Qualitative method. This method is relevant, because this research was a descriptive to describe and observe an implementation of lecturer policy standard at Administration Business Program In Polythecnic of National Informatics. Data analysis method were Data Collection,  data reduction, display data, verification, data interpretation, and conclusion. The result showed that generally the lecturer policy standard at Administration Business Program In Polythecnic of National Informatics is not maximal. The result based on the obideience step approach, the smooth implementation of routine function and an intended impact realization approach by Repley and Grace A. Franklin faced some obstacles. The obstacles are some lecturers do not have academik position, lecturer ration and student are not complete, and also the lecturers do not active for doing research and dedication to the society.

Abstract

The effectiveness of health services at the Nagrak Health Center is not fully effective. Due to the ineffectiveness of the services provided by medical personnel. Therefore the author is interested in taking the title Effectiveness of Health Services at the Nagrak Health Center, Nagrak District, Sukabumi Regency with an effectiveness theory approach, Saxena in Indrawijaya (2014: 176) states that: Effectiveness is a measure that states how far the target (quantity, quality, time) is achieved achieved. The greater the target achieved, the higher the level of effectiveness. method used in this study uses a qualitative research method of descriptive analysis. With the focus of this study on the Effectiveness of Health Services, where the scope of analysis unit is in the Nagrak Health Center, Nagrak District, the number of informants in this study is 6 people, using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. While the informants for this study were the Head of the Community Health Center, Health Workers, Administrative Officers and the Community. While data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. For data validation, using source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. While data analysis is done by processing data, presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the research results it is known that the better the health service, the more effective the service. While the effectiveness of health services at the Nagrak Community Health Center, Nagrak District, Sukabumi Regency, can be optimized by making improvements in terms of service so that it is more effective for the community, so that the effectiveness of health services can be achieved.

Abstract

The research found several indications of problems regarding the performance of market service levy collector employees, these are indicated as follows: 1) The predetermined market service levy revenue target has not been achieved. 2) lack of outreach to traders regarding the levy rates that must be paid. 3) The collection process and mechanism are not yet optimal. 4) Lack of responsiveness and follow-up from collection staff regarding problems in the field. On the Performance of Market Service Levy Collectors at Parungkuda Market. Researchers use Supervision theory (Vx) according to Winardi (2011:589) in Sururama and Amalia (2020:70. and Performance theory (Vy) according to Mangkunegara (2021:67). The approach used is quantitative. Meanwhile, the method used is the associative descriptive survey method. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and questionnaires with a rating scale of five (5) answer choices. In sampling, Proportionate stratified random sampling and Purposive sampling techniques were used, and sample determination was used using the Slovin formula. The calculation result of the cumulative average value of the Leadership Supervision variable (Vx) is 3.98. Descriptive Percentage (DP) of 79.60% is included in the "Good" category. And Employee Performance (Vy) is 3.57. Descriptive Percentage (DP) =71.31% is included in the "Good" category. The results of statistical analysis Rxy = 0.785 are included in the "Strong" category. KD value = 0.61.6, which means that the contribution of the Leadership Supervision variable to Employee Performance is 61.62%, the remainder is determined by other factors. The linear regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 12.411 + 0860.
