Abstract

The research departs from a problem namely the effectiveness of the smart Indonesia Program is not yet optimal, one of the factors considered to influence the not yet optimal implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program. Researchers use the theory of Supervision according to Siagian (2017 :114-115) and the theory of effectiveness according to Saxena in Indrawijaya (2010:176).Researchers used a quantitative approach, the samples used were 108 people from a population of 893 people taken by probability sampling technique with the Disproportionate stratified random sampling method and the Slovin formula tool. There are two variables studied in this study, namely Head Master Supervision (VX) and the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (VY). The main instrument used in this research is a questionnaire with a rating scale of 5 (five) choices. The data collected was then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques using item averages, while statistical analysis techniques using correlation analysis, and simple linear regression equation models. The calculation results show that the cumulative average yield of the Head master Supervision variable is 4.04 which is included in the good category, while the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program is 4.08 which is included in the good category. The results of the statistical analysis obtained the price of r_xy = 0.708 which is included in the strong category with a significance value of (2-tailed) 0.000 > 0.005 or t_count = 10.33 > t_table = 1.982 so it can be concluded that Leadership Oversight has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program while the Coefficient of Determination (KD) is 0.501 which means that 50,1% of the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (Y) can be explained by the Head master Supervision variable (X) and the rest is determined by other factors. Furthermore, the linear regression equation model is Ŷ = 16,045 + 0.747X. Therefore, to increase the results of the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program, it is suggested to the Head master to improve the Supervision function.

Abstract

This study evaluates the services of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi by focusing on five dimensions of public service quality: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Physical Evidence. The research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving in-depth interviews with informants, and testing the validity of the data with the Credibility test. The results showed that the service of PDAM TBW Sukabumi City was generally good. However, there are shortcomings in the Empathy dimension related to communication and in the Physical Evidence dimension related to physical facilities. The conclusion of this study is that PDAM TBW in Sukabumi City performs well overall, but needs to improve aspects that are still less than optimal. Suggestions include increasing socialization through the PDAM's official social media for more accurate information and updating pipes to improve water flow and quality.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the policy of Additional Income for State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The method used by the author to conduct the research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The theory used by the author to evaluate the policy of Additional Income for State Civil Apparatus is the theory of Dunn (2003) with indicators such as Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Fairness, Responsiveness, Accuracy. Additional Income has a good impact on improving the performance of its employees, although not entirely, and for Additional Income, it is given regularly every month.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Family Planning Program (KB) in the use of contraceptives in the UPTD of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Caringin Sub-district, Sukabumi District. The KB program has an important role in regulating births, marriage age, and increasing family resilience and welfare. This activity involves married couples and requires the support of husbands. Indonesia's high population growth and geographical issues pose challenges to family planning implementation. The interview results show that by 2023, around 79% of people in Caringin Sub-district will have used contraceptives. This shows an increase in community awareness of the program. However, there are still 21% of the community who have not joined the program. The UPTD of the Population Control and Family Planning Office has the responsibility to provide explanations to those who have not joined the program. In this case, it requires maximum understanding and efficient use of the budget. The family planning program in the use of contraceptives in the UPTD Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Sukabumi has been running quite well. Public awareness of the program has increased, and the services provided are effective. Coordination with related agencies and directed procedures also play an important role in the success of this program.

Abstract

The lack of public knowledge about the function of Perumda ASM in improving the development of Sukabumi Regency, the vast land area of Sukabumi Regency which has the potential to be managed by its natural resources makes Perumda ASM unable to work as a whole, the role of Perumda ASM in improving development in Sukabumi Regency has not been effective because it was recently established so that there has not been a match in the amount of revenue, the timeliness of revenue that has not been appropriate because Perumda ASM has only been operating, and the quality of human resources managers is not optimal. These problems can be seen from the theory used, namely Hidayat's theory with 3 dimensions of research, namely quality, quantity and time. The approach used by researchers is qualitative with descriptive methods, data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation and applying triangulation techniques. Then analyze the data using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The informants in this study amounted to 6 people, using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. These informants are the President Director of Perumda Agro Sukabumi Mandiri, Head of General and Personnel, Head of Planning and Evaluation, Planning and Evaluation Staff, Agribusiness Actors, and the Community. The results showed that the effectiveness of Perumda Agro Sukabumi Mandiri in development efforts in Sukabumi District has not gone well. This can be seen from the quality of potential and public understanding of the role of Perumda ASM is not good, the quantity of achievement targets and the suitability of the amount of revenue is not appropriate, the accuracy of revenue and reporting is not appropriate. The conclusion of this study is that because the indicators of each are not yet appropriate, the Effectiveness of Perumda Agro Sukabumi Mandiri in Development Efforts in Sukabumi District has not been achieved.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the performance of government administration in Suka Makmur Village, Bulango Ulu District. This research is qualitative research, namely a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of this research indicate that the performance of government administration in Suka Makmur Village, Bulango Ulu District is quite good, which can be seen from several administrative service performance indicators used, namely: 1) Tangibles, where in principle the government administration service facilities in Suka Makmur Village are sufficient adequate; 2) Reliability, where Suka Makmur Village government officials have quite good administrative service work capabilities; 3) Responsiveness, Suka Makmur Village government officials are always responsive in carrying out administrative service tasks in the village; 4) Assurance, Suka Makmur Village government officials always provide certainty and clarity regarding administrative service times in the village and 5) Empathy, Suka Makmur Village government officials always treat the community well, politely and courteously. The recommendation of this research is that the Suka Makmur Village Government, Bulango Ulu District, continues to pay attention to and improves the quality and capabilities of village government officials, by continuing to involve officials in various training activities, in order to increase the insight and work experience of the village government officials themselves, then continue to maintain work enthusiasm, by continuing to provide professional administrative services and continuing to pay attention to and maintain a good work ethic, as well as a strong attitude and mentality in serving the community.

Abstract

The Journalist Competency Test Program carried out by the Press Council is one way to increase the professionalism of journalists. This is in line with Press Council Regulation No. 1 of 2010 concerning journalist competency standards which states that only journalists can take the journalist competency test (UKW), which aims to uphold press freedom based on the public interest, as well as to maintain the honor and dignity of journalism as a profession of intellectual work, as well as avoiding misuse of the journalist profession through journalist competency tests. Based on research on the behavior of journalists in the city of Sukabumi, it shows that many people claim to be journalists but do not demonstrate journalist standards, which is detrimental to various parties and detrimental to the journalist profession which is tarnished by the actions of fake journalists. A journalist competency test is very necessary to show that journalists can actually show a competency card after carrying out a journalist competency test so that ultimately the public can assess which journalists meet journalist standards or which do not. The need for a journalist competency test is in line with the statement of expert Muhamad Nuh (former Minister of Education and Culture and Chairman of the Press Council), that the Journalist Competency Test (UKW) is a requirement to improve quality in the press world.

Abstract

Pendekatan strategis untuk memahami pembangunan Desa Wisata Saga menitikberatkan pada peran pemerintah desa dalam mendorong pertumbuhan desa. Metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, termasuk observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Studi tersebut menemukan bahwa dewan desa menyelenggarakan acara budaya dan atraksi, tetapi kendala keuangan membatasi akses. Organisasi seperti Badan Taman Nasional Kelimutu, Dinas Pariwisata, dan pemandu lokal telah memberikan dukungan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerangka teoritis Bryson dan Erisa untuk manajemen strategis menjadi landasan pemecahan masalah di Desa Wisata Saga.

Abstract

The achievement of the set goals or objectives in any organization, activity or program, if achieved by a particular method, depends largely on the approach by which those goals or objectives are achieved. Starawaj's theory with Martin and Lubis, whose size includes six indicators, including program success, objective success, program satisfaction, baseline approach, process approach, and goal approach, is the basis for measuring development effectiveness. This study used qualitative methodologies and descriptive narrative to describe the study findings. Efficiency theory can be used as a reference point for the successful development of Kelimutujärvi to achieve the goals based on the results of the study, although according to it the development is at the level of sustainable development. Proper development requires effective procedures, such as development through well-targeted programs.
