Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning activity of class VIIIH students of SMP Negeri 8 Denpasar in making posters in learning arts and culture. This research method uses Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were VIIIH class students with a total of 40 students. The results of this study are increasing to increase the learning activity of Class VIII students. H SMP Negeri 8 Denpasar 2022/2023 Academic Year. This is evidenced by an increase in student learning activity in cycle I and cycle II which has increased. In Cycle I the number of students who completed 14 students (35%) with an average score of student learning outcomes reached 1.84. 35% have not met the set classical completeness, which is 75% of the total number of students. Whereas in cycle II the number of students who passed experienced an increase of 32 students (80%) with an average student score of 2.27. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that using the Canva application in making posters in arts and culture lessons can increase the learning activity of making posters for class VIIIH students of SMP Negeri 8 Denpasar in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Cooperative comes from the word cooperate which means working together, helping, mutual cooperation. Meanwhile, from the word cooperation which means cooperation, partnership cooperatives. So the cooperative script method is a learning strategy where students study in small groups that have different abilities, where students work in pairs and take turns verbally summarizing the parts of the material being studied, so in this learning process the cooperative script method is used. This research is a class action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were researchers as teachers and VB class students at SD Kristen Malango' Tagari, totaling 20 people, 5 boys and 15 girls. Data collection techniques were carried out by literature study and field studies consisting of observation and documentation. The method used in data analysis techniques is data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there was activeness in speaking, especially in the subject of Christian Religious Education for class VB SD Kristen Malango' Tagari, namely the value of students' active speaking in cycle I reached an average value of 60.38%, the value of students' active speaking in cycle II was an average of 7, 98%.

Abstract

Educational supervision is a planned coaching activity to assist teachers and other school employees in carrying out their work effectively. The teacher is the main role holder in an education because the teacher determines the success of students, especially in the process of teaching and learning activities. Therefore, educational supervision is carried out as a means to provide opportunities for teachers to develop and carry out their main tasks, by improving and increasing teacher performance in the teaching and learning process. This research method uses a library study method (library research), namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research (Adlini, et al, 2022). This research uses a qualitative approach because this research activity is descriptive in nature by collecting information and data such as the results of previous similar studies, as well as various journals.

Abstract

In general, the definition of leadership can be formulated as follows, "leadership means the ability and readiness possessed by someone to be able to influence, encourage, invite, guide, move, direct, and if necessary force people or groups to accept this influence and then do something that can help achieve a certain goal that has been set. Leadership is a contribution from someone in a cooperative situation. Leadership and groups are two things that cannot be separated from one another. There is no group without leadership, and conversely leadership only exists in situations of group interaction, a person cannot be said to be a leader if he is outside the group, he must be in a group where he plays the roles and activities of his leadership activities. To get the right research results, we need an approach and type of research, this type of research as a way to gain knowledge or solve problems faced in accordance with the formulation of the problem. Solving the problems faced of course there are similarities and differences in ways to solve them. In this study the authors used a descriptive method, namely "a method that describes existing phenomena, both natural and human engineering. From the results of interviews conducted by researchers with teachers, it can be concluded that teachers prefer it when the principal holds meetings with dialogue and discussion even though the reprimands by the principal are sharper and more extreme. Discipline coaching is often carried out in work meetings every semester and at the end of the school year, so that at the beginning of the semester and the beginning of the school year class teachers and fields of study are ready to carry out their duties.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to improve the activities of teachers and students in learning activities and mathematics learning outcomes of students. The research methods used are descriptive, qualitative and quantative. The research design used classroom action research with two cycles, each cycle carried out at two meetings. The subjects in the study were teachers and students of grade VI SDN Sidorejo Krian Sidoarjo totaling 28 students with details of 18 students were men and 10 students were women. The use of data collection techniques consists of observation techniques , learning outcome tests, and field notes during learning activities. There was an increase from Cycle I to Cycle II in teacher activities, students, and student mathematics learning outcomes with percentage results being teacher activities in Cycle I of 50.54% and in Cycle II of 82.60%. Student activity in Cycle I was 55.19% and in Cycle II it was 82.06%. Student learning outcomes classically increased in Cycle I by 52.32 and in Cycle II by 81.96. Learning completeness also increased in Cycle I by 43% and in Cycle II by 89%. Based on these results, by applying the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model, statistical material can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VI students of SDN Sidorejo Krian Sidoarjo and provide a pleasant learning atmosphere and motivate students to be actively involved in learning activities.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the matter of rights and obligations. The low learning outcomes are due to a lack of interest in material rights and obligations, lack of concentration and discussion during learning. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes on the subject of rights and obligations at UPT SD Negeri 107 Gresik. This type of research, namely Classroom Action Research (CAR), was carried out using two cycles. The implementation of the cycle uses 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 8 grade IV students at UPT SD Negeri 107 Gresik. The data collection method used is the test. Panelitian using pretest and posttest. Data analysis techniques used the normality test, homogeneity test and t-test using the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that the pretest average value was 81.875. In the first cycle the posttest average score was 83.75 and the second cycle had a posttest average score of 95. The posttest score was higher than the pretest score so there was an increase in learning outcomes. The T-Test using the SPSS version 25 application shows that the t-test results obtained, namely the Sig (2-tailed) value is (0.000) so that a value less than (0.05) explains that there is a significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest. From this explanation, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes on the material rights and obligations at UPT SD Negeri 107 Gresik.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes with domino card media in class IV Elementary School Science learning. And to find out the learning outcomes of students using domino cards in learning science in grade IV elementary schools. The method in this study uses quantitative research methods by conducting tests of student learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were students of grade IV UPT SDN 107 Gresik, which consisted of 8 students. Based on the results of data analysis of student learning outcomes, it was found that improving student learning outcomes with domino card media in science learning class IV elementary schools, namely domino card media that individual student completeness reached 7 students out of 8 students and classical student completeness reached 87.5%.

Abstract

The competence becomes a purpose that must be achieved by a teacher based on standardization for developing profession ability so it gets on professional level. Being professional teacher must increase the competence in teacher. Therefore this research aims to describe it (pedagogic, personality, professional, and social ability) of religion teacher in This is field research using qualitative naturalistic method where researcher looks for and uses descriptive data such as words and opinion given by research subject. Data collection is conducted in interview and documentation method while analysis technique is conducted in data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data analysis is conducted while collecting data and after all data are collected or after the research is done in the field. This research shows that the effort that is done by religion teacher in Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Batang. in improving their competence is good but there is still something needed such as teacher personality training and the use of computer science and technology training.

Abstract

Non-formal education is a systematic activity outside the school system that is useful for increasing knowledge or understanding of students in achieving their learning goals. Non-formal education itself has the following characteristics: short-term education, more flexible registration requirements, learning places outside the classroom or in the classroom, conditions that are not strict and not limited to certain students and curricula. One example of non-formal education that is well-known in Indonesian society today is the Al-Qur'an Education Park. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. A qualitative approach is a research method used to examine natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument. several methods, namely the method, interviews and implementation. In connection with this research, the source of data from this study consisted of persons consisting of administrators of the Al-Qur'an educational park, ustadz or educators, and students or students. This paper aims to describe and examine more deeply the non-formal education of Al-Qur'an and Taharah Education Parks for students in elementary schools.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe and examine more deeply the use of the five languages of love in elementary schools.. This paper uses the library research method by critically and in-depth examining relevant library materials such as books and journals that are appropriate to be used as references in the preparation of this paper. The data collection technique used in this paper uses secondary data, namely by collecting data indirectly by examining the object in question. The results of this study indicate that this language of love is a medium and a means to communicate with children or students. It can also increase student potential, educate with love and be smart, and can arouse children's curiosity.
