Abstract

Transformational leadership is a dynamic approach in directing a group or organization, focusing on efforts to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their utmost potential. Through an inspiring vision, innovative thinking, individual attention, and integrity as an example, this leadership style strives not only to achieve business goals but also to positively transform organizational culture. By linking personal and organizational objectives, transformational leadership becomes a catalyst for change that drives collective growth and individual development in the workplace. It not only drives changes in performance and productivity but also concentrates on fostering interpersonal relationships and cultivating leadership potential within the team. In the Era of Society 5.0 marked by technological transformation and rapid social changes, new challenges and opportunities emerge in the fields of education and Christian leadership. The concept of Education Management and Christian Leadership in Era Society 5.0 combines religious principles with technological advancements to shape an education centered on character development, spiritual growth, and service-based leadership. Christian values such as love, justice, and integrity serve as the foundation for making impactful decisions in education and society. Through technological integration, Christian education can offer personalized and adaptive learning experiences that enable students to better develop their potentials. Meanwhile, Christian Leadership in Era Society 5.0 emphasizes leadership based on service, collaboration, and the cultivation of strong character. The use of technology serves as a means to reinforce service and positive impacts within society, while upholding Christian values in decision-making and human relationships. Abstract

The progressive theory developed by John Dewey has become a fundamental cornerstone in modern education. This theory emphasizes experience, reflection, and learning that is relevant to everyday life. In the context of Christian religious education, the application of progressive theory raises questions about how these principles can be integrated into religious instruction that encompasses spiritual and moral dimensions. This research analyzes the implementation of John Dewey's progressive theory in the teaching of Christian religious education. A qualitative approach is employed using a case study method in several Christian religious educational institutions. Data is gathered through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, as well as content analysis of instructional materials. The results of the analysis demonstrate that the application of progressive principles in Christian religious education can yield positive impacts. The use of experimental and interactive methods enables students to develop their understanding of Christian teachings through direct experiences. Problem-based learning triggers profound reflections on the moral implications in everyday life, while a collaborative approach facilitates rich discussions on religious issues. The analysis also indicates that the implementation of John Dewey's progressive theory in teaching Christian religious education holds the potential to enhance student comprehension and engagement. However, a careful balance between empirical experience and spiritual dimensions is necessary to achieve a holistic Christian religious education goal. Further research could explore concrete strategies to address these challenges and develop a balanced holistic approach to instruction.

Abstract

Differentiated learning has become a crucial aspect in the implementation of the Free Learning Curriculum, developed with inspiration from the thoughts of Ki Hajar Dewantara. The focus on learning that takes into account individual differences in learning styles, pace, and needs is essential in creating an inclusive and relevant learning experience. This article discusses the application of the concept of Differentiated Learning in the curriculum of the subject of Christian Religious Education. With the backdrop of Ki Hajar Dewantara's progressive views, this study analyzes how the principles of the Free Learning Curriculum, such as granting learning freedom and personalized learning, can be integrated into Christian Religious Education. Through a qualitative approach, this research involves literature study and analysis of methods, strategies, and implementation of learning that considers individual differences in the context of Christian religious education. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of Differentiated Learning in the subject of Christian Religious Education results in a more inclusive and adaptive learning environment. Varied teaching methods and the use of diverse materials provide space for students with different learning styles to achieve deeper understanding. Granting learning freedom allows students to explore their faith personally, while individual support aids students with special needs in achieving learning goals. This research demonstrates that Differentiated Learning in Christian Religious Education can enhance teaching effectiveness, accommodate student diversity, and facilitate the achievement of optimal learning outcomes in line with the principles of the Free Learning Curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of philosophical principles in the development and implementation of the "Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum). The "Kurikulum Merdeka" is an educational approach that emphasizes student autonomy and flexibility in learning. In this study, we explore how philosophical principles, such as epistemology, axiology, and ontology, are utilized in formulating, developing, and executing the "Kurikulum Merdeka." The research methodology involves the analysis of education policy documents related to the "Kurikulum Merdeka," and a study of philosophical literature. The research findings indicate that philosophical principles play a significant role in the design and implementation of the "Kurikulum Merdeka." Epistemology is used to shape perspectives on how students acquire knowledge and skills, while axiology influences the values emphasized within this curriculum. Ontology, on the other hand, informs the understanding of students as unique individuals. The research findings will provide deeper insights into the philosophical foundations of the "Kurikulum Merdeka" and how these principles impact education in practice. The implications of this research can contribute to more focused curriculum development based on strong philosophical principles. Additionally, this study can serve as a foundation for further reflection and discussion within the context of student-centered and self-directed learning.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a counseling program based on religious values to form a tolerant and moderate outlook. This type of research is qualitative through literature study and field study including observation, documentation and interviews. In this era of rapid development, it is important for individuals to have a tolerant and moderate outlook, especially in the context of social development and interfaith relations. Therefore, developing a counseling program based on religious values is very relevant. In this research, the author conducted a review of literature related to the development of a counseling program based on religious values and its impact in forming a tolerant and moderate outlook. Some of the subjects discussed in this literature review include understanding religion, relevant religious values, counseling skills, and effective pedagogical approaches. The results of this literature review show that the development of a counseling program based on religious values can be effective in forming a tolerant and moderate outlook (Rahman, 2023). This program can help individuals understand and internalize positive religious values, thereby influencing their attitudes and behavior in accepting differences and maintaining harmony between religious communities. Developing a counseling program based on religious values can be effective in forming a tolerant and moderate outlook. This program provides benefits to individuals in understanding and internalizing positive religious values. This also influences their attitudes and behavior in accepting differences and maintaining harmony between religious communities. In order to develop an effective religious values-based counseling program, the author recommends the need for training for counselors to understand and apply pedagogical approaches that are appropriate to the religious and cultural context of society (Mubarok & Muslihah, 2022). Apart from that, further research is also needed to evaluate the effectiveness of this program and determine indicators of its success in forming a tolerant and moderate outlook. Thus, this research has important implications in supporting harmonious social development and respecting differences in a multicultural society. A counseling program based on religious values can be an effective means of forming a tolerant and moderate outlook, thereby making a positive contribution to the development of individuals and society as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the extent to which the ideal picture of the Tazkiyah Insani Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School is located in implementing pro-environmental behavior management for students at the Islamic boarding school. Qualitative research was conducted using a phenomonology approach. The data collection techniques used were primary and secondary data collection from observations, documentation, interviews conducted with seven respondents, and literature literature, which were then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display, and data conclusions. The result of the research is pro-environmental behavior management at Tazkiyah Insani Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School has found the ideal position expected, starting from planning about clean and healthy living behavior, organizing the plan by involving all elements in the institution starting from building ventilation facilities, oxygen, light, sanitation, waste management, cleaning equipment, cleaning services and sanitation waste so that the management carried out meets the ideal description based on research ideas. In conclusion, pro-environmental behavior management is a facility expected by Islamic boarding schools to make students more aware of cleanliness and environmental care, so that the cleanliness of the Islamic boarding school environment is maintained to support the implementation of Al-Qur'an education in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

After implementing Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education during the Coronavirus Dieses (Covid-19) Emergency, the term New Normal emerged in social life during the pandemic. After the policy was born, the use of Blended Learning learning was rife as a solution to the existing situation. Blended Learning learning system that combines online and offline learning. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of blended learning during the new normal period on students' practical learning outcomes and what learning outcomes are obtained by class X students at UNP Laboratory Development High School. A total of 152 students were the research sample. This research method was quantitative with an ex-post facto research type and a correlational research design. The results of this research show that there is a relationship between blended learning and practical learning outcomes in craft and entrepreneurship subjects at UNP Laboratory Development High School.

Abstract

This research aims to find out information about career women's Islamic education, children's spiritual intelligence, children's emotional intelligence and also to find out how much influence career women's Islamic education has on children's emotional spiritual intelligence at IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon. In this study, there are several problem findings including: children become quiet and closed because of the lack of career parents, forgetting time when playing games, sometimes resisting when parents talk. The researcher used quantitative methods by collecting data with a questionnaire, then analysed using simple regression. Based on the results of the analysis, the Islamic education of women who work as career women is in the good category with a magnitude of 89.8%. Children's spiritual intelligence is in the good category at 81.2%. Children's emotional intelligence is in the good category at 82.3%. There is an influence between the Islamic education of career women and children's spiritual intelligence with a correlation of 29.3%, which shows a low correlation and the influence between career women's Islamic education and children's emotional intelligence with a correlation that reaches 34.6%, which shows a low correlation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by learning mathematics, students experiencing difficulties in answering the questions given. There are still many students who do not have the courage to appear in front of the class. Many students do not believe in their abilities. The lack of students' creative thinking abilities and students' willingness to take mathematics subjects means that many students only focus on the examples that have been taught, so that when faced with different problems, students are unable to solve these problems. To solve this problem, research was carried out with the aim of revealing mathematical creative thinking abilities. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The instrument used is a creative thinking ability test with 2 questions. Interviews were conducted to explore students' creative thinking abilities in solving problems. The research subjects consisted of 3 students, namely 1 student in the high category, 1 student in the medium category and 1 student in the low category, and was carried out in class VII.2 MTsS Darul Makmur Sungai Cubadak. Based on the research results, it was found that overall students. Students with high abilities also have high creative thinking abilities, students with medium abilities also have sufficient creative thinking abilities, and students with low abilities also have low creative thinking abilities.
