Abstract

This article aims to determine the correlation between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction in Civil Servants in Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Defense Agency (ATR/BPN) Tebing Tinggi City. The scale used in this study is the scale of job stress job satisfaction where the subjects in this study were Civil Servants in Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Defense Agency (ATR/BPN) Tebing Tinggi City, totaling 44 people. The data analysis method used in this study is Product Moment correlation, so the following results can be obtained: there is a significant negative relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. The results are proven by the correlation rxy = -0.482; P = 0.001 90 where the difference between the two means exceeds SD number = 10.417 and job satisfaction in Agrarian and Spatial Planning/ The National Defense Agency (ATR/BPN) of Tebing Tinggi City is classified as moderate with an empirical mean of 134.00 hypothetical mean = 137.5 where the difference between the two means exc eeds the SD number =21.884.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the correlation This research aims to find out how the correlation between self-efficacy and student engagement at SMP N 1 Biru-biru. Self-efficacy is the belief that an individual can develop abilities and beliefs to produce good work results from effort and motivation within the individual. Student engagement is the involvement of students in activities at school both academically and non-academically The research population consisted of 288 students from grades 1-3 of junior high school and 167 research samples were taken using the random sampling method. This study used two psychological scales, namely the self-efficacy scale and the student engagement scale using the Likert scale model. The results of this study show a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.955 with p = 0.000 (p0.050), meaning that there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and student engagement. With these results, the hypothesis in this study that there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and student engagement is accepted. The value of the correlation coefficient indicates that there is a correlation between two variables. Self-efficacy made an effective contribution because it is only 91.1%. The mean empirical variable of self-efficacy obtained is 127.43 while the mean empirical of student engagement is 117.69 then the hypothetical mean of self-efficacy variable is 97.5 and the mean hypothetical variable of Student engagement is 85.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and academic adjustment in students of the class of 2021 at the University of Medan. The scale used in this study is the self-efficacy scale and the adjustment scale where the subjects in this study are students from the 2021 University of Medan who conducted 97 students. The data analysis method used in this study is Product Moment correlation, so the following results can be obtained: there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient r = 0.783; P = 0.00 0.05, that self-efficacy contributes to academic adjustment by 61.3%. Students have high self-efficacy with empirical = 96.66 hypothetical mean = 75 where the second difference exceeds the SD number = 10,839 and student academic adjustment is high with empirical = 178.62 hypothetical mean = 137.5 where the difference between the two means exceeds the number SD = 16,312. From the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine how the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sibolangit Unit. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. The population in this study is 1,800 loan customers of PT Bank BRI Sibolangit Unit in the last 2 years The data analyst method used in this study is partial analysis. The service quality scale is compiled based on the aspect of service quality. In measuring customer satisfaction based on the aspect of Customer Satisfaction. Based on the results of the partial analysis calculation, it can be seen that there is an influence on service quality with customer satisfaction. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.994, with a significant p = 0.000 0.05. The determinant coefficient (R2) of the influence between the independent variable and the bound variable is R2= 0.988. This shows that the quality of service is distributed by 98.80% to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The research was aiming to find out the correlation among self-disclosure with interpersonal communication on students at sma hosana medan. The type of the research was using quantitative correlation. The number of population in the research was involving all of the students in grade X and XI at sma hosana medan. The number of sample in the research was 87 of students, who were taken by using total sample technique. The research data was collected by using likert scale with consist of self- disclosure scale and interpersonal communication scale. Analyzed by using product moment correlation analysis technique. Based on the results of the data analysis was represent the existence of positive correlation among self-disclosure with interpersonal communication, where the coefficient value rxy=0.780 with significance p=0.0000.05. Based on the results calculation hypothetical empirical avarage value on students at sma hosana medan, that they have self-disclosure value in medium category by looking the value of SD =16.960. Known hypothetical mean = 127.5 and empirical mean 142,55 in medium categorized. Where as the interpersonal communication on students sma hosana medan in the high category on value SD= 18,857, mean hypothetical = 140 and empirical mean = 167,80. Futhermore, self-disclosure known having contribution with interpersonal communication in the amount of 60,9℅. In this instance there was 39,1℅ of contribution from other factors that were not disclosed in this research. According to the research above found the hypothetical received when self-disclosure was higher then the interpersonal communication was higer as well on students at sma hosana medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between self-esteem and self-disclosure in adolescent Instagram social media users at MAN Panyabungan.  The research population was students of class X and XI MAN Panyabung and the research sample was 153 students who fit the required characteristics. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.  This research method uses quantitative methods.  Data collection uses a self-esteem scale and a self-disclosure scale which is measured using a Likert scale.  The data analysis technique used the Product Moment Correlation technique. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and self-disclosure in Man Panyabung students.  This result is evidenced by a correlation coefficient of rxy=0.462 with a significance value of p=0.000 0.05.  The self-esteem of Man Panyabung students affects or emphasizes the emergence of self-disclosure in MAN Panyabungam students who use social media Instagram by 21.3%.  From these results it is known that there are still 78.7% of other factors on self-disclosure in MAN Panyabungan students who use Instagram, where these factors are not visible in this study, including self-concept factors, self-awareness, conversation topics, gender.  And MAN Panyabungan students who use Instagram social media have high self-esteem with an empirical average value (empirical mean = 85.18 hypothetical mean = 72.5 where the difference is more than SD number = 6.978) and self-disclosure is high with an average value (empirical mean = 89.54 hypothetical mean = 80 where the difference is more than SD number = 8.215).

Abstract

This study is to determine the correlation between workload and work stress on each employee because each employee has limited abilities both physically and mentally to the workload given by the company. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study were all employees of PT. Delivery Service for Medan Katamso branch for the Last Mile division of SDS (Same Day Service), COD (Cash On Delivery) and Regular, totaling 30 people, the sampling technique in this study used the Total Sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used the workload scale and work stress scale. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation technique from Karl Pearson, seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of 0.549 with a p or significance of 0.000 0.050, which means that there is a positive and significant correlation between workload and work stress on employees of PT. Delivery Service Medan Katamso branch with a determinant coefficient value (r2) which has a value of 0.301, with a contribution of 30.1%. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted. The workload is classified as high (empirical mean = 60.93 hypothetical mean = 50 where the difference is more than SD = 6.016), and for work stress it is high (empirical mean = 90.10 hypothetical mean = 75 where the difference is more from saying SD = 11.848).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the impostor phenomenon in students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area Stambuk 2018. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The subject of this research is an active student of the psychology faculty of Medan Area Class 2018 who has a minimum GPA of 3.00. The number of samples in this study were 80 people. The data collection technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a Likert scale for the impostor phenomenon. The results of the study show that the contribution of the impostor phenomenon aspect to the students of the Faculty of Psychology, Medan University Area, Class 2018 is fake by 52.68%, luck by 16.70% and discount by 30.59%. This means that fake is the aspect of the impostor phenomenon that contributes the largest contribution while luck is the aspect of the impostor phenomenon that contributes the lowest contribution in this study. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothetical mean on the impostor phenomenon variable with 5 answer choices, the result is 48,000. The empirical mean of the impostor phenomenon as a whole is 46.550 with SD = 7.960. The results of the analysis show that in general students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area Class 2018 have a moderate level of the impostor phenomenon.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the correlation between game addiction and sleep disturbance in MTsS Al – Washliyah 27 Sei Rempah. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The research subjects used were 186 students. Thesampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling technique with certain criteria. The hypothesis put forward in this study is there is a positive correlation between game addiction and adolescent sleep disturbance with the assumption that the higher the game addiction, the higher the sleep disturbance in adolescents. This study uses the Likert scale to measure game addiction and sleep disturbance variables. In this study using Pearson Product Moment Correlation DataAnalysis techniques using the SPSS version 22.00 application. Based on the results of data analysis obtained P sig (0.000) 0.05 with rxy = 0.945 which indicates that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it can be stated that there is a significant positive relationship between game addiction and sleep disturbance. The correlation between game addiction and sleep disturbance is high. Gameaddictionhasaneffect of 89,4% on sleep disorder.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover at CV. Sumber Harapan Tani. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was 47 people and a sample of 47 people, the researchers used a total sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis using the correlational analysis method, it is known that there is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of -0.725 with p or significance 0.000 0.050, which means the hypothesis which states that there is a correlation a negative and significant correlation between job satisfaction and turnover accepted. Likewise with the value of the determinant coefficient (R2)which has a value of 0.526, this is equivalent to 52.6%, meaning that job satisfaction for employees contributes 52.6% to turnover employeeIn this study, job satisfaction of employees is low, based on the empirical average value obtained (37.98) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (50). Furthermore, it is known that turnover in CV. Sumber Harapan Tani is classified as high, it is based on the empirical average value obtained (66.15) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (52.5).
