Abstract

The widespread and often debilitating ailment known as low back pain (LBP) is a significant worldwide energy concern. Despite its diversity, the pathophysiology of LBP is significant for attraction, incidence, and persistence. Currently, there is a growing interest in investigating the use of disease-modifying anti-rheumatic medicines (DMARDs) and anti-tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) medications as prospective therapeutic alternatives for managing LBP, especially in cases where the angering component is evident. A proinflammatory cytokine called TNF-α is present in various chronic pain situations that entail LBP. TNF-α inhibitors, typically used secondary in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, have been demonstrated to reduce pain and inflammation in people with low back pain. Similarly, DMARDs have been purposefully introduced due to their ability to alleviate LBP. They do this by harmonizing the invulnerable reaction and occupying antagonistic-instigative belongings. This abstract highlights the role of DMARDs and TNF-α inhibitors in the instigative component of the illness and describes how they work in the administration of LBP. This emphasizes how several learning approaches must be combined in order to administer LBP because these medications are guided by potential antagonistic possessions and embodied situation designs. It also discusses ongoing, objective issues and guidelines meant to provide evidence-based justifications for their application in LBP. Although DMARDs and TNF-α inhibitors show promise as LBP treatments, more study is needed to confirm their long-term safety and efficacy. As our comprehension of the intricate pathophysiology of LBP deepens, these pharmacological incursions allow us to improve useful approaches in comprehensive treatment of this contentious illness

Abstract

Basa genep is a basic spice in traditional Balinese cuisine used in making traditional food. The purpose of this study was to identify the densest type, content, and antioxidant activity of methanol extract  of genep bases using an extraction method whose testing was carried out with  a Uv-Vis spectrophotometer (Biochrom). The results found that base genep methanol extract  had flavonoid levels of 1427.90±60.46 mg QE/100g, tannin levels of 3277.05±65.33 mg TAE/100g, total phenol levels of 2398.08±72.195 mg GAE/100g with IC50 values of 144.43±6.673 ppm including medium category

Abstract

In juvenile criminal cases, the age limit of children is of great importance, since this obligation to determine whether a suspect belongs to the category of children or not is related to the criminal liability of children. In discussing the extent to which a person can meaningfully be prosecuted as a child, it appears that many laws are inconsistent in their boundaries because they are motivated by the goals of each law. itself. In order to examine the purpose of this study, the purpose of this study is to examine the regulations for determining the age of consent for criminal responsibility of children in the current Indonesian criminal law. This research method uses normative legal research methods, a legal approach, a conceptual approach, a comparative approach and a case approach. The results of this study show that from the minimum age at which children can become important as adults, any legal act of a legal entity can become possible once they reach this legal capacity of adulthood. Aspects of legal protection in determining the age of consent in Indonesian criminal law are related to the criminal liability of children. The measure of a species' ability to assume responsibility can be derived from several factors, ranging from the age to the psychology of the perpetrator. After examining the facts, one can come to the conclusion that the age limit for adulthood, which is pluralism, may lead to ambiguity in determining when a person is declared of adulthood and held responsible for the crimes committed by him becomes

Abstract

Research on the transformation of public services, specifically e-government, is lacking in Indonesia, particularly in Palu City. Conducting this research is crucial to contribute to the field of public administration. The aim of this study is to examine the transformation of public services through e-government in Palu City, utilizing a quantitative approach. The target population includes residents of Palu City, with a focus on the One-Stop Investment Office. Data collection methods include observations, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis involves multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that e-government and the quality of electronic services have an impact on the satisfaction of electronic services. This highlights the importance of implementing public service transformation, encompassing e-government and e-service quality, to enhance satisfaction and mitigate unethical bureaucratic behavior, thereby providing the community with fast, convenient, and equitable services

Abstract

Stone banana is a type of banana that has seeds in the fruit. Ares is a young banana stem. Banana stems called ares, located on the inside of banana stems. The objective of this research was to identify the antioxidant capabilities of stone banana fields as they are dried and heated with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that stone banana ares flour has very weak antioxidant activity. It's characterized by an IC50 value of over 500 ppm, which can be interpreted as having a low activity or potential as an antioxidant. The solar drying method and blanching temperature of 85 °C obtained the smallest IC50 average value of 42,429.90 ppm with a very weak category

Abstract

Nutritional status is a body condition as a result of food consumption or a measure of the success of nutritional fulfillment; there is a balance between the amount of nutrient intake and the amount required by the body for a variety of biological functions such as physical growth, development, activity or productivity, health maintenance, and others. Children’s nutritional status is indicated by weight and height [6]. Theoretically, nutritional status can be determined based on Anthropometric standards. Fuzzy logic is a method to show problems from input to expected output [4]. The Mamdani fuzzy method is one of the methods of the fuzzy inference system. This research uses Matlab R2021b software to apply the fuzzy method

Abstract

This study aims to give a comprehensive analysis of the intricate relationship between tax planning, tax avoidance, and earnings management in the context of corporate financial practices. Through an extensive literature review, the research elucidates the multifaceted implications of these practices on financial reporting, corporate governance, and adherence to international tax regulations. The findings reveal that legal tax planning, when aligned with strategies to reduce taxable income, can positively impact reported earnings. However, the transformation of tax planning into a tool for earnings management raises ethical and transparency concerns, leading to global regulatory scrutiny. The study also investigates the nuanced impact of a declining tax rate on companies' strategies for managing earnings, emphasizing the need for careful consideration and ethical financial practices. Future research directions are proposed, highlighting the importance of empirical investigations across diverse industries and regions to deepen our understanding of the intricate relationship between tax practices and earnings management. The findings contribute valuable insights for stakeholders, practitioners, and policymakers
