Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between the variables NIM, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Current Exchange Rate (CER), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CER). This is predicated on the observation that multiple prior studies have yielded differing results, which motivates academics to conduct additional study. This study used 10 cross-sectional samples and a six-year time series with panel data multiple regression analysis. It is classified as quantitative descriptive research. This research formula uses NIM as an intervening variable with the goal of maximizing the CAR value. The primary focus of this research is the banking businesses that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The use of multiple regression analysis is made to investigate panel data techniques, and two integrated research models are created into a single study model. The first study model's findings support the relevant theory by showing that CER can positively correlate its effect on NIM. Another finding in the second research model is that NIM has a positive association with its influence on CAR, which is consistent with the relevant theory. Only the relationship between CER and CAR can be explained by the NIM function as an intervening variable. It is envisaged that these findings would serve as a manual for Indonesian banking professionals to help them optimize the capital adequacy ratio

Abstract

Research is being done in order to address the discrepancies in the findings of earlier investigations as well as the phenomenon of non-performing loans (NPL), which cannot account for the effect it has on the CARR. As a result, the researchers used different time series and cross-sectional data in their subsequent studies. Using multiple regression analysis, this type of descriptive quantitative research examines panel data from 22 samples of banking sector firms over a seven-year period. This formula uses the research object, which are companies in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and uses NPL as an intervening variable to maximize the CAR value. Two research models are combined in one model, and each model is subjected to the Chow Test, Hausman Test, Lagrange Multiplier Test, and model selection test stages. Findings in the first model indicate that LDR's negative connection with NPL can be used to explain its impact. These outcomes differ from the relevant theory. Similar to the first study model, where the results are not as relevant as the theory, the results in the second model are also just LDR and may directly explain its effect on CAR with a negative association. It is hoped that these findings would give banking sector managers the best possible direction

Abstract

Immunostimulants and adaptogens from plants have acquired important consideration in recent times on account of their potential to reinforce the invulnerable system's response and advance overall prosperity. This study proposed to survey the different range of plant-derived compounds accompanying immunostimulant and adaptogenic characteristics, consider their systems of operation, and argue their potential therapeutic requests. An inclusive essay review was administered to recognize relevant studies and assemble a dossier on plant-located immunostimulants and adaptogens. Results disclosed a myriad of plant compounds, containing polysaccharides, polyphenols, alkaloids, and terpenoids, that exhibit immunostimulant properties by modulating miscellaneous invulnerable pathways. These compounds were erected to embellish the venture of immune containers, in the same way that macrophages, T cells, and everyday murderer cells reconstruct the corpse's armament against contamination and diseases. Furthermore, adaptogens, generally plants like Rhodiola rosea, Panax ginseng, and Withania somnifera, were proven to help the material suit stressors, both material and subjective. These adaptogenic compounds, to a degree saponins and withanolides, exercise their belongings through the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) point around which something revolves and the regulation of stress birth control method levels. They lighten the damaging impact of incessant stress on the invulnerable system, advancing elasticity and overall fitness

Abstract

Advanced therapies, including gene therapies, cell-based therapies, and tissue engineering, have emerged as revolutionary approaches in medicine. These therapies hold immense promise for treating previously un treatable diseases by targeting underlying causes at the molecular and cellular levels. However, their translation from laboratory breakthroughs to clinical applications is accompanied by significant challenges that must be addressed to realize their full potential. One major challenge lies in the complexity and variability of patient responses. The personalized nature of advanced therapies demands precise customization of each individual, necessitating the development of robust biomarkers and predictive models. Ensuring the safety of these therapies is paramount. Unforeseen immune reactions, off-target effects, and long-term consequences require stringent preclinical testing and vigilant post-market surveillance. Manufacturing scalability is another hurdle. Unlike traditional pharmaceuticals, advanced therapies often involve intricate processes specific to each patient. Standardizing and automating these processes, while maintaining product quality and consistency, are critical obstacles. Moreover, the high costs associated with research, development, manufacturing, and delivery hinder accessibility and affordability, raising concerns about equitable patient access. The regulatory landscape also requires adaptation to accommodate the unique attributes of advanced therapies. Striking a balance between timely access to patients and comprehensive evaluation of safety and efficacy challenges regulatory agencies globally. Intellectual property concerns, data sharing, and ethical considerations compounded these issues
