Abstract

This research was conducted in Pematang Pulai Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency from March 11, 2020 to March 28, 2020. The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis presented in the table. Furthermore, to analyze the results of the data used Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA).Based on the results of the study, it was found that the influence of the use of lowland rice farmers' production factors in Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency was: 1). The land area of 0.63521862 and the workforce of 0.044675791 gave a positive effect, while the seeds of -0.30512884, fertilizer of -0.28402427 and pesticides of -0.12713943 had a negative effect. This shows that the factors of land area and labor have a significant effect on lowland rice production in Pematang Pulai Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency, 2). Efficiency The use of production factors to the production of lowland rice farming in Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency is a technical efficiency of 99.00%

Abstract

In current drug development, proof-of-concept—determining whether a ligand engaging its target is likely to be therapeutic—requires specific ligands. This presents a catch-22, as the motivation to develop ligands requires proof-of-concept studies that cannot be conducted without ligands. A strategy we term genetic pharmacotherapy—a refinement of genetic blockade focused on drug-gable targets—obviates the catch-22 by enabling proof-of-concept studies before the development of specific ligands via genetic means in mouse models. In this strategy, which could help avert investment in molecular entities that will ultimately prove therapeutically efficacious, a gene is conditionally down-regulated via a molecular switch in adult mice. Both the precise temporal control of the intervention and the consequent change in the target protein function parallels the administration of drugs, with the additional advantage of perfect specificity. Moreover, genetic pharmacotherapy overcomes the impediment of the blood-brain barrier, which makes developing ligands for psychiatric disorders particularly challenging

Abstract

This research assessed the implementation of the Individual Plan of Professional Development (IPPD) towards career demand growth for secondary public-school teachers in South District 7 at Cebu City Division, Cebu City school year 2021-2022 as bases for a developmental action plan. Findings of this study reveal that the school heads and teacher-respondents belong to the age group of 31-40 years old, female, married, obtained units in their master’s degree, have been linked with the institution for more than 6 years, have a performance rating of very satisfactory, and attended national trainings, seminars, and workshops. Looking into the extent of implementation of the individual plan of professional development (IPPD) which is divided into five indicators – professional development in school; learning through professional development; participation experience in IPPD; impact on learners; and attitude and beliefs, accumulated an overall grand mean of 4.27, which means that the respondents strongly agree that the extent of implementation of the IPPD across all indicators increases their career demand growth

Abstract

The mammary gland acquired its title from mamma, the Latin phrase for breast, because the breast is medically termed. The human mammary gland is an excellent organ that is not constantly clearly superior at the beginning. It takes dramatic changes in size, shape, and points from begin beginning via being pregnant, lactation, and the cease involution. Mediated with the use of giant changes in gene expression, there are drastic modifications in composition, structure, and points in the path of the lifestyles cycle of the human mammary gland. The gland exceptionally reaches total maturity even as being pregnant takes place. that is the most used is 25% of the maternal energy consumption. being pregnant and lactation create creates everlasting breast changes that provide protection, however now not exactly understood, and its effect affects the direction of breast malignancy. The gland undergoes 3 fundamental tiers of enlargement and improvement beforehand pregnancy and lactation: in utero, all through the foremost two years of existence, and at puberty. The breast is placed inside the superficial fascia of some of the 2nd rib and 6th intercostal cartilage, and upon the deep pectoral fascia, this is exceptional–facial to the pectoralis main muscle. It tends to overlap this muscle inferiorly to develop to be superficial to the exterior indirect and serratus anterior muscle tissues. Abstract

This research is oriented towards presenting the process of optimizing the application of gender education-based integrative thematic learning media using damar kurung culture. This research refers to literature study and data analysis conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Manisrenggo. The results obtained are that the integrative thematic learning model has not been applied optimally, even though it should have been implemented in schools that implement the 2013 curriculum. Damar kurung with the theme of gender education is one of the options for utilizing integrative thematic learning media. This research can provide benefits to the next generation in increasing their insight and awareness regarding the existence of local learning media potential with damar kurung media innovation. Damar kurung can also be utilized as a source of information and reference regarding integrative thematic learning media based on gender education. Damar kurung as a cultural wealth in Indonesia should continue to be preserved by the next generation of the nation, namely students and various groups so that Indonesian culture can always be maintained and enjoyed in the future

One of the visions and missions of the ASEAN Community is the effort in improving economic, trade and investment cooperation. However it is not uncommon for business doers to double also as a money launderer who intentionally invest the money they get from criminal activities and hiding the illicit money by disguising it into the financial or trading systems, or depositing the money in the banks in ASEAN member countries. Concealing and saving moneys in other countries to make it harder for the law enforcers to trace the origin of the money may be considered an international crime of money laundry. Abstract

Problem-solving is one of the abilities that must be mastered by elementary school students, especially regarding learning to count. So the authors applied the problem-solving learning model using adventure board media to determine the effectiveness in dealing with this problem-solving ability. This research uses quantitative methods. This type of research is an experiment with a none-none equivalent control group design. The population in this study were students in class VA and VB Ungaran Elementary School 01. Data analysis techniques used the normality test, homogeneity test, and simple linear regression test. The results showed that there was an effect of the problem-solving learning model on students' problem-solving abilities using adventure board media on increasing students' problem-solving abilities as evidenced by t count = 4,864 > t table = 2,064 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and influencing the problem-solving ability variable by 47.5%. So it can be concluded that the problem-solving learning model using adventure board media can affect students' problem-solving abilities
