Abstract

This scientific article wants to continue the study in the field of human resources by using existing variables and literature sources that will be used related to strengthen the findings of existing studies. In this article used graphic techniques are used. Analysts collect the necessary data from additional sources, analyze them, and, if necessary, modify them, additional data is used to collect information for research, books, research papers, articles, university documents, and the web is used to collect supporting data.  The problem, intervention and comparison population framework (PICO) for evaluation was used to define study parameters. Coaching, mentoring programs, and performance management have been implemented with articles found from various existing literature, and described in this article, thus adding to three broader variables for other researchers to come. The results of this article provide an opportunity for other researchers to develop and use these three variables to produce other research with methods, objects, and produce a model

Abstract

Concept understanding is that students understand the meaning of a concept. So the authors apply an understanding of the concept by using a game-based learning model assisted by fun card puzzles to find out students' understanding of concepts. This study uses a quantitative method and an experimental form, namely Quasi Experimental Design with Pre-test Post-test Design. The population of this study were fifth grade students at Lerep 02 and Lerep 05 Elementary School. The data analysis technique used was the sample t test and simple linear regression test. The results show that there is an influence of the game-based learning model assisted by fun card puzzles with proven tcount = 3.712 while ttable = 2.131, with significance level 0.002. It can be concluded that the game-based learning model assisted by fun card puzzles has an effect on students' conceptual understanding

Abstract

The simultaneous selection of village heads in all districts / cities is intended to avoid negative things in their implementation, village head elections simultaneously consider the number of villages and the ability of election costs charged to the district / city revenue and spending budget so that it is possible to carry out bumpy implementation as long as it is regulated in the District / City Regional Regulation. As a result of the implementation of the policy of Simultaneous Village Head Election, in this Law is regulated regarding the filling of the position of Village Head who quits and is dismissed before the expiration of the term. In accordance with the background, the problem is formulated as follows; The regulation of the authority of the Regional Head resolves the dispute over the results of the Village Head Election and the resolution of the dispute over the results of the village head election by the Regional Head. The type of research used is normative legal research, with the approach used is the approach of legislation. Based on the results of the research found that the granting of authority to the Regional Head in order to resolve disputes over the results of the village head election, will raise new problems, the problem is related to the authority of the Regional Head as an executive state institution that is limited to the authority to carry out the Law only, and also the authority to resolve disputes over the results of village head elections will potentially be objective and not independent, Considering that the Regional Head is a state power formed by a political party, so his authority to resolve disputes over the results of the election of the village head will be political and impure to uphold the law

Abstract

The research aims to determine how much product quality influences purchasing decisions for MSME products during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, where this research is expected to provide an overview of the relationship between variables through testing using statistical calculations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the help of data analysis methods namely validity test analysis, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and regression equation test. The number of respondents was 75 people. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the product quality variable had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable. This shows that the influence between variables has a moderate positive dependency relationship category. While the results of the coefficient of determination show that there is a contribution from the product quality variable (X) to the purchasing decision variable (Y) of 33.7% and most of the remaining 66.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

E This study aims to explore the potential of Montessori's pedagogy in promoting peace education in the Philippines. Using a qualitative research design, the study collected data from 10 participants, including teachers, parents, and Montessori school administrators. The findings of the study suggest that Montessori's approach can contribute to peace education by promoting a child-centered and experiential learning environment, which can foster critical thinking skills and empathy towards others. Moreover, the study identified several challenges to implementing Montessori's pedagogy in the Philippine context, such as the lack of awareness and understanding of the approach among educators and parents, limited availability of trained Montessori teachers, and the lack of resources and support for implementing the approach in schools. The study also proposed strategies for adapting and implementing Montessori's pedagogy in the Philippine context, such as providing training and professional development for teachers, building awareness and understanding of the approach among parents and educators, and developing partnerships and collaborations between Montessori schools and other educational institutions in the Philippines

Abstract

This study explored the use of YouTube children's educational videos to enhance early childhood English language proficiency. The study utilized a qualitative research design, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 10 parents of preschool-aged children. The findings of the study revealed that parents used a variety of YouTube children's educational videos to enhance their children's English language proficiency, including videos that taught basic English vocabulary, songs, nursery rhymes, grammar, and sentence structures. Participants also identified perceived benefits and drawbacks of using YouTube children's educational videos, such as improvements in vocabulary and grammar skills, exposure to the English language, and concerns about addiction to watching videos, exposure to inappropriate content, and quality and accuracy issues. Moreover, parents perceived YouTube children's educational videos to be effective in enhancing their children's English language skills, and various factors influenced their decision to use such videos, such as convenience, affordability, variety of content, and fun and engaging learning. The study suggests that YouTube children's educational videos can be a useful tool to enhance early childhood English language proficiency. However, parents need to be mindful of the potential drawbacks associated with their use, such as inappropriate content and addiction. The study also contributes to the existing literature on the use of technology in early childhood education and provides insights into parents' perspectives on YouTube children's educational videos.

Abstract

This study examined the key characteristics and practices of successful school principals, as perceived by teachers, parents, and students. Four themes emerged from the data: collaborative decision-making, relationship building, continuous professional development, and visionary leadership. Successful principals were found to prioritize collaboration, involving all members of the school community in decision-making processes, and building positive relationships with staff, students, and parents. They also placed a strong emphasis on continuous professional development, both for themselves and their staff, and were able to articulate a clear vision for their school and communicate that vision effectively to all stakeholders. The study highlights the importance of effective school leadership in promoting a positive school culture and improving student achievement. The findings suggest that successful school leaders must be able to work collaboratively, build positive relationships, prioritize ongoing professional development, and articulate a clear vision for their school. These characteristics and practices can serve as a guide for aspiring and current school leaders, as well as for those involved in the recruitment and selection of school principals

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of tamarind rind against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus using different extraction methods. The research method is a laboratory experimental study to test the effectiveness of Tamarind peel (Tamarindus indica L.) against Staphylococcus aureus using different extraction methods, namely the maceration method and the soxhletation method. The results showed that the extract from the rind of Tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.) was effective in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus using either maceration or soxhletation extraction methods. The most effective concentration is at a concentration of 0.8% w/v with a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 (Oneway Anova α = 0.05) in the strong category of inhibition (10 – 20 mm)
