Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by PT Telekomunikasi Selular, especially in the Karawang - Purwakarta branch, in an effort to increase sales of IndiHome products. In the current digital era, marketing through digital media is one of the key factors in achieving higher sales targets. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method to get an in-depth picture of the implementation of digital marketing strategies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the marketing team and document analysis related to the marketing strategies used. The research results show that the use of social media and paid advertising campaigns are the main strategies used. The effectiveness of these strategies is demonstrated by the significant increase in the number of customers and sales of IndiHome products in the research period. The conclusions of this research indicate that the right digital marketing strategy can significantly increase product sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax planning, deferred tax burden, and Cash Effective Tax Rate on profit persistence. The object of this study is non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2020 - 2022. This type of research is quantitative research, using a population of 86 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the non-cyclical sector. The sampling method in this study uses the purposive sampling method, based on the selected criteria, the number of samples used is 118 samples as observations. The data source used in this study is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id to obtain data in the form of financial reports from each company, then the data is processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the research conducted, the author can conclude that: (1) Tax Planning has a negative effect on Profit Persistence, (2) Deferred Tax Burden does not affect Profit Persistence, (3) Cash Effective Tax Rate has a negative effect on Profit Persistence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is related to the phenomenon of the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction of Biznet wifi users using quantitative methods that are causality. The population in this study is Biznet wifi users in Palembang. The sample set in this study uses the purposive sample method where those who have criteria for filling out questionnaires with the criteria of being domiciled in the city of Palembang and using wifi biznet. Multiple regression analysis uses spss used in this study as a tool to process and test data. The results of this study show that service quality and product quality affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Di era modern ini, berbagai masalah sosial muncul di wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan, termasuk di kalangan remaja yang sering terlibat dalam tindakan pidana. Remaja dalam fase transisi dari anak-anak menuju dewasa sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan, sehingga rentan melakukan perilaku menyimpang seperti penyalahgunaan narkoba. WHO menyatakan bahwa remaja adalah fase adaptasi dari anak menuju dewasa, dengan rentang usia 12 hingga 24 tahun. Kenakalan remaja yang tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat berkembang menjadi pelanggaran hukum serius, terutama bagi mereka dari keluarga tidak stabil. Dukungan sosial yang memadai dari keluarga, teman, dan lingkungan sangat penting untuk membantu remaja mengatasi dampak negatif dari konflik hukum dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis remaja berkonflik hukum di Lapas X, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linear dan melibatkan 150 remaja laki-laki berusia 18-22 tahun sebagai sampel. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Guttman dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas yang memadai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan kesejahteraan psikologis, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,851 dan kontribusi sebesar 72,4%. Kesimpulan menegaskan pentingnya meningkatkan dukungan sosial untuk kesejahteraan psikologis remaja berkonflik hukum, serta menyarankan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan jumlah responden lebih besar. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi lembaga pemasyarakatan dalam upaya rehabilitasi remaja serta pengembangan program intervensi yang efektif.

Abstract

This research discusses the utilization of nationally accredited journals in writing final assignments by UIN North Sumatera students. The objectives to be achieved from this research are to find out the utilization of nationally accredited journals in writing final assignments by UIN North Sumatra students and the obstacles faced by students in utilizing nationally accredited journals. The research conducted by researchers used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection methods used are observation, interview and documentation. In this study, the informants were FIS students class of 2019. The results of this study indicate that most students do not use accredited journals because of the lack of promotion by the library so that information is not evenly distributed throughout the academic community. The obstacles that prevent students from using nationally accredited journals are language, promotion and lack of student awareness. The implication of this research is that it is necessary to conduct user education by emphasizing the introduction of nationally accredited journals and how to access them.

Abstract

The area of developing facilities and infrastructure in educational administration is very important to support the achievement of learning objectives.  Learning activities will run smoothly if educational facilities and infrastructure are adequate.  The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study.  The results of the research show that the field of facilities and infrastructure in educational administration aims to strive for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure through comprehensive planning and procurement systems, seeking appropriate and efficient use of school facilities and infrastructure.  The principles in the field of facilities and infrastructure in educational administration include the principle of achieving goals, the principle of efficiency, the principle of administration, the principle of clarity of responsibility and the principle of cohesiveness.  The scope of the field of facilities and infrastructure in educational administration is planning, procurement, inventory, maintenance and disposal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the learning outcomes of students before using the TPACK Learning Model of SKI subject matter Daulah Bani Umayyah of class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah 25 Marubun Jaya. 2) To determine the effect of the TPACK Learning Model on student learning outcomes in the SKI subject matter of the Daulah Bani Umayyah of class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah 25 Marubun Jaya. This type of research is Quantitative Research. With a total population of VIII grade students at MTs Muhammadiyah 25 Marubun Jaya totaling 71 people. While the sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique where the samples are class VIII-A (Experiment Class) and class VIII-B (Control Class). Data collection is done by observation and test methods. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the sig value (2-tailed) in the pre-test and post-test experiments was 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that: 1) there is an effect of TPACK Learning Model on student learning outcomes in SKI subject matter Daulah Bani Umayyah class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah 25 Marubun Jaya. 2) there is a significant difference between students taught using the TPACK learning model and students taught using conventional methods.

This article reviews the influence of product quality, price and brand image on customer loyalty at the Honda AHASS workshop in Rawalumbu. This article is a study of management literature. Marketing aims to build a hypothesis that can be used in further research. Abstract

Lime plants (citrus aurantifolia) are one type of Citrus Gerut. With the existence of profitable agricultural products, this Lime fruit becomes income for the community. The reality that occurs among farmers is that farmers rarely even have to calculate in detail the economic analysis of farming. The existence of a clear farming analysis means that farmers will be able to know exactly how much their farming costs will be, the size of the income earned by farmers greatly affects the motivation of farmers themselves in doing farming. Sustainability of farming in the economic aspect is seen from the level of income of Lime farmers. This study aims to determine the income and sustainability of lime farming in Watabenua Village, Landono District, South Konawe Regency. This research was carried out in Watabenua Village, Landono District, South Konawe Regency from June 2021 to completion. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people who were determined using the census technique. The data used are primary and secondary. The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical. The results showed that the average income of lime farmers in Watabenua Village, Landono District, South Konawe Regency was Rp. 22,586,265. The average monthly income of farmers is Rp.1,882,188, from Rp.22,680,368/year with a production cost of Rp.4,637,977/year. Lime farming in Watabenua Village, Landono District, South Konawe Regency, if determined from the economic aspect, is sustainable.

Abstract

UKM perlu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia mereka untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif. Manajemen yang baik, pelatihan, pengembangan karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja yang positif adalah beberapa faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia dengan baik. Dengan mengelola sumber daya manusia dengan baik, Nahla Toys Cikampek dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai aset berharga untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan mempertahankan keberhasilan bisnis. Penelitian ini memiliki potensi untuk memberikan rekomendasi praktis kepada UMKM Nahla Toys Cikampek atau UMKM serupa mengenai cara meningkatkan motivasi karyawan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat langsung dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan keberhasilan UMKM. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di UKM Nahla Toys Cikampek. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa baik motivasi kerja maupun lingkungan kerja memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara individu, motivasi kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di UKM Nahla Toys Cikampek. Ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor lain mungkin memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Namun, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di UKM Nahla Toys Cikampek. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan mendukung bagi karyawan agar dapat merasa puas dan termotivasi dalam bekerja.
