Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between compensation and organizational culture on employee turnover intention at PT Samco Farma, Tangerang City. The method used is an associative research type with a quantitative approach. There are 80 respondents as samples. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that location and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 11.911 + 0.305X1 + 0.435X2. with a correlation value of 0.778 and a coefficient of determination value of 60.6% while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by other factors. The t test shows that the t_count value is 3.105 > t_table 1.991 with a significance of 0.003 < 0.05. Partially there is a significant influence of the compensation variable on turnover intention. The t test shows that the t¬_count value is 4.802 > t_table 1.991 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050. Partially there is a significant influence of organizational culture variables on turnover intention. The F test shows that the F_count value is 59.163 > F_table value 3.115, reinforced by pvalue < Sig 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), indicating that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between compensation and organizational culture on turnover intention at PT Samco Farma Tangerang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Safety and Health on Employee Performance at PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk, South Tangerang both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative explanatory research. The data processed is the result of distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk, South Tangerang. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. To explain the description of research related to the hypothesis using analysis: Validity Test, Reliability Test, t Test (Partial). Based on the results of data analysis for the t test significance test shows that the variables of Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2) partially have a negative effect on Employee Performance at PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk South Tangerang.

Abstract

Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Dartmedia di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian skripsi ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Dartmedia di Jakarta Barat dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 karyawan. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, berganda, uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara silmutan variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. secara simultan disiplin kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,891, artinya memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat. Persamaan regresi Y = 9,422 + 0,686X1 + 0,057X2. Koefisien determinasi 79,5%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh fhitung > ftabel atau (110,209 > 2,770). Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini pimpinan PT Dartmedia di Jakarta Barat terus mengembangkan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja serta kinerja karyawan PT Dartmedia di Jakarta Barat terus meningkatkan kinerja sehingga yang maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Diamas Star di Jatake, Tangerang. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metode Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Diamas Star di Jatake, Tangerang sebanyak 276 orang, adapun dengan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 73 orang responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji F simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Diamas Star di Jatake, Tangerang hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari Persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 43.429+0.012X1, Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.715. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 48,0%, serta nilai thitung  6,731> ttabel 1,994 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Diamas Star di Jatake, Tangerang hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 14.187+0.819X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,715. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 52,3%, serta nilai thitung 7,328 > ttabel 1,994 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Diamas Star di Jatake, Tangerang hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 14,902+0.019X1+0.820X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,716. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 61,3%, serta nilai Fhitung 38,015 > Ftabel 3,98 dengan tingkat siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the impact of Quick Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Net Profit Margin at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data obtained from the Financial Statements of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk from the official website of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk from 2013 to 2023. All tests conducted using the operation of the SPSS version 26 application.Quick Ratio varable test results have effect on Net Profit Margin with T test partially with tcount > ttable is 4,321 > 2,3060 and significant value is 0,003 < 0,05. Total Asset Turnover variable have effect on Net Profit Margin with tcount > ttable is 3,608 > 2, 3060 and significant value is 0,007 < 0,05. Quick Ratio and Total Asset Turnover against Net Profit Margin with known F test, Fcount is greater than Ftable is 14,715 > 4,256 and signifying value is 0.002 < 0.05. So the explanation that the variable that Quick Ratio and Total Asset Turnover significantly influence simultaneously on Net Profit Margin with a coefficient of determination of 73.3% and the remaining 26.7% is influenced by other variables not tested in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction in Cuciin Helmet Care in Depokpopua partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study is  1558. The number of samples used amounted to 94 respondents. The data sources in the study are primary data through surveys, interviews, and questionnaires and secondary data in the form of literature studies and documentation. The data collection method is by way of questionnaire while the data analysis method is by means of multiple linear regression. The results of this study are (1) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction in Cuciin Helmet Care in Depok which  can be proven from  the simple linear regression equation Y=16.697+0.468X1 (2) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Price on Consumer Satisfaction in Cuciin Helmet Care in Depok This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=17.728+0.559X2 (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction in Washing Helmet Care In Depok, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=17.258+0.097X1+0.453X2.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and rewards on employee performance with the object of this research company is PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, primary data collection techniques and secondary data, the sample that sample is saturated with the number of population and samples of 63 employees through research techniques (questionnaires of 63 respondents or employees), observation, literature study. The analysis method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination test and significance test (t test and F test). The results of the work discipline correlation coefficient are 0.670 or 67.0% and the reward correlation coefficient value is 0.666 or 66.6%. So it can be interpreted that the relationship between work discipline and reward variables on employee performance is a strong correlation. The determination coefficient value is obtained at 44.9%. While the remaining 55.1% is influenced by other factors. It is known that the significant value for the influence of work discipline on employee performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.574> t table 1.999, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance. It is known that the significant value for the influence of rewards on employee performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.468> t table 1.999, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of rewards on employee performance. And it is known that the significant value for the influence of work discipline and rewards on employee performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 35.326> F table 3.15, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of work discipline and rewards on employee performance at PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk Pada Farmers Market Baywalk Mall Di Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 53 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah disiplin  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 8,364 + 0,795 X1, nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0,742 artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Hasil determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya sebesar 0,550 atau sebesar 55,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,895 > 2,008). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 11.965 + 0,704 X2. nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,633 artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya sebesar 0,401 atau sebesar 40,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis sisi kiri di peroleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau ( 5,845 > 2,008 ) hal tersebut diperkuat dengan diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1.575 + 0,605 X1 + 0,370 X2. Nlai koefisien korelasi atau tingkat hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat diperoleh sebesar 0,633 artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya secara simutan sebesar 62,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > Ftabel atau (34,168 > 2,790). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The puRp.ose of this research is to determine the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on the Return on Equity of PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi, Tbk. during the period 2013-2023. A quantitative method is used to analyze and determine the variables of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Equity both partially and simultaneously, and to identify which variable has the most dominant influence the Return on Equity of PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis results, it can be concluded that the Current Ratio does not have a partial effect on the Current Ratio. The results of the test show that the calculated t-value of -0.477 is greater than the t-table value of 2.262 and has a significance level of 0.643 > 0.05. The Debt to Equity Ratio also does not have a partial effect on the Return on Equity. The results of the test show that the calculated t-value of 0.696 is greater than the t-table value of 2.262 and has a significance level of 0.501 > 0.05. Simultaneously, it shows that there is an influence between the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on the Return on Equity of PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi, Tbk. This is evidenced by the test results, which show a calculated F- value of 5.728 > F-table value of 4.256 with a significance level of 0.052 > 0.05. This can also be seen from the R-Square value of 0.639 or 63.9%, which means that the variables Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio contribute 63.9%, while 36.1% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between training variables on employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline variables on employee performance and to determine the effect of training variables and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at PT Mina Abadi Mekanika Kebayoran Baru South Jakarta. The sample used is a saturated sample technique totaling 60 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The results showed that Training (X1) is zero or does not increase, then Employee Performance (Y) will Keywords: Training, Work Discipline, Employee Performance remain at 6,130. The regression coefficient is 0.413, which shows a unidirectional effect, meaning that every one-unit increase in the training variable will increase performance by 0.413. The t test has a calculated t value of 2.012 and a 5% distribution table value of 2.002, then t count 2.012> t table 2.002 with a sig level. <0.05, namely 0.000. Work Discipline (X2) is zero or does not increase, then Employee Performance (Y) will remain at 8.141. The regression coefficient is 0.805, which shows a unidirectional effect, meaning that every increase in Work Discipline by one unit will increase performance by 0.805. The t test has a t value of 10.587 and a 5% distribution table value of 2.002, then t count 10.587> t table 2.002 with a sig level. <0.05 which is 0.000
