Abstract

The genocide committed by Israel against Palestine has raised sympathy from the world community, including Indonesia, by encouraging calls for a boycott of products affiliated with Israel. However, complaints have arisen from the public regarding the boycott due to the difficulty of finding replacement products that are compatible with the affiliated products used. Therefore, a website-based recommendation system for alternative products affiliated with Israel is urgently needed. The recommendation system can help make it easier for people to find alternative products that they want and that match their preferences while the boycott is ongoing. In this study, the recommendation system will be built using the content-based filtering method with TF-IDF and cosine similarity calculations through product type datasets such as brands, categories, and descriptions. This recommendation system generates product recommendations in the top five positions that have the most similarity level to the type of product or keyword that the user inputs into the system with a cosine similarity value of 0.47.

Abstract

In the midst of the current technological developments, especially in information technology who developed such a tool that can be used to alleviate human activities so as to become more efficient, accurate and optimal, in an enterprise accuracy and optimal in doing something that is needed, so the company developed faster, because the purpose of business is to make a profit by exploiting all available resources. At this time a lot of resources that can be used for business one that is growing is a parking area at each place of business definitely provides a parking area. In the Shopping Center Arts Aneka Subur Tangerang City parking only managed using a system of parking tickets, and therefore there are still many problems that arise, for example, the safety factor is very less, the length of the data recording parking and vehicle parking fee uncertain and earnings parking which is typically not it can be seen every day. With these problems, the author tries to provide alternative solutions to problems with building information systems for data processing parking of vehicles using the programming language PHP and MySQL database, as well as the editor Adobe Dreamweaver CS5. The author hopes that this information system can help park the Arts Shopping Center Aneka Subur Tangerang city, so that they can serve their customers better again.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong partially and simultaneously. The method used is Quantitative. The sampling technique used Saturation and obtained a sample of 60 Respondents. Data analysis using Validity test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis. The result of this study is that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 29.5% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable = (4.925> 2.002). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 63.4% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable = (6,243> 2,002). Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the Regression Equation Y = 13, 813 + 0.050X1 + 0.620X2. The coefficient of determination is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is caused by other variables. Hypothesis Test obtained Fhitung> Ftabel or (19.195> 3.16).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Ethic and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV. Cozy Multi Estetika, West Jakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique employs the  formula, resulting in a sample size of 60 respondents. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 41%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count > t-table (9.913 > 2.001). Work discipline also significantly affects employee performance with a determination coefficient of 39.8%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count > t-table (7.144 > 2.001). Simultaneously, work ethic and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 6.781 + 0.363X1 + 0.492X2. The determination coefficient value is 36%, while the remaining 64% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing shows F-count > F-table (38.898 > 3.153).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance in the South Jakarta Region I education sub-department. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained 65 respondents. Data analysis uses coefficient tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the influence of the work environment on employee performance in the South Jakarta Region I education sub-department is significant on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 75.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (14.944 > 1.994).  Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 72.9% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table (14.024 > 1.994). The work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 5.307 + 0.427X1 + 0.333 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 77.8% while the remaining 22.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated f value > f table or (126.110 > 3.120).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee work discipline. The research was conducted at PT GS Salon Mobil Tangerang City. The method used in this research uses a qualitative method through a descriptive approach. The instruments used are interviews, documentation and SWOT analysis. The information obtained in this research came from 2 (two) informants, namely the company owner (owner) and financial manager and 5 (five) research sources, namely employees of PT GS Salon Mobil Tangerang City. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data verification and checking data validity. The results of the research conducted show that the form of implementation of employee work discipline at PT GS Salon Mobil in Tangerang City can be seen from the ability of employees to complete work well, follow directions or orders from leaders and of course employee obedience to all regulations in force at the company PT GS Salon Mobil Kotak Tangerang. Obstacles to employee work discipline at PT GS Salon Mobil in Tangerang City are factors of fairness and firmness of the leadership or management in providing solutions to problems or incidents that occur in the work environment. The suggestion that can be given from the results of this study is the need for a standardized assessment through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that can be carried out by leaders in conducting assessments and as evaluation material for employees. The importance of an attitude of fairness and firmness in overcoming obstacles to employee work discipline and strategies that can be implemented to improve work discipline, namely by providing other compensation in the form of incentives, health benefits and performance bonuses.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia, South Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique is using a saturated sample with a population of 65 employees, so that the sample used is the total number of populations that can be accepted in research. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires. The analysis method uses instrument testing, assumption testing. classical, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing and coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing . The research results show that Leadership Style (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) by showing the test results t = 15.506 while t table = 1,99834 (t count < t table ) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. t test results The research variable Compensation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) by showing the results of the t test = 15.876 while t table = 1,99834 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, then H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the Anova test, the Fcount value was 197.531 which was greater than Ftable with a significant 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (Fsignificant 0.000 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that simultaneously Leadership Style (X1) and Compensation (X2) together have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). With this data it is known that there is an influence of Leadership Style and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determinate whether there is an inflation rate, interest rate and the Rupiah exchange rate on the Composite Stock Price Indeks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2022. This type of research uses quantitative research. The data used is secondary data with a time series type for the period 2013-2022 from the website www.idx.co.id and www.bi.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, f test (simultaneous), t test (partial), coefficient of determinanion (R2) via IBM SPSS statistics 26. The results of thie research show that partial Inflaion has a posiive and significant effect on the CSPI with a value of |Tcount │-2.655│ > Ttable 1.980| with a significance of 0,0009 < 0,05, While Interest Rates have a negative and insignificant effect on the CSPI with value |Tcount │-1.505│ < Ttable 1.980| with a significance of 0,135 > 0,05, while the Rupiah Exchange Rate has a positive and significan effect on the CSPI with value |Tcount 4.224 > Ttable 1.980|with a significant of 0,001 < 0,05. Simultaneously Inflation, Interest Rate and the Rupiah Exchange Rate have a significant effect on the CSPI with value |Fcount 21.311 > Ftable 2.684| with a significance of 0,001 < 0,05. The coefficient of determination influence from this research in 0.342 or 34,2%, which means that the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable, while the rest is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Promotion and Price on Purchasing Decisions at the Febi Jagakarsa Coffee Shop, South Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative associative method. The sampling technique used is a probability sampling technique in the form of simple random sampling. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a tolerable error limit of 10%, so that a sample of 98 respondents was obtained. Data analysis methods include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that promotion has a positive and partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination value of 65.6%, and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table (4.475 > 1.985) or a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Price also has a positive and partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination value of 100% and the hypothesis test t count > t table (3.666 > 1.985) or a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Promotion and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 20.947 + 0.377 X1 + 0.914 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 100%. Hypothesis testing shows the calculated F value > F table (9.946 > 3.09).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Product Quality and Price have a good influence, either partially or simultaneously, on Purchasing Decisions on Nayz Raw Materials at PT. Mitra Kerja Nayz. The research method uses a quantitative method with a sample of 94 respondents. The data feasibility test uses a validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that product quality (X1) and price (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 8.645 + 0.409X1 + 0.388X2. The results of this regression analysis show that the coefficient of each variable is positive, meaning that the higher the product quality and price, the higher the purchasing decision. While the correlation value or level of influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.702, meaning it has a strong influence, the determination value or contribution of the influence of product quality and price simultaneously is 60.9% while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of T count> T table 5.203> 1.986) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant partial influence between product quality and purchasing decisions, T count> T table (5.167> 1.986) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant partial influence between price on purchasing decisions and F count> F table (70.772> 3.10) this is also reinforced by a probability significance of 0.000 <0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between the variables of product quality and price on the purchasing decision of Nayz Raw Materials at PT. Mitra Kerja Nayz.
