Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Daiva Gold, particularly in utilizing digital marketing to enhance sales and competitiveness in the jewelry industry. Using a qualitative approach, this research conducts in-depth interviews with the owner and customers of Daiva Gold, as well as documentation analysis related to the marketing strategies employed. The findings indicate that Daiva Gold leverages social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to build brand awareness and attract customers through engaging content, paid advertisements, and responsive interactions. Additionally, strategies based on customer testimonials and user-generated content further strengthen buyer trust. The SWOT analysis reveals that Daiva Gold's main strengths lie in its high-quality products, excellent customer service, and continuous innovation. However, weaknesses identified include limited product variety and a relatively narrow geographic reach. Opportunities to enhance competitiveness lie in expanding the market both offline and online, as well as optimizing digital services. On the other hand, Daiva Gold faces threats from intense competition in the jewelry industry, rapid changes in trends, and fluctuations in gold prices. This study concludes that the digital marketing strategies applied by Daiva Gold are effective in increasing sales, expanding market reach, and maintaining customer loyalty. However, the company should consider several recommendations, such as diversifying product offerings, improving online service quality, and utilizing data analytics to better understand customer preferences. By doing so, Daiva Gold can maintain its position as a trusted brand and remain competitive in the jewelry market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bintang Niaga Jaya Branch of Honda Bintang Motor Ciseeng, Bogor Regency. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The sampling method uses the Solvin formula. Data analysis uses the Classic Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Hypothesis Testing. Based on the research results, it was found that work motivation does not have a significant influence on employee performance, with a t-count value of 1.223 < t-table of 2.009, and a significance value of 0.227 > 0.05. On the other hand, work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance, with a t-count of 5,187 > t-table 2,009, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Apart from that, the simultaneous test results show that work motivation and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance. This is supported by the F-count value of 26.216 > F-table of 3.19, with a significance value of 0.000. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that 51.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work motivation and work discipline, while the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Cidokom Bogor Village Office. This type of research is quantitative research and the research method used is the associative method. The population of Cidokom Bogor Village Office employees is 51 people. Meanwhile, the sample used was 51 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis in this research used the SPSS version 25 program. The data analysis method used simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The research results show that: (1) There is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency with a sig value obtained of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R square coefficient of determination of 0.689, which means 68.9% of employee performance in The Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency is influenced by work motivation and the remaining 31.1% is influenced by other factors. (2) There is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency with a sig value obtained of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R square coefficient of determination of 0.738, which means 73.8% of employee performance at the Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency influenced by work discipline and the remaining 26.2% is influenced by other factors. (3) There is a significant influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency with a sig value obtained of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R square coefficient of determination of 0.816, which means 81.6% of employee performance at the Village Office Cidokom Bogor Regency is influenced by work motivation and work discipline and the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction at Sinarmas Life Insurance in Jakarta. The method used is the Quantitative Associative method. The population in this study were Customers at Sinarmas Life Insurance in Jakarta with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Sinarmas Life Insurance in Jakarta, this can be seen from the simple linear regression equation Y = 0.367 + 0.575X1. The correlation value is 0.854 (very strong). The determination coefficient value is 72.9% and the tcount value is 16.245> ttable 1.984 or the Sig value is 0.000 <0.05, then H1 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partial effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Sinarmas Life Insurance in Jakarta. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Sinarmas Life Insurance in Jakarta, this can be seen from the simple linear regression equation Y = 3.491 + 0.592X2. The correlation value is 0.768 (strong). The determination coefficient value is 59.1% and the t-value is 11.888> t-table 1.984 or the Sig value is 0.000 <0.05, so H2 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a partial influence of brand image on customer satisfaction at Sinarmas Life Insurance in Jakarta. Simultaneously, Service Quality and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Sinarmas Life Insurance in Jakarta, this can be seen from the results of the multiple linear regression test Y = -0.753 + 0.434X1 + 0.210X2, the correlation value is 0.871 (very strong). The determination coefficient value is 75.9% and the F count value is 153.078 > F table 3.93 or the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at Sinarmas Life Insurance in Jakarta.

Abstract

The rapid development of the fashion industry has influenced consumer behavior in selecting clothing products, including dresses. Allfaza Collection, a store located in Depok City, still uses a manual ordering and transaction system, requiring customers to visit the store in person to make purchases. This poses a challenge for customers outside the city or those who prefer online transactions. Additionally, the absence of a product recommendation feature makes it difficult for customers to choose products that suit their preferences. This study aims to develop a web-based reservation system for daster dress orders, incorporating a product recommendation feature to assist customers in selecting suitable products. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, interviews with the store owner, and customer surveys to understand their product selection preferences. The research results indicate that the developed information system successfully enhances the efficiency of daster dress order transactions at Allfaza Collection. System testing was conducted using the White Box and User Response methods, demonstrating that the system facilitates customer purchases and provides real-time inventory information. With this system, customers can easily access the product catalog, place orders, and receive product recommendations based on their preferences, thereby improving customer satisfaction and store management efficiency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of occupational health safety (K3) and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation in Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 62 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that occupational health safety (K3) has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 44.9% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.732 > 2.000). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 39.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (6.194 > 2.000). Occupational health safety (K3) and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.217 + 0.421X1 + 0.336X2. The coefficient of determination value is 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (44.626 > 2.760).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk for the 2013-2023 period, both partially and simultaneously. The research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data source used is the financial report data of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk for the years 2013-2023. The results of the first hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value> t table or -3.600> 2.26216 strengthened by the Sig value. 0.006 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that partially the Current Ratio variable has a significant negative effect on (ROA). The results of the second hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value> t table or 3.387> 2.26216 strengthened by the Sig value. 0.008 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, so it can be concluded that partially the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a significant positive effect on expected (ROA). The results of the third hypothesis test obtained a value of F count> F table or 5.771> 4.46 strengthened by the Sig value. 0.028 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio variables have a significant positive effect on expected (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure proxied by using DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) and Company Size proxied by using SIZE on Financial Performance proxied by using ROA (Return On Asset) in Telecommunication Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange used Library Research with analysis techniques using statistics with classical testing, regression, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) Capital structure simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, (2) Company size simultaneously has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, (3) Capital structure and company size simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and communication on the performance of employees in the production department of PT L'Essential Tangerang Selatan. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 62 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 17.416 + 0.561 hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.721 > 2.001). Communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.536 + 0.589 table or (6.456 > 2.001). Work discipline and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.713 + 0.412X1 + 0.360X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.785, meaning that work discipline and communication together have a strong level of relationship with employee performance, the coefficient of determination value is 61.6% while the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (47.361 > 3.150).

Abstract

Decision Support Systems (DSS) are essential to evaluate students in a more objective, effective, and planned manner. At SMK Darur Roja, assessments are still carried out conventionally and have not fully utilized existing data optimally. So far, assessments to find the best students have only focused on academic grades, while other important aspects such as attendance, behavior, and participation in extracurricular activities have not been the main focus. This commonly used method is prone to human error, takes a long time, and can produce subjective decisions. This study aims to design and implement a web-based DSS using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method was chosen because it has the advantage of easy calculations, flexible weight adjustments, and can show alternative rankings based on the final results of predetermined criteria. This system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the implementation show that the system can work as expected and provide accurate results, with a user satisfaction rate of 83.36%. It is hoped that this system can help schools in determining the best students comprehensively and fairly.
