Abstract

In the context of globalization which accelerates the pace of competition between business actors, supplier selection is a crucial element in ensuring product quality and supply chain stability. This research focuses on the development of a decision support system with an approach based on the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method to optimize meat supplier selection for Berkat Agro Mandiri. Data were collected through literature reviews, interviews, and observations, then processed using the SMART method to produce objective evaluations.The SMART calculation results show that the highest-scoring supplier is Victory Beef Supplier, with a final score of 0.96667, followed by other suppliers with lower scores. Rankings are based on criteria such as price, tax, product quality, service, and location, which were normalized and analyzed to deliver objective decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Indocement Tunggal Perkasa Tbk for the period 2014 - 2023. This study uses Quantitative Methods. The analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Current Ratio partially has a significant effect on Return on Assets based on the t-test at a = 0.05, t count> t table (10.844> 0.05), Debt to Equity Ratio variables partially have a significant effect on Return on Assets based on the t-test at a = 0.05, t count> t table (7.576> 1.859), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously F test on df = (10 -2-1) = 7 can be determined f count > f table (77.099, > 4.737) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the current ratio and debt to equity ratio simultaneously on return on assets. The results of the determination coefficient test show the Adjusted R Square value of 0.944, then (KD = r2 x 100% = 0.944 x 100% = 94.4%) so it can be concluded that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect of 94.4% on Return on Asset (ROA), while the remaining 5.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Global Berkah Sentosa in Karawaci Tangerang, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used was 92 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data analysis methods used in this research were instrument test, classical assumption test, simple linear and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient test, determination test, t test and f test. The results of this research show that Leadership Style (X1) have positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). This can be proven by the results of data processing from the calculated t value of 15.622 > t table 1.9869, and a significant probability level of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Discipline (X2) have positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), this can be proven by the results of data processing from the calculated t value of 15.738 > t table 1.9869 and a significant probability level of 0.000 < 0.05. Leadership style and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the results of data processing f calculated 167.587 > f table 3.10 and the significant probability level is 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.889. Leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the multiple regression equation Y=0.448X1+0.490X2. Then an R square of 0.790 was obtained, indicating that the influence of leadership style and work discipline variables contributed 79% to employee performance, while the remaining 21% was influenced by other factors not explained in this research.

Abstract

One of the worst areas of marine environmental pollution is the Strait of Malacca because this Strait is busy with ships, especially giant tankers. The ecology of the Strait of Malacca is currently threatened with very severe pollution. The purpose of this study was to identify the air quality conditions in Kwala Indah Village, Sei Suka District, Malacca Strait Waters. The method used in this study is the purposive sampling method using the calculation of water pollution index at 3 sampling locations. Determination of water quality status using the pollution index method according to the Decree of the Minister of Environment 115/2003. The parameters observed and measured are 12 parameters using the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) method for measuring water and waste quality, including physical properties (temperature, brightness, current speed, salinity) and chemical properties (pH, dissolved oxygen, Biological oxygen demand, Nitrate, Nitrite, Ammonia, Orthophosphate and Silica. The pollution index in the waters of the Malacca Strait in Kwala Indah Village is included in the lightly polluted category with an average temperature of 28.78-29 °C, pH 7.57-8.16, BOD 14.38-14.45 mg/l and DO 2.2-2.6 mg/l. The strategy for controlling pollution in the Malacca Strait can be carried out by reducing the pollution load, namely by involving the community in environmental management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Tata Guna Patria, South Jakarta. The method used in this study is the quantitative associative method, Primary and secondary data collection techniques, which are used through questionnaires with a total of 67 respondents, observation, literature study. The analysis method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination test and significance test (t test and F test). The results of the study showed that the Durbin-Watson value was 1.850 and was between (<1) according to the provisions, so this regression model has autocorrelation. The coefficient of determination value (Adjusted R2) was obtained at 0.400 or 40.0% and the remaining 60.0% was influenced by other factors. It is known that the significant value for the influence of X1 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value is 5.805> 1.668, it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X1 on Y. It is known that the significant value for the influence of X2 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value is 5.532> 1.668, it can be concluded that Ha2 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X2 on Y. The F table value of 2.404 was obtained by looking at the F table with df = k-1 (3-1=2) and df = n-k (67-2=65) at a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or Work Discipline (X1) and Compensation (X2) together have a large influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the microservice method for the development of a webbased employee information system at the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG). In the current digital era, organizations are striving to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness through information technology, with microservices architecture offering a modular and flexible approach. The main objective of this project is to design and implement a system that streamlines employee attendance and leave application processes, integrating these features into independent yet interconnected microservices. The system utilizes Next.js for the frontend and FastAPI for the backend, ensuring responsive access, real-time data management, and enhanced security. The research methodology includes needs analysis, system architecture design, system development, and comprehensive testing. The results demonstrate that the microservice-based system significantly improves the efficiency of managing employee attendance and leave, providing real-time monitoring and easier data management for BMKG. The study concludes that adopting microservices architecture in employee information systems can enhance scalability, flexibility, and maintainability, meeting the evolving needs of the organization

Abstract

This research was conducted as one of the academic requirements to complete studies. This research activity aims to design an efficient web-based inventory system for the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers (APJII) using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This system is designed to help manage inventory processes more efficiently, accurately, and in a computerized manner compared to manual systems or previously unintegrated processes. The application was developed using a suitable web programming language (e.g., PHP/JavaScript/Python) with a UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams), and utilizing the MySQL database for data storage. During the implementation of the research, the author conducted an analysis of user needs through direct interviews with related parties at APJII, designing the application interface, creating a database, and implementing features such as recording incoming and outgoing goods, managing item data, stock reporting, and other inventory-related features. After going through the functionality testing stage, the system was proven to be able to replace inefficient and error-prone inventory management processes, as well as providing easy and secure data access through a web platform. The final result shows that the created system is able to improve the efficiency of inventory management processes, minimize the risk of data loss or error, and provide an integrated digital solution for APJII.

Abstract

Cahaya Lancar Store is a trading business engaged in the sale of household furniture, with several branches spread across the South Tangerang area. As the business grows, coordination in managing stock between branches becomes a challenge. So far, stock recording is still done manually in each branch without a system that is interconnected, which often causes differences in data, delays in the distribution of goods, and difficulties in searching for stock between locations. This condition has an impact on employee work efficiency and customer service. To answer these problems, a web-based information system was designed that can be used together by all branches. This system allows automatic and real-time stock recording, and provides features such as submitting requests for goods between branches, notifications when stock is running low, and periodic stock reports. The implementation of this system aims to speed up the flow of goods distribution, minimize recording errors, and simplify the stock monitoring process in all branches. With an integrated system, Cahaya Lancar Store is expected to be able to run operations in a more organized and responsive manner to market needs.

Abstract

This research was conducted as one of the academic requirements to complete studies in the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Pamulang University. This research activity aims to design an integrated information system to manage agency, distributor, and rebate data using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method at PT International Paint Indonesia. This system is designed to help the administration process of agency, distributor data, and rebate calculations more efficiently and accurately compared to the manual system previously used. The application was developed using the Java programming language with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams), and utilizing the MySQL database for data storage. During the implementation of the research, the author conducted an analysis of user needs through direct interviews with related parties at PT International Paint Indonesia, designing the application interface, creating a database, and implementing features such as adding, editing, and deleting agency and distributor data, as well as rebate data management. After going through the functionality testing stage, the system was proven to be able to replace inefficient and error-prone manual processes, as well as providing easy access to data quickly and safely. The final result shows that the system created is able to improve the efficiency of the agency, distributor, and rebate data management process, minimize the risk of data loss or error, and provide an integrated digital solution for PT International Paint Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at Drive In Carwash West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of Drive In Carwash West Jakarta as many as 61 employees and the determination of the sample used saturated samples where the entire population was sampled, so that the sample of this study was 61 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by employees and analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study showed that partially compensation had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19.458 + 0.533X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.522 means that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 26.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (3.042> 1.688), this is reinforced by a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 29.735 + 0.289X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.406 means that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 26.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (1.848> 1.688), this is reinforced by a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05, and simultaneously Compensation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 17.904 + 0.413X1 + 0.162X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.518, meaning that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient or simultaneous influence of 26.8% while the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table or (11.721> 3.14), this is also reinforced by a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05.
