Abstract

This research aims to compare the free services of three AI platforms—ChatGPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek—in assisting undergraduate students in developing thesis proposals. The comparison was carried out using a unified prompt: "Create a structure for a thesis proposal titled 'Development of Academic Information System for University XXX Based on Website Using Waterfall Method'." The outputs were analyzed qualitatively based on completeness of structure, relevance to the topic and methodology, use of academic language, and coherence. The results show that ChatGPT tends to produce the most complete and structured academic response, Gemini provides fast and concise output with a fact-based orientation, and DeepSeek focuses on technical details. These findings can guide students in selecting the most appropriate AI tool to support academic writing tasks.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload and work discipline partially or simultaneously on employee performance at BTPN Syariah MMS Cileungsi Bogor. This type of research is associative quantitative. The analytical methods used in this research are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis tests. The population in this study were BTPN Syariah MMS Cileungsi Bogor employees using a saturated sample of 55 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing related to Workload (X1), it is obtained that tcount = -6.265 > ttable = 2.006 with sig 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this can be partially concluded that there is a negative and significant influence between Workload on Employee Performance At BTPN Syariah MMS Cileungsi Bogor. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing related to Work Discipline (X2) obtained tcount = 5.939 > ttable = 2.006 with sig 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this can be partially concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance At BTPN Syariah MMS Cileungsi Bogor. Then, the results of the hypothesis test Fcount = 38.867 > Ftable = 3.175, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Workload and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at BTPN Syariah MMS Cileungsi Bogor.

Abstract

This research was conducted as one of the academic requirements to complete studies in the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Pamulang University. This research activity aims to design an integrated information system to manage agency, distributor, and rebate data using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method at PT International Paint Indonesia. This system is designed to help the administration process of agency, distributor data, and rebate calculations more efficiently and accurately compared to the manual system previously used. The application was developed using the Java programming language with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams), and utilizing the MySQL database for data storage. During the implementation of the research, the author conducted an analysis of user needs through direct interviews with related parties at PT International Paint Indonesia, designing the application interface, creating a database, and implementing features such as adding, editing, and deleting agency and distributor data, as well as rebate data management. After going through the functionality testing stage, the system was proven to be able to replace inefficient and error-prone manual processes, as well as providing easy access to data quickly and safely. The final result shows that the system created is able to improve the efficiency of the agency, distributor, and rebate data management process, minimize the risk of data loss or error, and provide an integrated digital solution for PT International Paint Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Central Jakarta. The method used in this study is the quantitative associative method, Primary and secondary data collection techniques, which are used through research techniques (questionnaires of 62 respondents), observation, and literature studies. The analysis methods used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests and significance tests (t-test and F-test). The results of the study showed that the Durbin-Watson value was 1.846 and was between (<1) according to the provisions, so this regression model has autocorrelation. The R2 value is 0.419. So it can be interpreted that the degree of relationship between the variables of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance is a moderate correlation. The coefficient of determination (R2) value was obtained at 41.9%. While the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. It is known that the significant value for the influence of X1 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value is 5.502> 1.670, it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X1 on Y. It is known that the significant value for the influence of X2 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value is 5.744> 1.670, it can be concluded that Ha2 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X2 on Y. so it can be concluded that H1 and H2 are accepted meaning that there is an influence of X1 and X2 on Y together. This means that the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction have quite a role in improving Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based financial reporting system for MI Asia Afrika to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of financial record-keeping. Using the Waterfall development method, the system was designed through stages including requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The implementation results show that the system supports structured recording of school income and expenditures and facilitates the preparation of real-time financial reports. The system also provides easy access for authorized school personnel.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine whether there positive and is a significant influence between Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment either partially or simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT Artotel Casa Hangtuah. This study uses a quantitative research method with an Associative approach where the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire processed using the SPSS version 26 application, the results are There is an influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Artotel Casa Hangtuah. Shown by the regression equation Y = 3.630 + 0.887 X1, above the correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.771 which means the coefficient between variables X1 and Y is strong, The t-value of the Work Discipline variable is 8.729 greater than the t-table value of 2.00758 with a significance level of 0.0 less than 0.05, it can be interpreted that Ha1 is accepted and H01 is rejected, so it can be concluded that partially Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, There is an influence of the Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Artotel Casa Hangtuah shown by the regression equation Y = 16.452 + 0.638 X2, the correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.720 which means the coefficient between variables X2 and Y is strong. The t-value of the Physical Work Environment variable is 7.482 greater than the t-table of 2.00758 with a significant level of 0 less than 0.05, it can be interpreted that Ha2 is accepted and H01 is rejected. So it can be concluded partially that the Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, There is an influence of Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Artotel Casa Hangtuah. Proven by the regression equation Y = 2.849 + 0.602 X1 + 0.322 X2, the correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.815 which means the coefficient between the variables of Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance is very strong, it is known that the value of the determination coefficient (KD) = (R2) x 100% is obtained from R, namely KD = 0.665 x 100% = 66.5% while the remaining 33.5% (100% -66.5%) is the influence of other factors that are not studied, it is known that F count is 50.547 and the significance value is 0 while the F table value is 3.18 So it can be concluded that F count> F table (50.547> 3.18) and significance <0.05 (0 <0.05), then Ha3 is accepted, so it can be concluded that Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment together have an effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect to return on sales, return on assets and financial distress on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange purposive sampling with the number of selected samples being four companies, namely PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO), PT. Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), PT. Soho Global Health Tbk (SOHO). The method used in this research is a descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach. Data collection used documentation study method, literature study, library research, and the internet. The analysis technique used is panel data test (CEM FEM, REM), classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, t test, f test. The results of the panel data test indicate that the study used the FEM method. The results of the f test show that Fcount>Ftable or 87.86273> 3.467 and the level of significance of the t-prob is 0.0038 <0.05 ttable (3.326> 1.725) or the level of significance of the t-prob is 0.0004 <0.05 ttable (4.305> 1.725), meaning that return on sales and return on assets have a significant effect on financial distress in Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2024.

Abstract

The need for speed, accuracy, and accuracy of distribution information, is the main demand of educational institutions that require a fast and precise information management system because it can support and facilitate in achieving targets and goals, especially in accepting new students. Bantar Panjang Elementary School still uses manual methods to introduce or provide information on new student registration. Therefore, an online new student admission system is needed that can help schools to manage registration data. In addition, this system is also expected to help the selection of prospective new students so that the selection process will be easier and does not take a long time. In addition, the online system will also help prospective new students to find out the registration results easily and do not need to come directly to school. Therefore, the website is one of the most widely accessed information media and helps the dissemination of information digitally. With this website, it is hoped that the wider community can get to know Bantarpanjang Elementary School. Prospective students do not need to bother visiting Bantarpanjang State Elementary School just to see announcements or information related to new student registration directly, whenever and wherever they are, they can do it via a computer connected to the internet, so that the entire community will feel safe not having to leave the house to get information. The information presented will greatly assist users in obtaining information about Bantarpanjang State Elementary School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Pan Brothers Tbk for the period 2012-2022. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the analysis method used with descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test) and determination coefficient tests (R^2) with a significance level of 0.05 (5%) and the sources used are secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) on Return On Assets (ROA) has a negative and significant effect, this is evidenced by the results of data processing from the t_count value -2.351 < t_table 2.306 and a significant value of 0.047 < 0.05. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), this is evidenced by the results of data processing from the t_count value of 2.483> 2.306 and a significant value of 0.038> 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows that Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), this is evidenced by the results of data processing of these values, this is evidenced by the results of data processing F_count 8.182> F_table 3.11 with a significant value of 0.012 <0.05. Then the variables Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) contribute 67.2% to Return On Asset (ROA). Meanwhile, the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly influenced operational management within organizations, especially in human resource administration. This research aims to design and implement a web-based employee attendance system at Mom and Child Care Clinic to replace the conventional manual attendance method. Utilizing PHP and MySQL, the system enables real-time data recording, attendance monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with case study methodology. Data collection involved literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. The result is a responsive web application featuring modules for login, attendance input, data management, and report generation. The system enhances efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy in workforce management.
