Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and career development on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a associative method with a quantitative approach, the research population is 56 people and all of the population is used as respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Sriboga Marugame Udon Branch West Jakarta. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation value Y= 9.506 + 0.880 (X1) hypothesis test obtained value Tcount > Ttable (8,082 >1,673) H1 is accepted meaning that there is a psitive and significant influence difference between work discipline and employee performance. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation value Y = 11,718 + 0996 (X2) hypothesis test obtained value Tcount > Ttable (12,083 > 1,673) H2 is accepted meaning that there is a psitive and significant influence difference between Career Development on employee performance. Work Discipline and Career Development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation value Y = 1.232 + 0.990 (X1) + 0.998 (X2) hypothesis test obtained value Fcount > Ftablel (79.467 > 3,16) H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and career development on employee performance at PT. Sriboga Marugame Udon Branch West Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Dharma Krida Satria SPBU Ciledug, Karang Tengah, Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. By testing the hypothesis, t count > t table or (3.269 > 2.011). Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. By hypothesis testing, t count > t table (4,959 > 2,011). Work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.276 + 0.208 X1 + 0.001 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 36.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (13,276 > 2,800).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at Mcdonalds Pondok Aren Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used Slovin sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are a discussion of the influence of leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y), as follows: leadership style (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 12.614 + 0.645 X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0.600 where the value is in the interval 0.600-0.799, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The determination value is 35.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (value 5.190 > 2.010). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between leadership style (X1) on employee performance (Y). Work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 15,954 + 0.473 The determination value is 31.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (4.719 > 2.010). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). Leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 10.711 + 0.438X1 + 0.212 X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.621 where the value is in the interval 0.600-0.799, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The determination value is 38.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable or (14,757 > 3,200). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Biru Laksana Utama. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used a saturation formula and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 59.1% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (9.158 > 2.002). Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 67.1% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (10.882 > 2.002). Work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 2.706 + 0.377 X1 + 0.589 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 86.5% while the remaining 13.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (84.393 > 3.15).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari in South Jakarta Partially and Simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is the Quantitative Method. The sampling technique used in this study used saturated sampling with a total sample of 75 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT DDPKB. Data analysis techniques Data using Descriptive Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability, Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple, Classical Assumptions Test, t-test (Partial), F-test (Simultaneous), Correlation Coefficient and Determination. Processing data in research using SPSS 26. Based on research results the results of multiple linear regression tests obtained the value of the regression coefficient that isY = 23.464 + 0,285X1 + 0,177X2. Simultaneous test results produce a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 which means Leadership Style and Work Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance. Next, the results of the coefficient of determination show a figure of 0.679 means that 67.9% Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT.Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari, while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by variables another. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis first (Ha1), second hypothesis (Ha2), and third hypothesis (Ha3) can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT Citra Lentera Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees, totalling 65 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique in which the sample in this study is 65 employees. The type of data used is primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument testing, classic assumption testing, simple and multiple linear regression testing, hypothesis testing through t-test and F-test, as well as correlation and determination coefficient tests. The results showed that partially motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. tcount value 6,460 > 2,002 ttable value with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneous testing shows that motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is indicated by the Fcount value of 32,540 > 3,159 Ftable value with a significance value of 0.000 <0.050. The R-Square value of 0,512 indicates that motivation and work discipline affect employee performance by 51,2% and the rest are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance at PT Citra Lentera Indonesia. This research used a quantitative method with a sampling technique using saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 65 respondents. The analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the calculated t hypothesis test of 7,123 > t table 2.002 with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that partially training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Citra Lentera Indonesia. The results of research based on the multiple linear regression equation show that the regression equation is, Y = 2990 + 0,851 X1 + 0,652 X2. Based on the results of the hypothesis test t count 3,752 > t table 2.002 with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that partially work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Citra Lentera Indonesia. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with a calculated f value of 46,509 > f table 3.159 with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, The R-Square value of 0,600 indicates that training and work motivation have an influence on employee performance by 60,0%, while the rest influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence leadership style and work motivation have on employee performance (case study of NON – PNS employees of the Directorate General of Senior High School Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology) South Jakarta. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 73 respondents was obtained. Data collection used SPSS 27. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis in hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that leadership style partially influences employee performance t count > t table or (4.718 > 1.994) with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05) while partially work motivation influences employee performance with t count > t table or (8.964 > 1.994) with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously leadership style and work motivation influence employee performance with a calculated F value > F table or (40.711 > 3.13) with a significant level of (0.000 < 0.05). The contribution of leadership style and work motivation influences employee performance by 53.8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. The Light of the Internusa World in South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the slovin formula and obtained a sample of 109 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 41.8% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (8.765 > 1.982). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 39.9% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (8.421 > 1.982). Leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.218 + 0.394X1 + 0.383X2. The coefficient of determination is 39.9% while the remaining 60.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (58.645 > 2.690).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction, determine price on consumer satisfaction and determine service quality and price on consumer satisfaction who visit the As-syifa Kaliwungu Kendal Pharmacy. The type of research used is quantitative associative. The population in this study were consumers who visited the As-syifa Pharmacy Kaliwungu Kendal from January to December 2022 with a total of 98 samples used using the Slovin method. In collecting data using observation techniques and questionnaires, data analysis methods used SPSS version 26, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results of the research state that there is a partial influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction with (tcount 15.517 > ttable 1.984 or a sig value of 0.000 and there is a partial influence of price on consumer satisfaction with (tcount 17.337 > ttable 1.984 or a sig value of 0.000 and there is an influence between service quality and price on consumer satisfaction are simultaneous with (fcount 181.954 > Ftable 3.09) with a significant value of 0.000. So the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.793 (79.3%). It can be concluded that service quality is 0.715 which can be interpreted as (Strong), and price quality is 0.758 which can be interpreted as (Strong).In this study, the results of multiple regression were obtained at Y = 3.787 + 0.366 + 0.655.
