Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on customer satisfaction in PT. Alva Karya Perkasa (Bogor area supermarket case study). The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study was all customers of Listerin Mouthwash products using a saturated sample of 100 respondents from 32 store.The data analysis method uses simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, partial t tests and simultaneous F tests. The results of the multiple linear test obtained the equation Y = 3.637 + 0.109X1 + 0.441X2, show that there is a positive and significant influence of price (X1) and product quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y).The value of the correlation coefficient obtained at 0.837 is in the interval 0.80-1.00, meaning that the variables price (X1) and product quality (X2) have a very strong level of relationship to customer satisfaction (Y). The value of the R square coefficient of determination of 0.700 means that the price and product quality variables simululatively contribute to the customer satisfaction variable by 70%, the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables that are not studied.Based on the T test, the calculated value of ttable > (2.523 > 1.984) and sig 0.03 (0.04 < 0.05) means that there is an effect of price on customer satisfaction. Based on the T test, the calculated value of ttable > (2.615 > 1.984) and sig 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05) means that there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. The F test results obtained Fcalculate > Ftable values (113.270 > 3.09) and sig 0.000 (0.00 < 0.05) meaning that there is an influence of price and product quality on customer satisfaction in PT. Alva Mighty Works.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of net profit margin, current ratio and debt to equity ratio on financial distress at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA) in 2013-2022. The research technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS. The research results show that partially the net profit margin has a significant influence on financial distress with a probability value of 0.0010, <05. The current ratio partially has a significant influence on financial distress with a probability value of 0.003 <0.05 and the debt to equity ratio partially does not have a significant influence on financial distress with a probability value of 0.829 > 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance in Kebayoran Lama Districh Office. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 42,7% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7.424 > 2.002). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 48.7% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (6.546 > 2.002). Job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.334 + 0.428X1 + 0.380X2. The coefficient of determination is 61,4% while the remaining 38,6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (45.384 > 2.770).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Mitra Karya Anugrah Perkasa. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months, starting from January 2023 to March 2023. This research used a descriptive quantitative method. Respondents to this study were all employees at PT Mitra Karya Anugrah Perkasa, with a population of 53 (fifty three) employees and all of them became the sample in this study. The research instrument used a questionnaire to collect data from work environment variables, work discipline variables and employee performance variables. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test t test, simultaneous hypothesis test f test, and calculation of the coefficient of determination. The results of the descriptive analysis for work environment variables, work discipline variables and employee performance variables are in the good category at PT Mitra Karya Anugrah Perkasa. Based on the partial analysis of work environment variables, work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Mitra Karya Anugrah Perkasa. Simultaneously, work environment variables and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Mitra Karya Anugrah Perkasa. The contribution of work environment variables and work discipline variables to the increase in employee performance variables is 62.2%, while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by the authors in this study, such as work commitment, work motivation, job satisfaction, culture organization and so on.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Korin Technomic Tangerang. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all 55 employees of PT Korin Technomic. This sampling technique uses saturated samples with a sample size of 55 people. The data analysis method in this research uses the SPSS IBM Version 26 application. Includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, multiple coefficient test, t test and f test. The results of this research are that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a determination value of 36.7% and in hypothesis testing the calculated t value > t table or 5.549 > 2.006 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a determination value of 51.5% and in the hypothesis test the calculated t value < t table or 7.496 < 2.006 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 4.537 + 0.318 X1 + 0.580 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 60.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or 39.521 > 3.172. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline and the work environment on employee performance at PT Korin Technomic Tangerang.

Abstract

This thesis uses quantitative research that aims to determine how much influence product quality and price have on consumer satisfaction at Tuh Coffee Cafe, Tangerang Regency. The population in this study was consumers at Cafe Kopi Tuh Tangerang Regency which amounted to 22,539 people and  a sample of 100  people, the sample technique used was the slovin sample technique, the data collection technique used in this study was the observation method and questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction of Tuh Coffee Cafe, Tangerang Regency, product quality (X1) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). Test the hypothesis obtained Tcalculate > Ttabel or (3.227 > 1.661) with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Caffe Kopi Tuh, Tangerang Regency. Price (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Test the hypothesis obtained Tcalculate > Ttabel or (2.067 > 1.661) with a significant value of 0.041 < 0.05 then it can be concluded that H0 rejected H2 is accepted. This means that there is an effect of price on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Kopi Tuh, Tangerang Regency. The hypothesis test was obtained by Fcalculate > Ftabel or (60.497> 2.36) with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between Product Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at Tuh Coffee Cafe, Tangerang Regency. The value of the Coefficient of Determination or R Square (R2) is 0.555 or equal to 55.55% which shows that the product quality variable (X1) and the price variable (X2) simultaneously (together) affect the consumer satisfaction variable (Y) by 55.5% while 44.5% is influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on the performance of non-PNS employees at the Directorate of "Senior High School" Development, Directorate General of Basic Education, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Indonesia, South Jakarta. The total sampling method was used to obtain 73 samples. Multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 26 was used in this research. The results show that work compensation and work motivation have a partial and simultaneous positive effect on performance. Linear regression equation for work compensation on performance Y = 21,282 + 0,374X1 the calculated t value is 2,905> t table 1,666, the correlation value is 0,501 and the coefficient of determination is 0,240. Linear regression equation for work motivation on performance Y = 20,723 + 0,336 X2 the calculated t value is 2,619> t table 1,666, the correlation value is 0,485 and the coefficient of determination is 0,224. Work compensation and work motivation also have a fairly strong positive relationship with performance. These results show that if compensation and motivation are increased, employee performance will also increase. The multiple linear regression equation Y = 15,092 + 0,253X1 + 0,211X2,  the calculated F value is 16,284, the correlation value is 0,563 and the coefficient of determination is 0,298.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, to determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance and to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang. This research method uses a quantitative description method, data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population amounted to 63 employees, the sampling used was a saturated sample technique totaling 63 employees... Data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and f test. The results showed that: There is an influence between organizational culture on employee performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 11.648 + 0.643X1 and the tcount value of 5.650> t table 1.670 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. There is an influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 16.339 + 0.566X2 and the tcount value of 4.415> t table 1.670 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.764 + 0.507 + 0.348, the correlation coefficient value of 0.586 and 0.492, the coefficient of determination of 0.400 or 40%, and the fcount value of 21.691> ftabel 3.150 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competency variables on employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline variables on employee performance and to determine the effect of competency variables and work discipline simultaneously on employees performance at PT. Kerta Mulya Sejahtera. The research method used was quatitative involving 61 employees as samples using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and f test. The results showed that: (1) competence affects employee performance at PT. Kerta Mulya Sejahtera, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 32.577 + 0.233X1 and the calculated value of 2.141 > table 2.00172 with a significant of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Work Discipline affects employee performance at PT. Kerta Mulya Sejahtera, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 18.279 + 0.555X2 and the calculated value of 4.018 > table 2.00172 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is an influence between competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kerta Mulya Sejahtera, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 12.306 + 0.184X1 + 0.516X2, the correlation value is 0.538, the value of the coefficient of determination is 29.0%, and the calculation value is 11.821 > table 3.16 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

By conducting this research, it will be found how the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT BFI Finance Indonesia. Therefore, the need for this research by looking at the hypothesis of how positive and significant the influence between Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee performance. The research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research place was conducted at PT BFI Finance Indonesia Jakarta and the research time was 6 months. The results showed that motivation and discipline were in the same strong category. In the Hypothesis test in this study Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Work Motivation and Discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT BFI Finance Indonesia, and have an influence of 56.2% on Employee Performance. While the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors.
