Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Current Ratio (CR) on Share Price at PT Astra International Tbk for the period 2013-2022. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with the analysis method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) with a significant level of 0.05 (5%) and the data source used is secondary data. From the results of this study indicate that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on Stock Price, this is evidenced by (t test) that the tcount value (-1.908) < t table (2.447) and a significant value of (0.105) > (0.05). The results of this study indicate that Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no effect on Stock Price, this is evidenced by (t test) that the tcount value (-0.925) < t table (2.447) and a significant value (0.391) > (0.05). The results showed that Current Ratio (CR) has a negative effect on Stock Price, this is evidenced by (t test) that the tcount value (-4.130) > t table (2.447) and a significant value (0.006) < (0.05). Simultaneous testing shows that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Price, this is evidenced by (f test) that the Fcount value is 9.771> Ftable 4.76 with a significant value of 0.010 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on share prices at PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. How big is the influence of these two variables in gaining profits on share prices. The sample used in this research is the balance sheet, profit and loss report at PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. This research uses statistical data description analysis and uses classical assumption tests, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and uses multiple linear regression analysis, as well as the correlation coefficient test, and model feasibility tests, namely the t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination (R2). In analyzing this data using the Statistical Product Service and Solutions (SPSS) program version 26. From the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) the Current Ratio (X1) variable has no significant effect on Stock Price (Y), this is proven by the value significant of 0.945 > 0.05 specified significant rate. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) variable has a significant effect on the Share Price (Y), this is proven by a significant value of 0.029 < 0.05, the specified significance level. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) show that the Current Ratio (X1) and Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) have a significant effect on Share Prices (Y), this is proven by a significant value of 0.044 < 0.05, the significance level determined.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Non Performing Financing and Financing to Deposit Ratio on Return On Assets at PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk. The data used is the quarterly financial report of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk for the period 2012-2021. This research uses quantitative research with causal associative research methods and processing using SPSS Version 29. The data analysis techniques used are multiple regression tests and hypothesis tests, t tests to test coefficients partially and F tests to simultaneously test the influence together with significance level 5% and Determination test. During the observation period, it shows that the research data is normally distributed. Based on the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, no variables were found that deviated from classical assumptions. This shows that the available data meets the requirements for using a multiple linear regression equation model. The results of this research are that NPF has an effect on ROA while FDR has no effect on ROA. Simultaneously NPF and FDR influence ROA. The coefficient of determination value is 62.5% of ROA, while the remaining 37.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of Keep Handsome Barbershop in Cipayung Depok, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. By sampling using the slovin formula technique obtained by the sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents. Analysis uses  validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 32.076 + 0.188 (X1). Test the hypothesis obtained t count (7.604) > t table (1.661), thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that Price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 29,428 + 0.250 (X2).  Test Hypothesis obtained t count  t count (8.841) > t table (1.661).  thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence on Service Quality affecting Customer Satisfaction. Price and Quality of Service to Customer Satisfaction with regression equation Y = 28,324 + 0.105 (X1) + 0.177 (X2), f count (53,175) > f table (3,093) and sig value (0.000) < 0.05). So it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of X1 Price and X2 Service Quality variables simultaneously on Y Consumer Satisfaction so that Ho3 was rejected and Ha3 was accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Compensation and Work Motivation has on Employee Performance at the Division of PT. Tirta Jaya Perkasa, either partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample of 58 respondents. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The results of this study are testing the hypothesis partially on the Compensation variable (X1) obtained by tcount > ttable (8,088 > 1,673) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that Compensation Style (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partially testing the hypothesis of the Work Motivation variable (X2) obtained tcount > ttable (7.970 > 1,673) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that Work Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount > ftable (45,908 > 3,165) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Leadership Style (X1) and Communication (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance (Y). The determination obtained by Rsquare is 0.852, meaning that the variables of Compensation and Work Motivation together have an influence contribution of  62,5% on employee performance. While the remaining 37,5% is influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

By conducting this research, it will be found how the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Ebeka Makmur Abadi South Tangerang. Therefore, this research is needed by looking at the hypothesis of how much positive and significant influence between work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research place was conducted at PT Ebeka Makmur Abadi South Tangerang and the research time was 6 months. The results showed that organizational culture and motivation were in the same strong category. In the Hypothesis test in this study Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that Work Discipline and Work Motivation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Ebeka Makmur Abadi South Tangerang, and had an influence of 63.4% on Employee Performance. While the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Prima Duta Nusantara Bojongsari-Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 47,3% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,214 > 2,002). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 42,2% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,510 > 2,002). Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,446 + 0,421X1 + 0,384X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 60,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (43,407 > 2,770).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT Cipta Sama Abadi, Bogor Regency, to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Cipta Sama Abadi, Bogor Regency, and to determine the simultaneous influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Cipta Sama. eternal Bogor district. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula method. The population in this study was 112 populations. The sample used was 88 respondents using questionnaire data collection techniques. The nature of the research used is quantitative. The data analysis methods used include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple & multiple linear regression, correlation and determination coefficient testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the influence of motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, which can be seen from the results of the count = 2.530, while table = 1.987 (icount > table) with a significance level of 0.000<0.050, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, which can be seen with the results of the icount = 4.742. table = 1.987 (tcount > table) with a significance level of 0.005 < 0.050. Motivation and the work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, which can be seen from the calculated f test results = 2.200 while f table = 3.10 (t count > t table) with a significance level of 0.007 < 0.050. The multiple regression equation is Y = 39.504 + 0.084X1 + 0.113X2+ e. The coefficient of determination test was 14.9% and the remaining 85.1% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence leadership style and work motivation have on employee performance at PT Bagoes Global Central Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 65 respondents, and data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The research results show that: (1) Partially there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance at PT Bagoes Global Central Jakarta. This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 20.301 + 0.789 x1, the correlation value is 0.767. The coefficient of determination value is 76.7%, and the t value is 5.334 > t table 1.998 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Partially there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance at PT Bagoes Global Central Jakarta, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 14.029 + 0.884 x2. The correlation value is 0.669. The coefficient of determination value is 66.1%, and the t value is 2.346 > t table 1.998 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bagoes Global Central Jakarta, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y= 13.114 + 0.602 (x1) + 0.340 (x2). The coefficient of determination value is 62.1%. And the Fcount value is 50.894 > Ftable 3.15 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) on Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industri & Trading Company Tbk for the period 2013-2022. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach . The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The independent variables studied are Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and the dependent variable is Net Profit Margin (NPM). The analysis results show that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM). Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F Test) carried out, it can be concluded that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) have a significant influence on the Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industri & Trading Company Tbk for the 2013- 2022. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 59,1,% shows that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) variables are able to explain 59,1,% of the variations that occur in the Net Profit Margin (NPM) variable. . The remaining 40,9% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.
