Abstract

Work stress and the work environment play an important role in improving employee performance. This research aims to examine the effect of work stress and the work environment on employee performance at CV. Two Furniture Craftsmen. The population in this study were all CV employees. Two Furniture Craftsmen and the research sample was 53 employees. Data analysis using multiple simple linear regression, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that simultaneously the work stress and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously work stress (X1) and work environment (X2) have on employee performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0.921, meaning they have a strong influence. Coefficient of determination 84.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained f count > f table or (136.951 > 3.183). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so from this research it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables Job Stress (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) CV. Two Furniture Craftsmen.

Abstract

  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and  work environment on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang. The research method used  this research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were employees of PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang.. The sampling method used by the author in this study is the saturated sample method, where the sample is the employees of PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang, totaling 53 employees. The data collection method used in this research is primary data. The primary data taken is the data from the answers of the respondents, amounting to 53 respondents. The results of this study indicate that leadership style a partial effect on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable or (3,853 > 2,007). This is also strengthened by the value of Sig. < 0.05 or (<0.001 < 0.05). The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable or (4,170 > 2,007). This is also reinforced by the value of Sig.<0.05 or (<0.001 < 0.05). leadership style and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable or (122,631 > 3.18), this is also strengthened by the value of Sig. < 0.05 or (<0.001 < 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia, South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative method. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, which is as many as 40 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. Test the hypothesis is assessed from the value of t count < t table or (1.432 < 2.024) It is also reinforced by a significance value of > 0.050 or (0.160 > 0.050). Thus, H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, indicating that there is no significant effect between compensation and employee performance. The hypothesis test is assessed from the value of t calculated <  t table or (2.017 <2.024) It is also reinforced by a significance value of > 0.050 or (0.051 >0.050). Thus, H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected, indicating that there is no significant effect between compensation and employee performance. The hypothesis test is assessed from the value of F count < F table or (2.179 < 3.259), this is also reinforced by significance > 0.050 or (0.127 > 0.050). Thus, H0 is accepted and H3 is rejected, indicating that there is no simultaneous significant effect between compensation and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

During the pandemic, the food industry in Indonesia, especially staple foods such as Indome, which were easy to consume and had relatively cheap prices, was very popular with the public. At the start of the pandemic from 2020 to 2022, net working capital and sales of PT. Indofood is increasing, while in 2022 net profit will decrease. This research aims to determine the effect of net working capital and net sales both partially and simultaneously on net profit. Net working capital and net sales are used as independent variables, while net profit is used as the dependent variable. This thesis uses research methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The number of samples in this research is financial reports for 10 years of research. Statistical data analysis techniques using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 26.0 for Windows program tools, namely multiple linear regression analysis with t-test and F-test. The multiple linear regression analysis test carried out on the first hypothesis has a t value of (-0.467) and a significance of 0.655 indicating that partially working capital has no effect on net profit. In the second hypothesis test the t value is (5.184) and a significance of 0.001 indicating that partially sales has an effect on net profit, and in the F test for the third hypothesis the F value is (14.385) and a significance of 0.003 shows that net working capital and sales simultaneously influence net profit. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value is 0.748, this shows that the variance of the independent variable is able to explain 74.8% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 25.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at the Blenger PSP Tanjung Duren Chicken Restaurant, West Jakarta. This type of research uses associative quantitative methods. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests. Quantitative data analysis techniques use simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, correlation of determination. Hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of the analysis show: Work discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y=3.515 + 0.856 79.9% means that performance is influenced by recovery by 79.9%. This is proven by the t test, which shows that the t value > t table (14.097 > 2.008) is confirmed by the p value < Sig.0.05 or significance < 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). Leadership style partially has a  positive  effect  on  employee  performance,  shown  by  the  simple  linear regression equation Y = 1,820 + 1,152 amounting to 70.4%. This is proven by the t test, the t value obtained > t table (10.907 > 2.008) and strengthened by the p value < Sig.0.05 or significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The research results of work discipline and leadership style simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance, shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.000 + 0.613 X₁ + 0.416 X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.909, meaning it has a strong level of relationship and the coefficient of determination is 82.8%, meaning that performance is influenced by compensation and work discipline by 82.6%, while the remaining 17.4% is influenced by other factors not researched. This is proven by the hypothesis test results obtained  by the value Fcount  >  Ftable (116.680 > 3.19) and reinforced by the significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Thus it is proven that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Alam Berdikari Mandiri Cirebon, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study was all 70 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique with the sample in this study being 70 employees. The type of data used is primary and secondary. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing via the t test and F test, as well as correlation coefficient tests and determination. The research results show that motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value of 57.397 > 2.002 ttable value with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the tcount value of 2.454 > 2.002 ttable value with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows that motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is indicated by the Fcount value of 808.299 > 3.159 Ftable value with a significance value of 0.000 <0.050. The R-Square value of 0.966 indicates that motivation and work discipline influence employee performance by 96.6%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee productivity at PT Amarilys Royal Tama. The study employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling, and a total of 60 respondents were obtained for this study. Data analysis involves validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y= 11.566 + 0.720X1, with a correlation value of 0.637, meaning both variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 40.6%. The hypothesis test yielded a t-value of 3.374 > 2.002 (t-table) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected, and Ha1 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant influence of compensation on employee productivity. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y= 7.778 + 0.735X2, with a correlation value of 0.617, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination is 38.0%. The hypothesis test yielded a t-value of 2.926 > t-table 2.002 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected, and Ha2 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee productivity. (3) Compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity with the regression equation Y= 3.542 + 0.466X1 + 0.426X2, with a correlation coefficient of 0.695, indicating a strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The coefficient of determination is 48.3%, while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test yielded an F-value of 26.662 > 3.16 (F-table) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected, and Ha3 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant simultaneous influence of compensation and work motivation on employee productivity at PT Amarilys Royal Tama.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of accounts receivable turnover and debt policy on company value at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2013 - 2022 period, using quantitative methods. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the published financial reports of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2013 - 2022 period. Data analysis uses descriptive tests, classic assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing includes partial tests (T test) and simultaneous tests (F test). Data processing uses SPSS Version 26. The research results of accounts receivable turnover have a significant effect on company value. That Tcount is 3.228 > Ttable is 2.364 and is significant at 0.014<0.05 so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of research on debt policy do not have a significant effect on company value. That Tcount is - 1.090 < Ttable is 2.364 and is significant 0.312> 0.05 so that Ho is accepted and H2 is rejected. The results of research on receivables turnover and payables policy have a significant effect on company value. That the value of Fcount is 29.684 while Ftable is 4.74. So Fcount is 5.298>Ftable 4.74 and is significantly smaller than 0.05, namely .040<0.05. So it can be said that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of health, K3 work safety and the work environment, either partially or simultaneously, on employee performance at PT Megakarya Makmur Sentisa, Depok City. This type of research uses an associative and quantitative approach in collecting samples using a saturated sampling technique because all members of the population in this research were used as samples, namely 80 employees. This research was conducted on employees of PT Megakarya Makmur Sentisa, Depok City. Based on partial research results (t test), it was concluded that health and safety at work K3 had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of tcount > ttable or (4.748 > 1.990). Meanwhile, partially the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance with the value obtained tcount > ttable or (2.838 > 1.990). Based on the simultaneous regression test (F Test), the variables health, occupational safety, K3 and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the calculated F value > F table or (22.164 > 2.333), this is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050).

Abstract

This research aims to prove whether or not there is an influence of Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Profit Growth at PT. Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk. The method used in this research is associative quantitative with the data technique used is secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using partial t-tests, simultaneous F tests and coefficient of determination. By using Statistics Product Service And Solution (SPSS) software version 25. The results of this study show that Debt to Asset Ratio partially has a significant effect on profit growth, Return on Assets partially has a significant effect on profit growth and Total Asset Turnover partially has no significant effect. on profit growth and simultaneously Debt to Asset Ratio, Return on Assets, Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on profit growth.
