Abstract

This research aims to find out how work discipline and the work environment influence employee performance at the South Tangerang Mayor's Office, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 7.821+0.787 X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0.771. The coefficient of determination value was 59.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (9.218 > 2.001). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 5.730+0.876 X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.757. The coefficient of determination value was 57.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8.819 > 2.001). Work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Pos Indonesia cabang ciputat secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal asosiatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia sebanyak 127 responden. Pengelohan data menggunakan SPSS 26. Analisa data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linier, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja fisik dan kinerja pegawai secara parsial. Dimana persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y= 8,465 + 0,752 X1, uji korelasi r= 0.703 termasuk kategori kuat, koefisien determinasi sebesar 49.9%, uji t sebesar thitung 11.039 > ttabel 1.979 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai secara parsial. Dimana persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 5,348 + 0,849 X2, uji korelasi r= 0.707 termasuk kategori kuat, koefisien determinasi sebesar 50%, uji t sebesar thitung 11.176 > ttabel 1.979 maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel lingkungan kerja fisik fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan. Dimana persamaan regresi berganda Y= = 2,957 + 0,410X1 + 0.485X2, uji korelasi berganda R=0.745 termasuk kategori kuat, koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,5%, uji f sebesar nilai fhitung 77.411 > ftabel 3,070 artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Bangunjaya Village processes employee attendance by writing their names in the attendance book and signing it every day. If an employee is unable to come in or is sick, the employee will not carry out the attendance process. The number of reports submitted to the admin is the number of names of employees who have been absent or are listed in the absence book. Research methods that can be used in research on Digital Attendance Applications for Employees Using Face Detection using the Face Recognition method in Bangunjaya Village. Building digital attendance applications for employees using Android-based face detection in Bangunjaya Village, as a more sophisticated and reliable solution for optimizing the attendance process. Research has succeeded in implementing a digital solution in the form of an attendance application using facial detection using the Face Recognition method as a replacement for manual processes in Bangunjaya Village.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of price and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at the Alfamidi Justice Rawa Denok store in Depok, West Java. The type of research method used is quantitative research, namely a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. This research had a population of 133,658 and a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling method uses Slovin theory, with an error rate of 10%. Some of the conclusions that the author put forward are as follows: Price partially has a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the Alfamidi Justice Rawa Denok shop in Depok, West Java. This is proven by the determination value or influence contribution of 0.886 or 88,6% while the remaining 11,4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (27.587 > 1.984) with a significance value < 0.05 or (0.00 < 0.05). Promotion partially has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Alfamidi Justice Rawa Denok store in Depok, Java. West. This is proven by the determination value or influence contribution of 0.869 or 86,9% while the remaining 13.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (26.019 > 1.984) with a significance value < 0.05 or (0.00 < 0.05). Price and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Alfamidi Justice Rawa Denok store in Depok, West Java. This is proven by the simultaneous determination or contribution value of 0.914 or 91.4% while the remaining 8.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (543.775 > 3.094) with significance < 0.05 or (0.00 < 0.05)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Transmedia Mampang South Jakarta, to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Transmedia Mampang South Jakarta and to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employe performance at PT. Transmedia in South Jakarta. The sampling technique used a saturated/census sampling formula, so the population in this study was 62 people. The sample used was 62 respondents using questionnaire data collection techniques. The nature of the research used is quantitative descriptive. The data analysis methods used include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, product moment correlation testing, simple linear regression, multiple regression equations, coefficient of determination testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the influence of work motivation on employe performance shows the results of the tcount test = 2.894 while ttable = 2.000 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.013 < 0.050, the influence of work discipline on employe performance shows the test results tcount = 3.005 while ttable = 2.000 (tcount > t table) with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.050, and the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employe performance shows the test results Fcount = 1.821 while Ftable = 3.15 (Fcount > Ftable) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.050. The multiple regression equation is Y = 25.555 + 0.308X1 + 0.043X2+ e. The multiple correlation coefficient is 0.241, which means it has a low relationship. The coefficient of determination test was 15.8% and the remaining 84.2% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of debt policy (DER) and profitability (ROE) on company value (PBV) at PT Astra International Tbk period 2013-2022. The method used is associative quantitative the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing show that DER partially has a significant influence on company value, with a t count of 3.590 which is greater than t table 2,36462 and a significance t of 0,009 < 0,05 An increase in DER causes the company's burden on external parties to become greater On the other hand, ROE does not have a significant effect on company value, with tcount of 0,276 < ttable 2,36462 and t significance of 0,791 > 0,05 The joint influence of DER and ROE simultaneously is also significant on company value, with Fcount of 10,660 > Ftable 4,74 and F significance of 0,008 < 0,05

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of product quality and price either partially or simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction on karawaci pharmacy sekata. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach in collecting the sample using the Simple random sampling technique. This research was conducted on consumers who had made purchases at pharmacy sekata. The sampling technique used the slovin formula and obtained a sample of 98 respondents. Based on the partial results of the study (t test) it was concluded that product quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction by obtaining t count > t table or (4.305 > 1.984). While partially the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the obtained value of t count > t table or (4.439 > 1.984). Based on the simultaneous regression test (F test) the product quality variables (X1) and price (X2) have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) by obtaining F count > F table or (76,557 > 2,310), this is also reinforced by ρ alue < Sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050).

Abstract

"The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Dom Pizza Indonesia”. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Dom Pizza either partially or simultaneously. This type of research used is Quantitative. The population in this study are employees of PT Dom Pizza Indonesia. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique and the sample in this study was 50 respondents. Data collection technique is a questionnaire, while data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study using SPSS 25, the t test results obtained tcount for Work Discipline is smaller than the ttable value of 1.678 or (1.107 <1.678) with a significant value of 0.274 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that partially Work Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The tcount value of Work Motivation is greater than ttable 1.678 or (3.869 > 1.678) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that partially Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. For the F test, an Fcount value of 17.620 is obtained and a significant value is 0.000 so that it can be concluded that Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously affect Employee Performance as evidenced by the Fcount value ¬17.620 > Ftable 3.195 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha ¬accepted. The results of multiple linear analysis obtained Y = 5.470 + 0.134X1 + 0.732X2

Abstract

This research used a quantitative method with a sampling technique using saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 58 respondents. The analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the calculated t hypothesis test of 3.845 > t table 2.003 with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Tridaya Dimensi Indonesia in South Jakarta. Based on the results of the hypothesis test t count 6.123 > t table 2.003 with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that partially work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Tridaya Dimensi Indonesia in South Jakarta. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with a calculated f value of 84.898 > f table 3.19 with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Tridaya Dimensi Indonesia in South Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at Ciputat sub-district office, South Tangerang. This research method uses quantitative methods with an associative causal approach.. Data collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used the Jenuh technique, as many as 65 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS version 26 program. The analytical techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, auto correlation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. Partial hypothesis testing of competence variable (X1) obtained tcount > ttable (4,900 > 1.670) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that placement (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The partial hypothesis test for the work environment variable (X2) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (5.651 > 1,669) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the training (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 12.258 + 0.296X1 – 0.429X2. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount > fable (18,100 > 3,15) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that placement (X1) and training (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). Determination obtained R Square of 0,369, meaning that the variables of competence and work environment together have an influence contribution of 36,9% on employee performance. While the remaining 63,1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
