Abstract

Practical Work (KP) is a concrete manifestation of our commitment as students to provide a positive impact on the surrounding community. In order to meet the needs and demands of the times, this KP program will focus on introducing a water billing application system. Technology has become an important part in various aspects of life, including the management of utilities such as clean water. In many housing developments, water bill management is still done manually, which often causes problems such as recording errors, late payments, and difficulty accessing billing information. Practical Work Program (KP) with the title "WATER BILL APPLICATION SYSTEM IN PESONA SERPONG HOUSING" several stages and methods are carried out to achieve the goals that have been set. Training uses the application by paying attention to the procedures for using the water bill application that has been set for the housing. After the presentation of the material is complete, the public is asked to practice the explanation that has been delivered. Our hope is that in the future the public can easily access the application to view PDAM bills and can also use it for payment transactions.

Abstract

This research discusses testing a web-based inventory system developed using the Laravel framework at SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency in the Hospitality Teaching Factory, with a focus on the BlackBox testing method. This research aims to test the functionality of the system without paying attention to the internal structure of the code, but from the perspective of the end user. The testing methodology includes functional testing to ensure all features work as expected. The test results show that this system can be relied on for use in the Teaching Factory environment of the Hospitality Department, with good performance. This study provides valuable insights for developers and related parties in improving the implementation of information technology in educational institutions.

Abstract

  Incentives are awards given by an agency or institution to motivate teachers so that their work productivity is high, so that enthusiasm for teaching and loyal attitudes towards Islamic boarding schools will be better. Nafidatunnajah Islamic Boarding School is a private institution operating in the social and educational sector in Rawakalong, Gunung Sindur District. which always strives to continuously improve quality, one of the efforts made is by conducting an assessment of teacher performance at the end of each year using several assessment criteria, namely Morals, Responsibility, Communication, Caring, Discipline, Appearance, Activeness and Language Ability. There are so many methods used to help in this decision making process. However, the research wants to analyze two methods of providing teacher incentives at the Nafidatunnjah Islamic Boarding School, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method and the Technique For Order Performance By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). After making a comparison for each weight of the SAW method and TOPSIS method, it can be concluded that the sum of ranking changes with the largest weight value for each method, alternative 12 is equally selected. With the largest weight range in the SAW method, namely 0.96 and the TOPSIS method of 0.92. so the SAW method is the most relevant method for solving this case.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk for the 2009–2023 period. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is the financial report of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk while the sample used is the profit and loss report and balance sheet at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk for the period 2009–2023. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis tests with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study show that the Current Ratio (CR) has a partial and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no partial and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a simultaneous and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). The coefficient of determination is 0.449 or 44,9%. This means that the variables Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an influential contribution of 44,9% to Return on Assets (ROA), while the remainder 55,1% (100% - 44,9% ) is influenced by factors others not researched.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio (CR) has no partial and significant effect on Return on Asset (ROA). Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) has no partial and significant effect on Return on Asset (ROA). Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) not simultaneously and significantly affect Return on Asset (ROA). The coefficient of determination is -0,047 or 0%. This means that the variables Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) have an influence contribution of 0% to Return on Assets (ROA), while the rest 100% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Sales Growth and Cash Flow have an effect on Financial Distress at PT Garuda Indonesia Persero for the 2013-2022 period. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is the financial report of PT Garuda Indonesia Persero, while the sample used is the financial report in the form of a profit and loss report and balance sheet at PT Garuda Indonesia Persero for the 2013–2022 period. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis tests with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. Sales Growth is concluded to have an influence on Financial Distress based on the results of hypothesis testing. Sales Growth has a t count of 3.083 while t table is 2.365. The significant value of 0.018 is smaller than 0.05. Because the calculated t value > t table. Cash Flow has a calculated t of 0.737 while the t table is 2.365. The significant value of 0.485 is greater than 0.05. The calculated t value is < table so it can be concluded that H0 is accepted, meaning it can be concluded that partially, Cash Flow has no effect on Financial Distress. Meanwhile, based on table 4.13, it is known that the calculated F is 5,690 while the F table is 4.74. The significant value of 0.034 is smaller than 0.05. The calculated F value > F table so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence of Sales Growth and Cash Flow on Financial Distress at PT Garuda Indonesia Persero for the 2013-2022 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of discipline variables on employee performance, to determine the influence of morale variables on employee performance and to determine the influence of discipline and morale variables. simultaneous work on employee performance at PT Agaf Global Kreasindo Bekasi. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique, totaling 50 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient analysisdetermination, t test and f test. The research results show that: (1) Partially there is a influence between discipline on employee performance at PT. Agaf Global Kreasindo Bekasi, this can be proven from a simple linear regression equation Y = 9.801 + 0.658.(2) Partially there is a influence between work morale on employee performance at PT. Agaf Global Kreasindo Bekasi, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 4.805 + 0.912. (3) Simultaneously there is a influence between discipline and work enthusiasm on employee performance at PT. Agaf Global Kreasindo Bekasi, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.760 + 0.489 f???????????????? 2.800 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja tehadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Metrolink Kompudata, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Populasi yang diambil dari seluruh karyawan pada PT. Metrolink Kompudata yaitu sebanyak 67 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 67 responden. Analisi data menggunakan uji instrument data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian disiplin kerja dan mortivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 2,909 + 0,708 X₁ + 0,234 X₂. Koefisien korelasi secara simultan sebesar 0,893 atau 89,3% artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 79,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 21,3%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (125,604 > 3,09). Dengan demikian H03 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Metrolink Komupudata.

Abstract

The use of websites in the world of education can not only be used as a tool in the teaching and learning process but can also be used as an administrative tool in the field of employee attendance. Depok National Vocational School which is one of the Vocational High Schools in Depok City which in the employee attendance process still uses a manual system by using initials or by having a picket teacher. This is not implemented effectively because recording or reporting attendance can lead to fraud such as forged signatures and different arrival times so that inaccurate attendance data will affect the calculation of salary payments. And also when employees are unable to attend, they have to give permission personally to the relevant parties and this will create confusion later when recording attendance data because the data is separate from the attendance data signed at school, and also the risk of losing the permission data is greater. If allowed to continue, it will endanger the company's budget and reduce the level of discipline and reduce employee performance. Therefore, a Progressive Web App (PWA) based attendance system website was created which aims to make it easier for the academic community to carry out administrative processes such as attendance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai bidang. Termasuk PT. Sentra Armada Motor sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa, ulasan dari customer menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Oleh karena itu, perancangan program layanan pengaduan berbasis web menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan proses tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan program layanan pengaduan berbasis web sebagai solusi bagi PT. Sentra Armada Motor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah program layanan pengaduan berbasis web yang mencakup fitur-fitur utama, seperti halaman login, halaman dashboard, dan halaman layanan pengaduan. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan customer dalam melakukan pengaduan serta ulasan secara online, serta memungkinkan PT. Sentra Armada Motor mengelola data pengaduan dan ulasan dengan lebih efisien.
