Abstract

Automating application performance testing is a crucial strategy in modern software development. One of the commonly used tools for this purpose is Apache JMeter. JMeter enables developers to create realistic test scenarios to measure the performance of an application under various workload conditions. By automating with JMeter, developers can identify and address potential performance issues before the application is introduced to end users, thereby enhancing the reliability and overall quality of the application. In this abstract, we will explore the basic concepts of automated performance testing with JMeter and how its use can improve application reliability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Garama Property in Jakarta Selatan. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely as many as 62 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 50.3% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (7.788 > 2.000). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 41.0% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (6.462 > 2.000). Compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.869 + 0.416X1 + 0.353X2. The coefficient of determination is 61.3% while the remaining 38.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (46.655 > 2.760).

Abstract

Information systems are a means of transforming company data which is closely related to the company's efficiency in its operational activities. Along with technological developments, the application of information technology in companies is an important factor in increasing company value and competitiveness. So far there are still many companies that have not implemented information systems as expected because there are no standards for monitoring the use of information technology in companies. This research tries to find out how the information system is implemented at PT Pertamina. The sample was chosen because PT Pertamina is a State-Owned Enterprise with large assets. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis using a systematic review approach. The results of this research indicate that PT Pertamina has implemented an information system in the form of a management information system well in the company as a way to achieve company goals so as to achieve company efficiency and competitiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine further the influence of Instagram content marketing and influencer performance on customer engagement at Istoria Cafe Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. This research method applies a quantitative approach through quantitative methods. The subjects of this research were Instagram users who visited the Istoria Café Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. The sampling mechanism uses a questionnaire survey method which is filled out online by respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression testing. The sample size in this study was 100 respondents. This research meets the criteria for validity and reliability. The processing uses SPPS version 18 software and uses multivariate linear regression. Based on the research results, it is known that the influence variables of Instagram content marketing (X1) and influencer performance (X2) have a significant influence on the level of customer engagement at the Istoria Field Cafe in DPR Sidoarjo (Y).

Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) adalah media penyiaran milik Indonesia yang stasiun penyiarannya tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk Kota Padang. RRI adalah radio yang menyandang nama negara, yang siarannya ditunjukkan untuk kepentingan bangsa. RRI sebagai radio yang dikelola langsung oleh negara harus independen, netral dan tidak komersial berfungsi memberikan pelayanan penyiaran informasi, pendidikan, hiburan yang seusai dengan karakter bangsa, kontrol sosial, serta menjaga citra bangsa di kancah internasional. Karena hal tersebut, RRI memegang peranan penting dalam hal penyampaian informasi untuk masyarakat luas atau yang disebut informasi publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui LPP RRI Padang sebagai media komunikasi massa dalam menyampaikan informasi publik yang merupakan wujud dari LPP RRI Padang sebagai media penyiaran independen milik negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa LPP RRI Padang sebagai media komunikasi massa dalam menyampaikan informasi publik begitu penting dalam pemenuhan visi LPP RRI Padang. Dalam penyampaian informasi publik, LPP RRI Padang terdapat tiga programa yang disiarkan sesuai dengan tema informasi publik yang disampaikan serta sasaran audience. yaitu RRI Programa 1, RRI Programa 2, dan RRI Programa 4.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Rekso Nasional Food Cabang Edutown BSD either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the Quantitative Associative method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Rekso Nasional Food Cabang Edutown BSD. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample method with a sample of 62 respondents. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and F test. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Rekso Nasional Food Cabang Edutown BSD, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 16.016+0.400X1. The correlation value is 0.662 (strong). The coefficient of determination value is 43.8%. The tcount value is 6.842 > ttable 2.000 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on employee performance at PT. Rekso Nasional Food Cabang Edutown BSD, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=14.083+0.440X2. The correlation value is 0.691 (strong). The coefficient of determination value is 47.7%. The t value is 7.403 > t table 1.988 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT. Rekso Nasional Food Cabang Edutown BSD, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=11.130+0.229X1+0.290X2. The correlation value is 0.751 (strong). The coefficient of determination value is 56.5%. Fcount value 38.256 > Ftable 4.00 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Equity at PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk for the 2013-2022 period, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research, and is descriptive. The data collection technique used is published secondary data, data taken from the official website of PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, and also uses simple and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques, correlation coefficient, hypothesis testing (t test and f test), and coefficient of determination. From the results of the t test hypothesis testing, it shows that the Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on Return On Equity where the t value is 1.663 < t table value 2.365, with a significance value of 0.140 > 0.05, while the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on Return On Equity where the t value is -1.057 < t table value 2.365, with a significance value of 0.325 > 0.05. Simultaneously (F test) Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) together have no significant effect on Return On Equity where the Fcount value is 2.843 < Ftable value 4.46 with a significance of 0.125 > 0.05. The coefficient of determination test shows a value of 44.8%, while the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research explores the role of Quality Assurance (QA) in enhancing the user experience of the Dompet Duafa application, with a specific focus on performance and functionality aspects. Dompet Duafa, as a technology-based financial application, plays a crucial role in facilitating users in managing their finances. QA is key to ensuring that this application not only functions well but also provides an optimal user experience. The research emphasizes the importance of employing thorough testing methods for performance and functionality to address potential software quality issues. It identifies software quality problems that may arise and describes the consequences that may occur if these issues are not addressed properly. The findings of this research provide insights into how the effective implementation of QA, through meticulous testing methods, can enhance the performance and functionality of Dompet Duafa, thereby delivering a more satisfying user experience.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a basic food sales information system at CV. Java-based Ferdi to assist employee performance in processing purchasing and sales data. This system is designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of store operations by utilizing information technology. Researchers conducted field studies to understand the shop's business processes in depth, starting from collecting data on goods, ordering to suppliers, to the sales process to customers. Apart from that, researchers also conducted interviews with employees and shop owners to identify system needs. Based on the results of the needs analysis, the researcher designed a system database in the form of interconnected tables to support system functions. The system is designed using the Java programming language with the waterfall method to facilitate system development and maintenance in the future. The main function of the system includes inputting master data such as goods, suppliers and employee data. There is also a module for carrying out sales transactions and ordering goods from suppliers online. Apart from that, there are reports that can be generated by the system such as sales reports, stock of goods, and financial reports for easy business analysis by shop owners. Test results show the system is able to meet business needs and can increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Mackerel (R. kanagurta) is a type of marine fish that gathers on the surface of the sea in certain seasons, so it is very easy to catch. This research aims to analyze the relationship between length and weight of Mackerel Fish (Rastrelliger Kanagurta) at the Tanjung Tiram fishing port. The fish used in this research were obtained from fishermen operating around the waters of Tanjung Tiram using mini purse sene fishing gear. Fish collection will start from May 2024 and fish analysis will be carried out at the MPSDP Laboratory at HKBP Nommensen University, Pematangsiantar. The results of the research found a relationship between length and weight of fish, showing that the R.Kanagurta regression coefficient value was 0.611, including negative allometric. This means that growth in length is more dominant than weight.
