Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine Communication and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Bank Hibank Indonesia in West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is a descriptive quantitative method. The population taken from all employees at PT Bank Hibank Indonesia in West Jakarta was 75 people. Sampling used a saturated sample of 75 respondents. Hypothesis testing using communication variables on employee performance obtained t count > t table or (2.928 > 1.993), this is also strengthened by the ???? value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence by the communication variable (X1) on the performance variable (Y). The experimental hypothesis test of the work discipline variable on employee performance obtained a calculated t value > t table or (2.903 > 1.993), this was also strengthened by the ???? value <Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence by the work discipline variable (X2) on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously testing the hypothesis of communication and work discipline variables on employee performance obtained a calculated F value > F table or (96.453 > 3.12), this was also reinforced by the ???? value < Sig, 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of the communication and work discipline variables on employee performance. The research results of communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 4.858 + 0.375 X₁ + 0.484 The value of determination or contribution of influence is 72.8%, the remaining 27.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of PT Sinar Surya Sentosa Sejahtera with a sample size of 68 people. The analytical method used is Descriptive Quantitative Analysis. The instrument used is a questionnaire to collect data from the variables Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Employee Performance. The data analysis techniques used are Vasility Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Molticoliniarity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Multiple Correlation, Determination Coefficient, T-Test, and F Test. The results of the research show that Linear Analysis values can be obtained. Multiple Y = 0.766 + 0.767X1 + 0.216X2, Multiple Correlation Coefficient of 0.811, and Determination Coefficient of 0.686. Then the value of tcount < ttable or (0.1666 < 1.67109), this is also strengthened by the significance value of 0.869 > 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on the Employee Performance of PT Sinar Surya Sentosa Sejahtera. Meanwhile, the results of the t test on This shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation (X2) on PT Sinar Surya Sentosa Sejahtera Employee Performance. Then the F test results can be obtained with a value of Fcount > Ftable or (71.082 > 3.140) and is strengthened with a sig of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of PT Sinar Surya Sentosa Sejahtera.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, mau tidak mau RRI pun juga dituntut untuk melakukan inovasi agar masyarakat tidak meninggalkan media tersebut karena dianggap sudah tidak relevan dengan kemajuan zaman. Sekarang RRI telah meluncurkan sebuah aplikasi yang bernama RRI Digital. Kelebihan aplikasi RRI Digital ini yaitu sudah menerapkan digitalisasi pada radio. Penelitian ini menganalisa tentang aplikasi RRI Digital sebagai inovasi LPP RRI dalam memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi berupa data yang diperoleh dari referensi berupa teks. Lokasi dari penelitian dilakukan di LPP RRI Padang Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 12, Sawahan, Kec. Padang Timur, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Informan dalam penelitian ini merupakan pegawai seksi pemberitaan yang terdapat di dalam struktural, LPP RRI Padang. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didalam aplikasi RRI Digital terdapat berbagai menu dan fitur yang bisa dipilih oleh pengguna sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta bisa diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja, adapun fitur-fitur tersebut seperti Podcast, Musik, Berita, Komunitas, Kanal Daerah, Kanal Kememtrian/ Lembaga dan Pantauan CCTV. Seluruh informasi pada aplikasi RRI Digital ini disajikan secara menarik yang bisa diakses oleh semua umur asalkan terhubung dengan jaringan internet.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and the physical work environment on employee performance in the south Tangerang mayor’s office, both sequentially and simultaneously the research approach used in this research is the quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this research used saturated sampling with a sample size of 52 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.573 + 0.652X1. hypothesis testing obtained a caltulated t value > t table or (7.206 > 1.676), thus, hol is rejected and hal is accepted, meaning that there is a significant equation Y = 7.310 + 0.811X2. hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (9.091 > 1.676). thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning on employee performance. Leadership and physical work environment on employee performance. With the regression equation Y = (2.783 + 0.327X1 + 0.578) simultaneously significant leadership and physical work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize urban traffic flow using a reinforcement learning approach. With rapid urban population growth, traffic issues become increasingly urgent to address to improve transportation efficiency and reduce congestion. In this research, we collect traffic data from a specific urban area and apply a reinforcement learning model to develop a system that can learn traffic patterns and make optimal decisions for traffic management. We conduct testing of the system using simulations and in real-world environments to evaluate its performance. The analysis results indicate that this approach is effective in enhancing traffic flow and reducing congestion in the studied urban area. Potential implications of this research include improving urban transportation efficiency and enhancing the quality of life for city residents.

Abstract

Laporan ini memaparkan perancangan sistem monitoring inventory stock product berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu PT. Plause Beauty dalam mengelola inventory produknya secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode prototype digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem secara bertahap dan mendapatkan umpan balik dari pengguna. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat memudahkan proses pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pelaporan stok produk. Implementasi sistem diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan pengambilan keputusan di PT. Plause Beauty.

Abstract

Aceh waters are a place for fishermen to look for fish, one of which was flying fish (Decapratus sp.) which was landed at the Lampulo Ocean Fisheries Port (PPS), North Aceh. Flying fish (Decapratus sp.) was a fishery commodity that was in great demand by people globally, especially in Indonesia. This research aims to measure the length and weight of flying fish (Decapratus sp.) using survey and analysis methods. The results of this research obtained a value for the total number of fish which was 50 fish. With the overall sample length of fish ranging from 140 mm to 205 mm, the dominant total length of fish caught was in the average range of 166.28 mm. Meanwhile, the weight of flying fish (Decapterus sp.) ranges from 31 to 76 grams, with an average fish weight of 46.06 grams. The calculation result of the b value obtained from testing the flying fish (Decapterus sp.) at the Pematangsiantar Parbesaran Market was 2.68, with the r2 value being 0.89. Based on the b value obtained, it can be stated that the length and weight of the fish was < 3, which means negative allometric meaning that length growth is faster than weight growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) berbasis web di SMK Tonjong Bogor dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Metode ini dipilih karena tahapan-tahapannya yang sistematis dan terstruktur, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan. Pada tahap analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional yang relevan dengan pengelolaan sekolah. Selanjutnya, desain sistem mencakup perancangan arsitektur, database, dan antarmuka pengguna. Tahap pengembangan melibatkan pemrograman dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Setelah itu, dilakukan pengujian untuk memastikan sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan bebas dari kesalahan. Implementasi mencakup instalasi perangkat lunak, pelatihan pengguna, dan migrasi data. Tahap pemeliharaan dilakukan untuk memastikan sistem tetap berjalan dengan baik dan dilakukan evaluasi efektivitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIM berbasis web ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data sekolah. Proses pengelolaan data menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat, sementara pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih tepat dengan informasi yang tersedia secara real-time. Selain itu, SIM juga meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan sekolah serta kualitas layanan pendidikan dengan mempermudah komunikasi antara guru, siswa, orang tua, dan staf administrasi. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi informasi di sekolah dan kurangnya keterampilan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan infrastruktur dan pelatihan bagi pengguna untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat SIM. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perancangan dan implementasi SIM berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi keterbatasan penyebaran informasi di SMK Tonjong Bogor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk SMK Tonjong menggunakan metode Waterfall dan framework Bootstrap. Dalam era digital, website sekolah menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk menyampaikan informasi dan meningkatkan komunikasi antara sekolah dengan siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Proses penelitian meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pengumpulan data, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website yang dikembangkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional sekolah, meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi, dan mendukung transparansi. Website ini dilengkapi dengan berbagai fitur seperti halaman profil sekolah, berita, galeri, dan kontak yang diimplementasikan dengan responsif dan user-friendly. Implementasi dilakukan dengan kerjasama yang baik dari pihak sekolah, memungkinkan pengumpulan data yang lengkap dan terstruktur. Tantangan utama dalam proyek ini adalah memastikan bahwa semua kebutuhan sistem teridentifikasi dan diimplementasikan dengan tepat. Dokumentasi yang baik dan komunikasi yang efektif menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Dengan adanya website ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, memfasilitasi komunikasi yang lebih baik antara sekolah dan stakeholders, serta memperkuat kehadiran digital sekolah. Kesimpulannya, proyek ini menegaskan pentingnya perencanaan yang matang dan kerjasama yang baik dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk institusi pendidikan. Implementasi website yang berhasil di SMK Tonjong diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memperkuat citra sekolah di mata publik.

Abstract

In the context of increasing competition in the local market, effective marketing strategies are crucial for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Pamulang Region. This study aims to evaluate the role of management information systems in supporting marketing strategies to increase sales of MSME products. Through a systematic analysis approach, this research identifies the factors that influence MSME product sales and proposes the integration of management information systems as a solution to increase marketing effectiveness. The findings highlight the importance of using information technology in managing customer information, market analysis, and decision making which can help MSMEs in strengthening product visibility and expanding market share. The practical implications of this research provide guidance for MSME owners and marketing practitioners to optimize the use of technology in their marketing strategies, so as to increase competitiveness and business growth in this increasingly digital environment.
