Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio on Share Price at PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk for the period 2013-2022. The type of research used is quantitative research using associative methods. The population in this study were all financial statements of PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk listed on the BEI. While the sample used is the Balance Sheet and Income Statement at PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk for the period from 2013 - 2022. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, pasrial t test and simultaneous f test.  The results of the study showed that there was a partial influence (T test) Current Ratio (CR) on the share price of PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk. Proven by the value of TTest 4.411> Ttable 2.365 with a significant level of 0.003 <0.05. While Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on Stock Price. Evidenced by the TTest value of 0.284 < 2.365 with a significant level of 0.784> 0.05. Simultaneously (F test) Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Price there is an influence. Proven by the Fcount value of 29.055> 4.26 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on share prices at PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk for the 2013-2022 period, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research, and is descriptive. The data collection technique used is published secondary data, data taken from the official website of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, and also uses simple and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques, correlation coefficient, hypothesis testing (t test and f test), and coefficient of determination. From the results of hypothesis testing, the t test shows that the Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on share prices, where the t value is 1,420 < t table value 2.365, with a significance value of 0.277 < 0.05, while the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on stock prices. where the tcount value is 2,757 > ttable value 2.365, with a significance value of 0.028 < 0.05. Simultaneously (F test) Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) together have no significant effect on share prices where the calculated F value is 4,079 > Ftable value 4.74 with a significance of 0.067 > 0.05. The coefficient of determination test shows a value of 53.8%, while the remaining 46.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at the Center for Standardization of Environmental Quality Instruments, partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The respondents used in this research were 62 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test using SPSS version 26 software. The results in this research are statistical results. t test shows a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. With a tcount value of 4.968 > ttable 2.001 or significant 0.000 < 0.05, thus there is a partial positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. Then, the results of statistical tests show a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. With a t value of 6.701 > t table 2.001 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus there is a partial positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. And finally, the results of statistical calculations show a value of Fcount 23.411 > Ftable 3.153, using a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between the work environment, organizational culture and employee performance at the Center for Standardization of Environmental Quality Instruments.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance at the South Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Service, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this method is quantitative, the population used was 122 people with a sample of 93 respondents. This research instrument has 30 statement items from the variables of training, career development and employee performance. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results, the multiple regression value was obtained, namely: Y = 9.037 + 0.333 X1+ 0.477 X2 with an R value (correlation coefficient) of 0.882. This means that the training variables (X1) and career development (X2) simultaneously have a strong relationship with the employee performance variable (Y). The R value (coefficient of determination) is 0.744 or 74.4% while the remaining 25.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable (130.509 > 3.10). This was also confirmed by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so it was concluded that H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. It can be concluded that training (X1) and career development (X2) simultaneously have an acceptable effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Public service is an activity (serving) or providing services to people who have an interest in an agency referring to the main rules and procedures that have been determined. Currently, public service procedures in the reporting section in RW 02 are still running manually and have many shortcomings and weaknesses, which has caused the performance of the RW 02 organization to be hampered and unable to support the needs desired by the existing community, starting from the process of inputting reports. to report management which takes quite a lot of time. This research aims to analyze and design a web-based reporting information system that is needed by the RW 02 community. Design a reporting information system using quantitative methods to get a picture of the identity and characteristics of targets as well as responses and expectations regarding planned application design activities. The result of this research is a mobile (smart phone) based application that can be used easily by administrators and residents in carrying out administrative governance. The function designed in this system consists of reporting violations in the RW 02 area as well as tracking inputted reports and management. existing reports. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Android application for the public complaint service system can be a solution and improve the quality of services in the area. This complaint system certainly has shortcomings.

Abstract

Regional development is a key element in achieving community prosperity and sustainable economic growth. One district that reflects this diversity is Bogor Regency, which is located in West Java Province. Bogor Regency, with its large population, rapid dynamics of change, and diverse economic sectors, requires wise and systematic development planning. RPJMD is a strategic planning document used by local governments to formulate vision, mission and development goals in the medium term. The RPJMD usually covers a 5-year period and is the basis for preparing development plans and programs at the regional level. According to Bachrawi (2000) development must pay attention to many aspects. Mapping development priorities is a critical stage in this process, ensuring that limited resources are allocated to projects that will have the greatest positive impact on society. Mapping development priorities is a very important first step in this planning process. Development projects must be evaluated and ranked according to priority, taking into account social, economic, environmental and financial impacts. So, the regional government of Bogor Regency has tried to map out development priorities. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is a method used in multi-criteria decision making, developed by Thomas L. Saaty. This method allows decision makers to compare various criteria and alternatives, and produce priorities based on objective preferences. AHP is a powerful tool for helping humans make complex decisions by modeling a hierarchy of factors that influence decisions and combining them in a consistent comparison system. The aim of this research is to implement a decision making system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for mapping regional development priorities in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Computer hardware is one of the essential subjects in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) taught from elementary to secondary levels. However, teaching computer hardware often faces challenges, such as limited hardware resources and students' busy schedules. Most students find it difficult to understand the broad and diverse concepts of computer hardware.To overcome these challenges, innovative teaching approaches are needed. One effective approach is the use of interactive learning animations. Interactive learning animations combine multimedia elements, such as text, images, animations, and sound, to create an engaging and effective learning experience.This research proposes the development of interactive animation-based learning media for computer hardware materials at SMP PUSTEK Serpong. This learning media is designed to provide clear explanations about computer devices, from input devices to peripherals, and includes practice exercises. The use of Adobe Animate as a development tool allows for easy integration of multimedia elements.The results of this research are expected to increase students' interest in learning about computer hardware and facilitate the learning process for teachers. Additionally, this research provides insights into the use of interactive animations in education, which can be applied across various subjects and educational levels. Thus, the development of interactive animation-based learning media has the potential to enhance the quality of education at SMP PUSTEK Serpong.

Abstract

Internusa Cipta Solusi Perdana or ICSP is an Indonesian Custom Software Developer that develops applications for various types of industry. ICSP has developed various application solutions that have a high level of difficulty that many other companies have. As an application developer, ICSP has the advantage of customizing applications that can be adapted to the needs and business processes of ICSP customers. Information developments are currently increasing, in society, information technology covers almost all areas, including companies. In fact, it is a necessity for companies to have computerized information available. Almost all companies now use identity cards or ID cards for their employees. as an identity that differentiates it from other companies, there are many benefits to be gained from using an ID card system that is integrated with company attendance and databases because this can increase employee motivation and performance, however we very rarely find the use of ID cards in universities, especially at PT. INTERNUSA CIPTA SOLUSI PERDANA, I don't know if it's because they don't have an ID card yet or they already have one but are still reluctant to use it. The hope is that making an ID card that uses barcodes will attract interest in using it. Making this ID card uses a website-based system.

Abstract

This study of this purpose was to determine the effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Widjaja Indo Berjaya North Jakarta Employees Partially and Simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method, with the nature of quantitative associative research. The research variables consist of independent variables Work Environment and Work Discipline, and dependent variables Employee Performance. The population taken is as many as 33 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work Environment positive affects Employee Performance with regression equation Y=30.853+0.637X1. The value of coefficient determination is 0.579 or 57.9%. Test the hypothesis t count > t table (6.535 > 2.042), then H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. 2) Work Discipline positive effect Employee Performance with regression equation Y=14.308+1.532X2. The value of the coefficient determination is 0.623 or 62.3%. Test the hypothesis t count > t table (7.158 > 2.042), then H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. 3) Work Environment and Work Discipline positively affect Employee Performance with regression equation Y=12.315+0.361X1+0.991X2. The value of the correlation coefficient of 0.866 means the independent variable with the dependent variable has a perfect relationship level a coefficient determination of 0.732 or 73.2%. Test hypothesis F count > F table (40.882 > 3.32), then H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means is a significant simultaneously between the Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Performance of PT Widjaja Indo Berjaya North Jakarta Employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Indowarna Nusantara South Tangerang either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative and associative in nature. The sampling technique totaling 60 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The results of the research show that motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) influence employee performance (Y) with a regression equation of Y = 13,215 + 0,293 (X1) + 0,354 (X2) with a coefficient of determination of 33,9%. Partial hypothesis test results influence motivation. On employee performance with the results of the t test > t table or 3,449 > 2,002, then 〖Ho〗_1 is rejected and 〖Ha〗_1  is accepted. Partially, work discipline influences employee performance with results of the t test > t table or 4,502 > 2,002, so 〖Ho〗_2 is rejected and 〖Ha〗_2 is accepted. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing are calculated F Value > F table or 14,623 > 3,16, so 〖Ho〗_3 is rejected and 〖Ha〗_3 is accepted. It can be concluded that the research results show that motivation and work discipline influence employee performance at PT. Indowarna Nusantara South Tangerang.
